6.0 Good
Pros: The location was ideal for my needs.
Cons: The cooked breakfast was nice but there was not much choice for the continental selection. Apples were the only fruit on offer, there were mini muffins(shop bought) but no croissants available, and no cold meats available. The pool facilities are basic and temperature was rather cool. The single bed mattress was not very comfortable, especially for the older adult. The toilet roll holder is old and broken. Why not replace it? These are not expensive items to replace and attention to detail is important as it gives the customer an impression of what is important to the company.

Pros: Very clean but not fussily managed, and we were made to feel genuinely welcome. Breakfast was very impressive
Cons: Parking could be a problem at busy times but if the alternative was to grub up part of the garden I think that would be a real loss.

Pros: We loved everything about Dower House. We had a wonderful time, the hosts were both very welcoming and their home was beautiful. Our bedroom was well appointed with a large ensuite bathroom. Afternoon tea and delicious home baking were a welcome surprise upon our arrival. We spent the evening chatting to other guests and the owners in the comfortable lounge. Breakfast was delicious - all home made and top quality. We would recommend this property to everyone.
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice catalogue of main attractions/points of interest in the area. You can read menus from all restaurants of the city and ask staff to book for you. Comfortable bathroom and shower.
Cons: No tv (not a must, but for the price we paid...). No shoes inside the house, so you had to take them off at the entrance.

Pros: Great place to stay for the weekend. Everything is very well organized and spotless clean. Kitchen is complete with even some cooking oil.
Cons: Smoke detector is a bit nervous when you start cooking. It went off twice while baking eggs in the morning. (hope we didn't wake the neughbours) Opening the window stopped it quickly.

6.0 Good
Pros: The location was ideal for my needs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast filling=very good choice hot food and cereals, yogurts & fruit. Restaurant has excellent choices of food for both meat eaters & vegetarians. Very warm & plenty of hot water for a bath. Take your cossie for a swim. Staff are friendly & always went the extra mile for all of their guests. Ample parking also next door to a CO-OP.
Cons: We loved everything.
