Pros: My husband is on the paleo diet and hotel employee went out of her way to purchase and make bacon and sausage for breakfast for him. Great location, and friendly staff.
Situated in Fairhaven, this romantic bed & breakfast is steps from Fairhaven Town Hall, Millicent Library, and Unitarian Memorial Church. Fort Phoenix State Reservation and New Bedford Whaling Museum are also within 2 mi (3 km).
Cons: We overpaid since a few weddings were in town and we had to book the week of.

Cons: The hallway and the room smelled , it was pretty dirty in the room and the bed felt like you were sleeping on a old trampoline. The whole experience was pretty horrible we left a night early because the place just didn't feel comfortable .

Pros: Frnt desk person was kind but was overwhelmed. Building has, serious issues, plumbing as well as structure. Stairs are destroyed building needs serious repairs. No organization..
Pros: It was close to where we wanted to go. We were left alone. People were friendly. No pool.
Cons: It was dingy, peeling paint run-down; I requested a fridge and microwave and never got them, so lost food for special diet to spoilage. Conditions were not as advertised. i am sure the sheets were used by previous guests and not freshly laundered. I had brought my own.
Pros: I didn't find any bedbugs, and the TV worked.
Cons: I'm surprised the board of health allows this place to function. Portions of the ceiling had collapsed due to water damage. The smell of mildew was overpowering. Water pressure was non existent, although it did run hot. The towels had large grey stains on them. The staff were surly and rude, so I just put on my big girl panties, kept my mouth shut, and thought of it as an adventure. I suggest you DON'T choose this establishment under any circumstances.
Cons: It was so bad looking and smelling that my children said that they would not stay there.
There was a puff of smoke that came out of our room when we opened the door to the non smoking room.
We did not end up staying there.
Pros: Friendly and responsive staff.
Cons: Dingy, outdated room and facility.
Pros: Absolutely nothing. I didn't even stay the night because it was so gross. The only good thing was that I got my money back
Cons: The smell of a musty stale funeral parlor. The stains that covered the carpet. The awkward creepy abandoned look of the place. The cobweb filled holes in the wall. The water stains all over the ceiling. Seriously I COULD NOT believe they were charging $110 a night for this dump. I wouldn't have spent $40 to stay here. Never again. I can't believe it's even open for business
