Hotel employee checked us in and was wonderful! He helped us with all questions regarding the hotel and exploring the city!
We have no complaints. It was a great stay!
The location was great and the beds were nice sized.
The only thing was the AC didn't work as well, we were hot one night and it was too late to notify the front desk but i am sure they would have taken care of it.
The bed was WAY too soft and very uncomfortable. The shower had black mold growing on caulk in the corners. It was difficult to get much sleep with the paper thin walls.
Hot tub was fabulous! We loved the social balcony space, and met several groups of really nice people during our stay. The rooms were nice, great to have a small kitchen with fridge & microwave, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Pool was chilly & is not heated (granted we were here in Feb). No elevator (we only minded during check in / out, it would have come in handy when carrying luggage up and down.)
Location and spacious room, fully equipped kitchen.
All the furniture should be replaced, too old. The sofa is almost collapsed; my sister's sofa which she threw to the trash was much better. The dresser's surface is peeled in holes. The floor should be mopped.
Front desk staff was very helpful and any room issues we had were handled immediately.
Bathtub had water build up while showering. GROSS!!
Location, the fact it was an apartment, and the helpful staff!
Floors were dirty (you didn't want to walk around barefoot or in white socks) and the living room furniture and bedroom nightstands were very old and worn out/lumpy.
Very helpful staff!
The bed was a little sunken in the middle.
The location was great and the rooms were very nice especially for being so well priced and close to everything in the French quarter.
The only thing I didn’t like was that the check in time is actually 4pm and the website said 3pm. Also they give you a code to get into the hotel during your stay and we had to put it in multiple times before the gate would unlock.
Felt very safe even though in a busy area! Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was perfect with full kitchen and comfortable bed. Very secure complex with gates and codes
Loud music for most of the night from the clubs across the street can be distracting. Fan in the bedroom was very loud.
