Staff very helpful and friendly, room is spacious and comfortable, highly recommended in Jakarta area, good service, nice breakfast, wonderful room, good view from room, buffet breakfast, big bed, friendly staff, good value for money, neat clean check in check out was super easy, the size of the room was great, Ms. Diyani was amazing and very helpful she went beyond her role and assisted me very well.

Old hotel furniture and design, the lift was extremely slow, not good service, some facilities aren't working, no room service, operator doesn't answer, dirty & dusty room, pillows and bed sheets were old, problem with the aircon, toilet is dirty, smelly & bad, safety deposit box didn't work, the hotel is nothing compared to what it looks in the photos, the cleanliness it's pretty dirty, the elevator was not efficient as it was shared with residences.
