Pros: Art everywhere, bizarre delights sprinkled throughout. Great restaurant and right around the corner from Contemporary Arts Center. Wonderfully colorful staff.
Pros: Loved the fresh take on a hotel. The art was a fun experience, though I'd prefer some variety as it was all pop art. The decor was modern but still warm and fun. The hotel restaurant was fantastic. Several great upscale bars and restaurants steps away.
Cons: The location left something to be desired if you want anything beyond great evening eateries or the theatre. No breakfast places around or any shopping minus Tiffanys or Macy's. It felt odd that difference sides of the sand city block can vary between lux and sketchy.
Pros: Love 21C. They always have the best people.
Located in Downtown Cincinnati, this luxury hotel is within a 5-minute walk of Aronoff Center for the Arts and Fountain Square. Carew Tower and National Underground Railroad Freedom Center are also within 10 minutes.
Pros: the pool and hot tub was great. My daughter loved the shampoo.
Cons: The pull out bed was very thin and well used.
Pros: The room was so clean. And the staff was very helpful. The TV didn't work and they were ready to change rooms for me when I noticed the plug was loose probably from cleaning the room we were leaving early and made us fresh coffee right away
Cons: When we returned to our room after the Reds game on Saturday night, it was very hot in the room. The air conditioner didn't seem to be working. I called the front desk and a lady came in to look at it. She did her best and was very apologetic, but could not get the air conditioner to work. She brought us a fan.
When we awoke in the morning, we noticed the Wi-Fi wasn't working. We checked with the front desk and she confirmed it was not working.
Then we went downstairs to have breakfast and found there was no coffee available. The help said it was being made. It was about 9 o'clock in the morning, so we found this surprising and disappointing. The breakfast bar was pretty weak compared to other hotels that I've stayed at. No fruit or yogurt was available. I travel extensively intend to stay mostly in Hilton properties. This hotel Who minded me more of a Holiday Inn, then a nice Hilton or Marriott property.
I was somewhat disappointed that the lady at the front desk didn't offer me any kind of rate reduction after finding out the air conditioner was broken and couldn't be fixed.
5495 Stillwater Ave.
Westerville, OH 43082
Pros: Clean, comforable, beautiful room. Big cherry doors on the shower and the toilet rooms. While it was the same old free breakfast menu they did it with top of the line ingredients. Name brand granola and Nutella.
Cons: No fridge.
It was between a horse track and a 4 lane road. Lots of noise if you have a room in the front with the road. It was in a peculiar place to find even with my GPS. Their signage is small.
The one thing that bugged me was that they charged my card $20+ in advance for room breakage or for snacks. I didn't like this and it marred the whole visit.
Pros: It was a beautiful room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to stay here again!
Pros: Plenty of places to eat around town. Breakfast was great.
Cons: Walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbor use their bathroom. Our neighbor apparently had a very small bladder and the sound from the flushing all night was extremely annoying. Also, the beds were pretty uncomfortable.

Pros: Rooms were spacious, well-appointed & had comfortable beds. Check-In staff was courteous & helpful.
Cons: We were traveling as a group of couples. We were told that their lounge/bar would be open until Midnight on Saturday. At 10:15 they were already "shut down". When we approached the staff about it, the bar tender was rude & the other staff offered suggestions of other bars outside of the hotel. We wanted a night cap in our hotel, which we were unable to get. They need to get their services/staffing issues worked out - or don't include all amenities at this time.
Pros: This hotel (and the Hampton Inn beside it) iis an incredibly creative use of.the Cincinnati Inquirer historical building, offering upscale accommodations at an affordable price im downtown.Cincinnati near the Reds ballpark and other venues
Cons: Noise from the sliding glass bathroom door, alhough aesthetically pleasing and space-saving, are acoustically impractical, in my estimation.

Pros: The Art Deco style, the live jazz combo in the bar; helpful & friendly staff, great location in the city!
Cons: A little noisy inside the rooms (street noise)
Pros: Front desk and other staff very kind and helpful . We really liked the hotel, very nice and comfy! Elegant too.
Cons: Valet staff was no help at all. We didn't know what to do and they thought we should it seemed like. We assumed, as is the case at other hotels, they would take our car. We went inside to find out we had to drive all over the place to self park. That's not what we wanted. I don't know how the mix up happened but it wasn't pleasant. It was probably the concierge was the problem not the actual valet staff.
Pros: The historic building was beautiful. The location and view were also excellent.
Cons: The hot tub in the gym was barely warm.
Pros: Hotel and staff were great overall
Valet was professional about their mistake
Cons: Valet lost keys to my car, had to locate employee from previous night stay and deliver car to my house
Pros: Beautiful hotel. Excellent location
Pros: Location! The staff! All wonderful!
Cons: The rooms are tiny. Nice, but tiny. Make sure you really like the person you go with! :)
Pros: Liked room but not view.... everyone is overly friendly
Cons: View. Room service should be described better, that cheese plate was disgusting. Some of people were very pretigious
Pros: We loved the bar and restaurant. The food was excellent and the service extraordinary. The staff were uniformly courteous and friendly. Grand old hotel.
Cons: Set the thermostat lower in our room on the 28th floor, but the temperature was unchanged 14 hours later.

Pros: Close to the airport. Clean, comfortable room and bed.
Pros: The room was clean. Continental breakfast was about as I would have expected. We were just there to sleep for the night. That's all we needed.
Pros: Rooms was very spacious and very clean. The morning breakfast is a good way to start the day. We like the location due to it being away from a downtown area and was quiet.
Location has easy access to the greater Cincinnati area and the out lying areas as well.
Pros: The location was within 20 miles of every attraction in Cincinnati. The complimentary breakfast was very good and had a lot of different things to choose from. The wifi was very good in my room. I was even able to stream Netflix. The pool was nice too. There were several places to eat within a few miles. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: I'm a smoker and there is no smoking rooms at all. Of course just about every hotel anymore is smoke free but I'm not the only smoker that travels. There were several others outside lighting up with me.
Cons: Excellent location; professional staff, very clean facility.
Pros: Nearly everything about out stay was perfect. The linens and carpets looked new and clean, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and had four pillows each which was great. The hot breakfast was an added bonus.
Cons: I had to take away a star because of the location of our room in the hotel. We almost asked to be moved after the first night, but by that point were we settled in and it wasn't worth the hassle. Our room was located on the second floor right on the balcony overlooking the front entry and breakfast area. Breakfast starts at 6am and the waffle machine has an obnoxious alarm, not to mention all the people coming and going and kids being loud kids. This made for rude awakenings every morning, and even thoughout the night. The room would have been great for heavy sleepers, but not so much for anyone who has functioning hearing. Generally I don't hold the hotel accountable for noise issues because it's other guests causing them, but in this case the issue was completely due to poor structural planning .
Pros: The room was nice, the bed was comfortable
Cons: I had to wait for my room at check-in
Breakfast was mediocre
WiFi was painfully slow

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice, clean room with large bathroom. Loved the shower. Airport shuttle worked well - even after midnight.
Cons: The room doors closed very loudly but didn't hear the neighbors other than that. Disappointed there was no free breakfast.
Pros: Extremely friendly and helpful staff. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time and would recommend the Marriott to anyone traveling through the Cincinnati area!
Pros: A good value.
Pros: Comfortable, clean & modern. Very nice!
Pros: The people staff where great the food was excellent
Cons: The weather
Pros: From the concierge desk to checkout from the stay, the staff was amazing. Clean friendly and just awesomeness
Cons: The only downside aw back was no fridge I. The room, but I didn't request one so could have been my fault

Cons: Sugar ants and beetles, horrible part of the city
Pros: The pocket door for the bathroom would not stay closed.
No restaurant in building.
Cons: Smart and gracious staff.

Guests can take a dip in the seasonal outdoor pool or visit the fitness center for a workout. Conveniences like kitchens are in all rooms, along with flat-screen TVs and free WiFi.
Cons: No free parking or breakfast, extremely small bathroom.
Cons: Restaurant doesn't have many options for food would like to see more variety
Pros: I enjoyed the proximity to downtown and the actual worked well
Cons: When we arrived we were informed that they only had a room with 2 twin gets even though I goofed this room two months I advance. I also completed an early check in on line further requesting a queen bed and a roll away. We arrived and not only got stuck with twin beds but no rollaway, our keys were notable to be made and we would have to move to another roomwith 2 twin beds on our third night bebecause the room we were in was booked for someone else. When we were escorted by a silent hotel employee to the room as we had no keys we arrived to a room with no toilet paper and a broken phone. Over priced
Pros: Friendliness of staff
Cons: The sheets were very scratchy.
Pros: The location is ideal for downtown events.
Cons: At 10 at night the lobby was loud and filled with smokey-smelling, loitering, loud people that had just come from Cincy Beerfest. I had reserved (a month in advance) AND confirmed (the day before) a king room with my wife on the night before valentines day, but they said they "only have doubles left", so obviously reservations mean nothing to them. After that major disappointment (especially for the high rate) we found the beds didn't even have fitted sheets, and the duvets used two sheets rather than covers, so both them and the mattresses were exposed. The beds were hard as rocks, luke warm water is the best you'll get, and we couldn't get out there fast enough. I'm sure they treat you right if you're a member, but I would never want to go there enough to become one. Never using Hyatt again. There are better downtown Cincy alternatives.
Pros: Everything, had my room ready as soon as I got there, room was beautiful and very comfortable, would definitely come back.
Cons: There was nothing not to like..... Instead of the weather ,it's freakin cold in Cincinnati in January
Pros: Didn't like that there was no notice that river view was extra until getting to hotel. Was not stated in cost when purchasing.
Pros: Overall look of the hotel was nice and makes you feel at home. The staff was helpful and upgraded my room when they were not able to find my reservation. The rooms are nice and my view was awesome.
Cons: Having a hard time checking in due to the hotel failing to enter my reservation.
The newly transformed Hyatt Regency Cincinnati offers a twenty-two-story atrium hotel with an abundance of natural light. Experience a hotel offering every possible convenience under one roof, including the locally sourced Red Roost Tavern, Grab-And-Go Market Café, an expanded 24 hour fitness center and the city’s largest hotel ballroom. We also offer a 24 hour spacious business center with complimentary Wireless Internet.
Pros: I liked the fact that it was downtown. No breakfast, No wi-if, no parking, AC was turned down to 66 in the room and it was still warm. Pool closed at 10PM... Paids $230 for one night for something that shouldn't have cost over $100 a night. All in all it was just VERY overpriced for what you get.
Pros: Its in a convenient location if you are in town for business. Restaurants are within walking distance. The airport is a short drive.
Cons: Staff didn't seem to care much about anything. The room didn't feel very clean. The money for the value is lacking.
Pros: The staff was awesome and definitely took care of us! The location is great, right at fountain square within easy walking distance of many places.
Cons: The valet parking charge was kind of high at $30
Pros: Overall, the room/bathroom were clean and quiet - bed was extremely comfortable; full length mirror in room; great lighting around bathroom mirror; rain shower head; complementary water bottle. If you forego full housekeeping (Make a green choice), there's a minimal credit to use at participating food/bev places in the hotel or get SPG Starpoints - good incentive, Westin! Little perks like that are nice.
Cons: It is joined by other shops and free to the public. Dangerous entry late at night. Witness homeless people cursing guests out as they waited for the casino shuttle that partners with Westin Hotel and degrading females. Deserves more security by the door in that area.
Pros: Hotel was clean and very centrally located!
Pros: Comfortable, easy
Cons: Very loud people on our floor slamming doors late. Security did come and address the problem quickly
Pros: Rooms were clean and it was close to a lot of things...
Cons: Halls were a bit drab, music from the square was loud -it didn't bother us but older people may not like it. Probably should make sure guests are aware.
Paying what we did ... Wifi should be free!!!
Overlooking historic Fountain Square, our hotel boasts an outstanding location in the heart of Cincinnati's bustling central business district and downtown's vast array of fine restaurants, shops, museums, theaters, and celebrated sports stadiums. Our 456 guest rooms and suites feature the Westin Heavenly® Bed, generous work stations, and 37" LCD TVs. Each room offers a contemporary experience with a soothing color palette and striking views of the city skyline or historic Fountain Square.
Pros: The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. There is a cool macaw in the lobby that will say "hi" to you if you say hello! Free breakfast! Very friendly staff! There is a free shuttle from the hotel to Horseshoe Casino.
Cons: Our room was probably not used recently because the water ran brown for a few seconds in the facets. Pool is being worked on until Feb. 2016 so we could use the neighboring hotel's pool but it seemed like to much of an inconvenience especially in December. You have to pay for parking.
Pros: Close proximity to the sport events
Cons: Somewhat pricey and the rooms are in need of some updating ... bathroom was pretty old

Cons: House keeping doesn't clean the rooms. Thur Evening Check-in, floor wasn't vacuumed. Fri returned from an all day outing, bed not made, floor still not vacuumed, no dirty cups removed nor replaced with clean cups, no soap or shampoo/conditioner replaced. Sat evening returned from all day outing, floor vacuumed - YAY!, requested clean sheets - didn't happen, dirty ceramic coffee cup removed but still not given a clean cup. Sunday returned from all day outing - room cleaned - YAY! but the sheets were not changed - i left a very small safety pin, pinned to the sheets and all 4 pillow cases.
At check-in I asked about coffee being available in the lobby at 4 AM - I was told coffee is always available. I had to leave at 4 AM on Monday morning and was told by the person on duty that coffee is never available until breakfast at 6 AM. That's fine, just don't lie.
Since I let the front desk know on Fri evening that nothing was cleaned, I'm sure that is why I never got clean linens when I asked for them on Saturday. House Keeping staff definitely doesn't follow the hotel's rule of clean sheets every 3 days.
Whenever I heard the name Hyatt, the words classy, respectable, quality came to mind. I'm very disappointed. I will never stay there again and I visit this area often. Looks like their competitors will get my business.
Pros: Liked overall appearance. Liked the split areas. Great accommodations. Very friendly professional staff. Clean.
Cons: A/c was not sufficient for our liking. Not enough hot water for Sunday morning shower.
Pros: The room design is unique, spacious and most comfortable! My great nephew stayed with me and having 2 sinks in the room was a definite advantage! Beds are unbelievably comfortable! The breakfast that was included with the room rate was abundant and delicious!
Cons: The route to this one from the main interstate is a little circuitous, but once I learned the route, it became much easier.
Pros: Beautiful room, really comfortable bed, very helpful staff...I travel for work and this is the best hotel experience I've had in a long time.
Cons: Breakfast offerings could be more diverse, (breakfast is free) but what was there tasted good. Other than that, this place really was great.
Pros: Very nice hotel. Great location, nice and clean with in the whole hotel. Nice clean bathroom, big comfortable bed., Nice and helpful staff. Located around shopping area within walking distance
Pros: The hotel was very clean and the king room was very spacious. The breakfast included hot items and there was a wide variety to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.
Pros: When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff and check in was fast and hassle free. The hotel was very clean and modern, as was our room. The bed was probably one of the best I've ever slept on, while traveling. Plenty of near by restaurants to choose from and easy access to the interstate. We were in town for a concert, and would definitely stay here again. Love this place!
Amenities include our signature Hyatt Grand Bed, & a 42 in flat panel high-definition TV, along with something no other select service hotel can provide, The Hyatt Touch. Pros: Great warm breakfast with eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage fruit, yogurt, and muffins. The rooms were large with a couch and desk area. Really like a suite.
Cons: Near the airport but not the city
Pros: Room size
Cons: Mattress sunk in middle. Hair found in bathroom drawer. Security door (using room key access to building) was broken so door not locked and easily opened, allowing anyone access! AC was noisy and kept us awake throughout the night.
Pros: Friendly night staff . Room was spacious and clean. Continental breakfast was good.
Cons: Pull-out bed thin. Biscuits, at breakfast, were hard. Only had 1 bed and a pull-out sofa, instead of 2 beds.
Pros: Big rooms
Pros: We were able to go to the sister hotels in door pool
Cons: The new bathroom showers are not designed well. Water all over the floor
Pros: It was newly remodeled and VERY clean and VERY quiet.
Pros: the shower was splendid,
Cons: dust behind the bedside tables
Cons: only negative was they refused to meet our request to room type. we offered to pay any difference and they still refused. Most hotels allow this.
Pros: Very Clean
Pros: Spacious rooms. Decent hotel breakfast. Great people. I'm always leery of airport area hotels, but never heard a plane and location wasn't sketchy.
Cons: Parking can be tight if busy.
Pros: The room was absolutely spotless. It couldn't have been cleaner.
Cons: The room keys didn't work. I went through 6 keys in 2 days. They ran out of breakfast food both days I was there.
Pros: It was quite and convenient. The staff was wonderful.
Cons: The vents were dusty and needed to be clean I have severe allergies.

Cons: Got there and room wasn't ready
and smelled bad .
The beds were unmade and the mattresses were off the frame and leaning against the wall. There was a white powder sprinkled on the frames .it made me think it's some sort of pesticide.
Pros: Ease of checking in and out
Cons: Just a tad noisy in the morning due to children running down the outside stairway.
Pros: Attention owners took with property
Cons: The fact they still have smoking rooms, and the non smoking rooms were sold out.
Pros: The continental breakfast was on of the best we had on our trip!
Cons: We booked this hotel because it said it had an indoor pool. When we arrived it had a closed, outdoor pool.

Cons: I tried at least 4 vending machines and none of them were working.
Pros: This was a typical Marriiott Hotel with the high standards they require. It was conveniently located, with a friendly staff and comfortable facilities. It is clearly a place that I would stay at again.
Cons: Having the valet station as the first greeter a visitor sees appears to be a design flaw. Having to take two elevators to get to your room from street level is a bit inconvenient. The reception level restaurant is not very visible. Unfortunately, these factors cannot be easily changed.
Pros: Quiet, peaceful, beautiful. Great experience
Cons: No breakfast
Pros: Everything was great!!

Pros: Location and price were good. Staff was friendly.
Cons: Room was old, several things in the room had damage from previous guests. Hot tub was lukewarm. Both my wife and I were allergic to something in the room. Maybe previous guest snuck a cat in?
Pros: Loved staying here. The room was nice and clean, and we got it for a great price. It was pretty close to the creation museum, which was why we stayed here.
Cons: The guy at the front desk didn't give me much information. He basically told me where the elevators were and gave me my room keys. I didn't ask anything though, so it's not really that big of a deal.
Pros: Staff at the front desk and Bistro were extremely friendly and helpful. They really enjoy their job which made my visit better!
Pros: Overall the hotel was great. Great price for a last minute trip. layout was up to date & had many great amenities. Arrival staff was fantastic
Cons: The bathrooms could be more updated & cleaner; also day staff lacked customer service. I stood in line at their cafe for 10 mins until I finally walked away. I watched numerous employees look at me including the front desk service person and not a single one assisted me. I knew the cafe was open too !
Pros: The morning staff was friendly and helpful, the bed, the heater was much better than the one at the Days hotel we stayed at in buffalo. Quieter, more even. The shower was good
Pros: Room was clean and updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: No dislikes.

Pros: The building, facilities, & staff were all very nice.
Cons: Very minor things, but our bathroom TV remote battery was dead. Also a notice before arriving at the hotel that the water pump system was going to be being worked on & we would have no water from midnight until around 6 a.m would have been appreciated.
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and comfortable and the location terrific. Very centralized location--easy to walk to area sites and restaurants.
Cons: The wifi internet was extremely spotty and rarely worked which was disappointing and made working remotely difficult.
Pros: Loved theroom, comfort and the bathroom. Also enjoyed lobby bar.
Pros: Location and very friendly staff.
Cons: Rooms were kind of small. Window to look out was very small.
Pros: Location was perfect. Right inside of everything. Valet is great!
Cons: The bed felt cheap and hard. Did not get any good sleep at all and you would think after driving 10 hours in the road that day it would be easy to sleep, but the bed was old as well as all of the furniture around.
Pros: The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati and there was plenty of entertainment and restaurants located nearby. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel ultimately served its purpose as a place to sleep for the night.
Cons: The furniture was a bit dated and the layout of the room lacked any real appeal. The pictures online and the four star rating seemed to be a bit exagerated. I would rate the hotel three stars overall.
Pros: I am rating The Hampton Inn. Really nice hotel.
Cons: The Hampton Inn was a really nice hotel but it wasn't the hotel I reserved. I was looking forward to stay in The Cincinnatian because of the historic background and wasn't expecting at all not to be nofied in advance about their problem with hot water. We could have rescheduled our trip. They relocated us and it was a nice place (can't complain about it) but a modern hotel was not what we wanted.
Pros: Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and the bed was so very comfortable! Will definitely recommend to friends and family! Looking forward to revisiting the next time we are in the area. .
Pros: The Location is prime. Perfect for downtown Cincinnati. The staff was nice and quick about check-in and check-out. The bathroom was awesome. It was big and remodeled with a giant tub.
Cons: The bedroom itself was not impressive. I expected a historic feel, but just got more of an old and musty feel instead. The comforter wasn't clean (had to brush it off before we could lay on it), and the room itself just didn't seem clean. There was also a sunlight which would have been fine, but when you looked up it was covered in dust and dirt.
Pros: Only the location
Cons: Staff and front desk not profession. Make us wait so long and then can find room for us even we made reservation ahead! Scary inside as well! Not worth is pay this price
Pros: Staff was great!
Located in Downtown Cincinnati, this historic hotel is steps from Contemporary Arts Center and Fountain Square. Carew Tower and National Underground Railroad Freedom Center are also within 10 minutes.
