Quick check-in, good wifi, pleasant smell, carpet appeared new, great location, good breakfast, very nice indoor pool

Some of the linens had stains, pets were allowed so the carpets were dingy.

Staff were very friendly

Updated rooms, very well maintained, top-flight heating/cooling system (thermostat-controlled--way better than usual for low-end hotels). Very pleasantly surprised.

Can't rely thing if anything negative about this place.

Nice and clean rooms. Enjoyed our stay and would like to come back with family next time. Great staff. I had booked a smoking room by mistake, changed over to a non-smoking without any hassles and charges. Much obliged. Thank you.

The owners of the place are very friendly and always asked if everything is OK Easy access to Pittsburgh highway. I was satisfied for what I pay.

I'm not sure what all the rave reviews on here are about. We had an ok room - mold in the bathroom, paint chipping, ceiling cracked, and our room was partially blocked by part of the roof that had nasty still water sitting on it. And our view looked out over the street construction which was a pain to get around every time you left or came back to the hotel. Front desk thought the people on the phone were of higher priority than the people standing right in front of them. The woman who takes care of breakfast was great - ran a lot and always made sure things were refilled. Pool and hot tub was good for the kids, but a little too much chlorine in the hot tub as their was a lot of foam/bubbles sitting on the top. Also booked through a 3rd party, not Marriott direct, and when I questioned why we didn't have a sofa bed in our room like the room description on my confirmation email said, the front desk lady blamed it on the "3rd party booking" and that was it. Overall ok, but I would not stay here again.

Bathroom could be a bit larger

Room and facilities were fine, clean and comfortable, although I didn't hang around at the Inn much, did not use pool or exercise facilities. Nice breakfast (free) buffet. Nice having a fridge in the room -- was able to chill my dinner doggie bag and take with me the next day.

The toilet shut-off valve was broken so water ran constantly. It's the kind of thing that would have kept me awake at night but the air conditioner in the room was so noisy, I didn't here the water. Would have been nice to have BOTH of those quiet.

Clean, comfortable. Large room! We checked in late at night, and the night clerk said, "You guys want a couple of beers?" Great service and free beer! What's not to like!

The employees were really helpful-- they were helpful with shuttle pickups and drop offs at unusual times and accommodating when an interview ran over schedule and resulted in a late checkout. The facility is modern and I liked the furnishings. They have a great pool and hot tub that don't have ridiculously narrow hours unlike some other hotels. The pool has a little waterfall. Everyone was friendly from the maid to the shuttle drivers to the front desk people. Also the restaurant across the way is tasty.

The front desk clerks were very friendly & helpful. We felt they appreciated us being there! I also appreciated microwave and fridge in each room!

Fast, friendly checkin process.

The staff was excellent. All very friendly and personable. Quick to attend to anything that needed attention. Awesome hot breakfast included. Our stay was so wonderful our kids wanted to move in.

Only con was there was no pool.

Our family was attending a family wedding. We chose this motel because it was pet friendly and my sister has a dog. It was good for her needs and as a family, we all wanted to be together. Overall we had a good trip and time together.

Clean, everything works and the carpet did not smell bad. Hallways were clean also.

TV volume did not go up very much, maybe that is on purpose to keep from bothering other guests.

Shower had some mildew, water from shower upstairs was very loud. The whirlpool was too hot and the water jets weren't set properly, so water was going all over the floor. Overall, the price was pretty high for a 3-star room.

Long black hair hanging down from curtain onto the heating/cooling unit. Long black hair on my pillowcase. Pubic hair on the zipped up linens used for the pull-out sofa. Steve did replace linens and vacuumed curtain. No one ever came to fix shower door. It made a loud cracking noise every time it opened. They stocked soy and skim milk for breakfast. When I complained to Natalie, the housekeeping manager went out and purchased a gallon of 2% milk the next morning.

The hotel was very convenient to restaurants and places we had to visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us during breakfast with our large party. The beds were comfortable and the Keurig in room was nice.

the place was garbage. Door didn't lock. Front desk guy was upset that I woke him up..wtf? Couldn't get more towels because he didn't have any. Place smelled so bad it was very difficult to breath. I wouldn't pay $5 to stay here.

Very convenient. Staff is very nice. We missed breakfast in the morning because we slept in. The owner went and got us fruit, muffins,and yogurt.

Nothing at all

I did not like that my room- 207 did not have heating at all !! All it had working was the air conditioner, the floor was absolutely filthy in all matter. There was blood on the sheets. When we arrived at the destination we went through three different rooms, all were in horrible condition. The girl Toshia working at the front counter was absolutely the worst ever employee I have ever encountered in my life.

The motel booked me for the correct night, despite Booking.com messing up.

It was not comfortable. Had a bad scent to it. Holes in the carpeting.
