Location is absolutely fantastic! There’s one subway station just outside the hotel. Customer service was fantastic. I wish the bathroom was a little bigger.
Typical small New York room. Definitely in the older side and hasn’t been renovated in a while. Didn’t spend a lot of time there, though, so it was fine.
Cons. The elevators were a joke and the front desk was rude. It’s an old stinky hotel with rooms that are microscopic in size
Cons. Standard rooms are tiny with child sized pillows. Bathrooms are old and need to be updated Carpets & walls are grimy Only positive is the location
Cons. I thought i had a room with a view and when unchecked in, they told me I didn’t...but then they quickly upgraded me to a great room, with a view, a loveseat, a walk in closet etc. unfortunately, i was hardly there to take advantage of anything but staff was great and location was super convenient.
Pros. Location and friendly staff!
Cons. Over charge to store bags. This should be free.
Pros. Great location. Right at Penn station. Central to activities.
