Pros (+) The reason we booked our stay at this location was its proximity to NYC as we traveled to visit all the tourist-y locations. It was right off the Lincoln Tunnel and the area didn't seem too sketchy...
Cons (-) We had arrived the day of the big Nor'Easter on March 14th I believe, and one half of their parking lot was closed (which had already been cleared of snow) and the half they didn't close was sloped downward toward the building and not cleared of snow.
