Pros (+) The pillows were good and the towels were clean looking. The staff was friendly and responsive when my TV had no connection.
Cons (-) I didn't appreciate that anyone could walk off the street & go up the elevator. There was a full-time front desk attendant, but they couldn't possibly remember every face of people staying there, so anyone could walk past them and have access to your hotel room door. The room was generally run down. Carpet stains, tired bed & bedding, and corners in bathroom were moldy. The worst thing was the sho...
