Pros (+) Location was great. Walking distance from the boardwalk and in a central location. The A/C was quite good for wall units and the whole apartment was a comfortable temp.
Cons (-) Everything else LOL. The front door was hard to open. Rooms were dingy looking. The chair cushions in the living area were damp. The TV cable didn't work later on in the evening. The wifi signal was weak and rarely stayed connected. The sofa bed had this thin mattress and wasn't very comfortable. The beds were hard. The bathroom was dim and had low water pressure. Ants in the kitchen sink.
