I liked everything about my stay especially my room which i think they call the vip rooms which i was upgraded to, thankyou!
In general, everything was very nice, the buffet has many variety of plates, the room very clean with sea views, the relation quality /price is good. The private beach is also nice with good conection with the hotels. There is a full programm every day for the Entertainment. Its far from Kerkyra 40 min by car.The staff in the reception was very unhelful with us,because we ocuped the room at 16:00 h , two hours later from our arrival and they didn´t give us any option, just wait!!! I think it is no way to treat the guests.
It was exactly what I expected.
Food was excellent, both pools were big enough and clean, beach was only few steps away :) , Animation Team was great, the location of the hotel is quite good, only 20 minutes away from Kerkyra. Only one thing I didn't like, to many insects around the hotel, in the pool and in the beach as well.
I had a very good experience at this hotel. The staff were very hospitable. It was good value for money and I will definitely be returning.I have already recommended it to family and friends . I felt the mattresse was a bit too hard.
The mostly I liked during my stay at the hotel is the location, staff very friendly and responsive, the entertainment organized by the Hotel for their guests. In this regard, it is worth to mention that despite the fact that my vacation were out of the main season, in September, the Hotel was fully booked, which mean that it offers quality of services clients need during their stay at hotels.
The views were amazing. The food was hot and could eat as much as you wanted. The beds were very hard and the walls were paper thin... could hear everything from the other rooms.
Friendlines of staff. the fact that we could get B&B only. Food. Small pool with no showers. Snack bar 12-4 only.
Room nice size, kept clean and with excellent view and in a good location - as expected. But would recommend that people book room only and pleased we didn't book half board We booked bed and breakfast - but the breakast was truely bad! The fruit juice was watered down, the bread did not taste fresh, the yogurt was watery, the choice was very limited etc. So poor in fact that we only ate breakfast at the hotel once - we elected to go to a local taverna and pay extra to have a really nice breakfast for only 5 euro's each
Good location for our purposes, good value for money, friendly helpful staff Breakfasts were a bit predicttable and not particularly good
Amazing views Breakfast
the buffet breakfast was the poorest i have had anywhere in the world, the hotwater barely worked, the price was very high for what you get. i would never recommend anyone to stay here.
The view of Paleokatrista, the swimming pool, quiet hotel. Not enough chairs and umbrellas near the swimming pool. The restaurant make not a very good food, international dishes not greek specialities and not a lot of vegetable and fruits. The breakfast is simple, but the yogourt is special , liquid ( added with milk or eater ?)
We very much appreciated the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the room. The layout of the hotel was lovely and the pool was nice and clean. The sea side view was spetacular! The breakfasts - after trying the eggs we stuck with only toast and maybe some fruit when we did in fact have breakfast there. The stairs to the pool when wet were dangerous as they were slightly slanted downwards as well. I slipped on them and badly sprained an ankle.
The staff and receptionist was very polite and helpful. The food was delicious
Good value for money, especially if you have hungry teenage children. They have a buffet system and you can eat as much as you like. The staff are very relaxed and helpful. The setting is beautiful. If you don't like walking up hills this is not the place for you, not suitable for high heels. Our room had only just been finished and smelt of paint. The safe was still in the box and the instructions were in Greek. The phone did not work. The worse thing is the electric goes off when you remove the door key so the fridge was pretty useless.
the room was really nice and even had dvd player the room was really far from everything, needed car to get around. with 2year old, a bit annoying. no bath products available. buffets weren't that great
The location and style of Hotel
The pool, views, helpfull staff Polish folk songs at 3.00 am
the location was perfect, short walk to the beach. the rooms were clean and the kitchen facility was perfect for light cooking. The owner of the hotel is very helpful. There is an internet facility in the camping site just two minutes walk from the hotel and the receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. I will go back and happily recommend this place to my friends and family.
Studios in ideal location. Staff and owner so friendly. Lovely view from studio as requested. Studios and grounds etc kept spotlessly clean. Not many really! The beds are a little hard and the pillows a bit on the lumpy side, but you do get accustomed to these! The Shower/Wet Room could have done with a shower curtain, but maybe that's just a British thing! Kitchen area really needed a spare socket to plug the kettle in.
Phivos was excellent value. I was welcomed by the friendly owner Andreas. I had a first floor room - very comfortable and well equipped. Highly recommended.
Everything was OK, though there was an overall feeling that the hotel wasn't ready to receive guests in that time of the year (first days of November).
Oceanis apartments was absolutely amazing. The view from all the rooms is gorgeous. The staff is very friendly and helpful with any information about what to do around the area. Breakfast was not free. We were lead to believe it was-there's a paper in the room with info. The only prices that were listed was for Lunch&Dinner-Magically a sticker with a price appeared beside Breakfast on our last day. Still a wonderful experience!
The hotel has stunning sea views from all rooms, poolside, restaurant etc. Nikos, the owner, is very knowledgeable about local amenities and very helpful with car, boat hire etc. The hotel has an intimate, family environment great for complete relaxation. Its only a minor negative, but because the hotel is beside the main coast road, occasionally you can hear the traffic thru the double glazing. Also, I found the mattresses on the beds a bit hard, but others may prefer this to the really soft ones.
Great value for the money, very friendly staff, rooms are cleaned on daily basis, the restaurant has great view to the most beautiful beach on the island.
noisy air conditioner
The location was perfect - it was as if the three beaches were the Hotel's own (despite them being quite busy). The bays were absolutely stunning, and there were all sorts of water based activities on offer without there being a loud and tacky atmosphere around them. The annex hotel itself was really good value for money. The rooms were clean and cleaned everyday, the air conditioning worked well, and it was useful to have a fridge in the room. The only complaint was the minor electric shocks in the shower caused by the build-up of static on the mountain when it gets too hot. Pace-maker carriers should be warned. The restaurant was the best value for money, and come to think of it, quality food we had around actually. The only complaint was the minor electric shocks in the shower caused by the build-up of static on the mountain when it gets too hot. Pace-maker carriers should be warned. The staff didn't think this would be a problem, I just hope they're right.
Location , Hotel Staff, Services/facilities are excellent. Next year I'll book again the same Hotell "Apollon annex" or Hotel Apollon!
Close to the beach and the main hotel...just around the corner. The beach is probably the nicest in Paleokastritsa, too. The room had a mouldy smell of dampness.
The location was right on and the view was amazing. The beach was a nice walk, but the use of the pool was an added benefit. The lack of parking, and the steepness of the parking areas for those who are unaccustomed to this kind of driving was hair raising.
The apartments comply with the rating “excellent”. All is made with love and care. Comfortable and clean rooms, equipped with modern self catering and gorgeous sea view. The road to the sea takes 5-7 min by walking and 3 min to the bus station. The host is very attentive and hospitable. You feel comfortable and...safe. We spent the best holidays here.
The Hotel is located near one of the most beautiful beaches in Corfu, the room is very big and it has a kitchenette fully equipated which is very good to prepare breakfast. The only thing that we didn't like was the bed, we asked for a double bed but we got a twin bed.
The most beautiful views from the apartments, watching the sunrise in the mornings from the balcony, the apartments were modern, very clean and comfortable, the pool and sunbathing areas were very clean and tidy. Steep climb up the hill if you did not have a vehicle.
The owner and his family were really lovely people. The facilities in the apartment were amazing; filter coffee maker, microwave, electric oven, even a teapot! Everything was so clean and perfect, we couldn't have asked for more,We will definately stay there again, the sooner the better! I cannot fault anything about the accommodation. The views were fantastic as the two buildings are set the side of a hill. This would definitely be a disadvantage to those who have walking difficulties (steep slopes and steps), but we hired a scooter and had no problems!
New and spacious, very nice view.
The accommodation was modern, well equipped and kept immaculately clean by the maid service. The owner George was friendly and helpful. The views from the balcony were amazing. Very relaxing place to stay.
I enjoyed everything about my stay at Barbati View Apartments. It's a new hotel and the staff works hard to keep it that way. Everybody there was extremely helpful. The pool, rooms and view were fantastic as well. We also took a wonderful boat trip through the owners friend. As you can see, I highly recommend staying here.
Complex nearly new and in good condition. Appartment clean and bright with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Nice pool with area for children. Quiet location but with village center (with various eating options) a short walk away. Phenominal sea view! We rented a 2 bedroom appartment that was advertised for 5 people for 1 week. On arrival we found that the 5th bed was made up in the living/kitchen area and no sofa was present. We also only had 4 chairs, so when sitting around the table to eat one of us needed to sit on the bed.
very friendly and helpful staff. You can tell Barbati View has been built with love. Giorgios and his family are really dedicated to make your stay as perfect as possible. clean rooms, magnificient view, beautiful beach, nearby facilities such as restaurants and supermarket. Barbati is a relatively small and quiet village, no large youth groups. We've been around the island and have seen many other towns. Honestly, Barbati has one of the best beaches, restaurants and ambiance. honestly, i cannot think of anything.
