Pros (+) Property was 15 minute's walk from the outstanding Friends Cafe where we took all our meals.
Cons (-) Where does one begin? We were met by flies in our room upon checkin. No lift. The power and water and paid WiFi went off for hours and the extremely rude and arrogant general manager Teki Faletau was neither apologetic nor offering to knock one cent off the room rate for the huge inconvenience to us.
