Pros: This place is like heaven, nature outdoors, Scandinavian design of the building made entirely by the owner. These people are great, even gave me a ride to the closest train station when I had to finish my trip earlier than planned. Food is also unbelievable, the best breakfast I had in the forest. For sure will come back for the glamping idea :)
Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: great location. nice surroundings and views - forest, hills and rocks. top level equipment in the room. comfortable bed.
Cons: No warm water! Cold shower was awful. Very cold at night.
Pros: What a lovely property! Very friendly owners and relaxing atmosphere. Lots to do for kids and very quiet area. I'd love to return. Great breakfast.
Cons: I'd need to be fussy to say they need to change anything ;-)

Pros: I liked design and atmosphere , the staff is perfect, professional and kind. Fantastic breakfast and even better during the day. Rooms are very clean , big enough and comfortable. You can easily reach the walking area , outstanding views around
Cons: Everything was perfect!

Pros: Very modern and great value for money!
Cons: Being hounded to pay a deposit while the booking confirmation did not require a deposit.
Pros: Tea and water inside room
Cons: Was noisy because of loud music. Smell smokes through window.
Pros: Nice place in a quiet small city. Good breakfast and very helpful stuff
Pros: Clean bathroom. Spacious room. Very nice breakfast. Convenient location for the castles. Free and easy to park our car.
Pros: Great place for relax. Fantastic food, great and helpful staff, lot of places to see. Good base to explore surrounding attraction ( Monastery, Old castles, forests, lakes and streams, )
Pros: Lovely location, good local food. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were good. Lovely outside verandah to eat or have a drink.
Pros: Really nice room, very clean. The bathroom was great, lots of channels on TV. Staff was friendly. Very good restaurant down the stairs and no need to pay right away, instead you can pay room+meals at once on check-out.
Cons: The room is missing some basic things like plates, spoons, cups. A kettle and some tea bags would be also a nice addition. Obviously, the hotel is trying to force guests to use their restaurant on every occasion but it's not convenient and can be costly.
Pros: Breakfast and location were very good. The room was very clean. The option to rent a bicycle was much appreciated, providing a nice way to explore the town. Some members of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Some of staff might have been more helpful. Breakfast could be offered earlier, for those needing to get going first thing in the morning. The mattress on the bed was not very comfortable, there was no air conditioning and opening the window was difficult given the way the blinds are situated. The hotel did not respond when I requested a change of dates.
Pros: Restaurant serves good pasta
Cons: Breakfast rather limited
Located just next to the Pilica Palace and 200 metres from the Pilica Reservoir, the Pod Kolumnami offers billiards table and apartments with free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV. Guests can relax on the terrace and enjoy beautiful views of the Palace’s park and the Smoleń Castle, which is situated on a hill 4 km away. Pod Kolumnami offers free parking on site. The nearest illuminated ski lifts are located only 3 km away.
Pros: Very nice and helpful stuff.
Cons: Little bit noisy from the restaurant below especially on Friday and Saturday nights but it was ok. Need little upgrade and refresh, possibly little more character to the interior and decoration to make it more appealing. Little bit boring look inside with not much lighting.
Pros: The Polish breakfast was excellent, served over a number of courses and they kept bringing more
Cons: The only correction I would suggest is have some transport options ready for international guests who arrive via the airport. There was some back and forth until the option provided was not good value, we rented a car instead that was cheaper than a taxi.
Pros: Great spacious suite with a balcony overlooking the town. Staff was exceptionally accommodating even though they were catering two weddings. Excellent value for meals and drinks. Room was not air conditioned, but by this time we were starting to get acclimated. Great bathroom and shower.
Cons: A little hot and noisy due to the wedding, but to be expected.
Pros: Friendly people, nice place, good breakfast.
Pros: Quite place, great breakfast.
Cons: Staff speaks only Polish, the only option to eat is in the hotel and the choice is rather limited.

Pros: Outstanding! Staff spoke very good English and was very helpful. Room was air conditioned, which was a very welcome surprise, as it was 30 C that day. Great amenities and a grocery close by. Dinner at restaurant was fabulous with excellent regional beer. Great breakfast!
Pros: Very nice hotel for very good price with good restaurant. I was there 2nd time and I was very satisfy
Pros: The food in the restaurant was excellent, lovely ambience throughout the hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: No double beds. Stayed on the 1st floor and the external staircase was very slippy due to snow / ice and no gritting and internal spiral staircase had ornaments on so had to walk on the thinnest part of the steps so either route down was a bit precarious!
Pros: The staff were friendly and spoke to me in English which helps as my polish is not great.
Cons: The soap dispensers in the shower and sink were empty but I had bottles of shower gel that were complimentary so not really a problem.
Pros: Some of the best food we've had in Poland served in the restaurant. All the staff really friendly and helpful. Simple but comfortable and spotless rooms. Nice easy ride to the airport in 40 mins.

The nearest airport is Katowice Pyrzowice Airport, 34 km from the property.
Pros: A great place with a spectacular view. there were not towels in the room. But they were given after our request, so this is not a minus, I believe.
Pros: Really nice view
Cons: We couldn't connect to the wifi
Pros: The location is amazing. You have a beautiful lookout to the castle. You can park your car at the back of the main house, on a place which is closed with a gate. The apartment was clean, roomy and had all you could need. There was a cute kitty who loves to cuddle :-)
Cons: The blanket was super small.
Pros: Great location-the castle in Ogrodzieniec was in plain sight from the patio. Local grocery stores and a couple of restaurants were within walking distance-about a 5 minute walk. Outdoor patio was nice-vines all around it to give more privacy. Owner was overall pleasant and helped us with laundry. Ogrodzieniec/Podzamcze area was beautiful. Lots of hiking trails in the area.
Cons: More basic supplies such as toilet paper (we had one provided), additional bath towels (we were given 2 for two weeks), a coffee table, more lamps/lighting. The mop was left in our bathroom for some reason, and the space was already very limited. (but I understand it's Europe) Fold out couch was annoying-kept opening at first while we were sitting on it. Kitchenette was very basic-not really conducive to cooking. Lots of field trips walking by our building during the day-it was next to the street that takes people up to the castle (but the vines helped a lot, so no concern to us) Parking was difficult when other units were rented out.
Offering a barbecue and children's playground, Hotel Pod Figurą is set in Ogrodzieniec, just a 10-minute walk from the Ogrodzieniec Castle. The hotel has a terrace and views of the garden, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. Rooms have a flat-screen TV. You will find a 24-hour front desk and a children's playground at the property. The nearest airport is Katowice Pyrzowice Airport, 33 km from the property.
Pros: Very plaisant and nice staff. Clean and good accommodations. Restaurant with a consistent menu.
Cons: Restaurant closing at 8 PM... The breakfast can be better (orange juice missing for example)
Pros: Location near to the castle. Breakfast was good, nice sausages :)
Cons: Room was at the front and noisy from the road.
Pros: Breakfast was nice enough.
Cons: It's just very ordinary ... and because they keep the front door closed, the whereabouts of reception is not obvious.
Pros: The staff were the best part of this hotel. The young ladies at reception were very friendly and eager to help in any way. The bartenders were happy to serve us drinks to take to our room even though they had just closed.
Cons: We were disappointed in the room itself. While it was clean, we found the bed to be very hard and the sheets and duvet very scratchy. The shower was very small and the room quite hot. The addition of a floor fan would have been helpful. We could not keep our windows open for a breeze as there were several people talking quite loudly outside in the common area until after 1am. The guests in the room next to us were extremely loud and we could hear everything that they were doing.
Pros: Great breakfast, good location close to all kind of sightseeing locations and overall very modern. Possibly to rent bikes is also great!
Cons: Rooms quite noisy, you can clearly hear neighbors and the location next to the rather busy road is a shame but not a huge issue.
Offering a restaurant serving local dishes, an indoor pool and a spa, Hotel Centuria is located in a quiet, green area 9 km from Ogrodzieniec Castle and 6,5 km from the centre of Ogrodzieniec. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including cycling. The property offers free parking.
Pros: quiet location. Good restaurant. Easy parking, quick check-in and check-out. Good air in autumn / winter. Not as in other places in the region where you breath the horrible smoke from brown coal heatings.
Cons: Lacks a bit of maintenance and beauty repairs in rooms.
When you stay at Hotel Natura Residence Business&SPA in Siewierz, you'll be on a lake and within a 5-minute drive of Market Square. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Nice location, friendly staff, delicious food at the hotel restaurant, nice pool, cozy rooms with relaxing view, peace and quiet, a good weekend destination.
Cons: A bit overpriced, especially the spa treatments.
Pros: This hotel is quite simply an outstanding hidden gem! Both my sat nav and my iPhone took me via an unsurfaced sand road where my car grounded in the wet sand 1km from the hotel - they were awesome and put together a rescue party! It wasn’t needed as a veritable Polish Dad’s army rescued me after a dog walker had spotted me stranded in the forest!!
Cons: It was perfect
Cons: There was no hot water in the morning. I fact all of Katowice was with out hot water that morning. It was not the hotels fault, but they could have offered us a free spa treatment or something.....
Pros: This hotel show how should look like customer service. The location and equipment of the hotel is just another positive add value.
Cons: Little things that are not worth commenting :-)
Pros: Very beautiful location, friendly staff., geat breakfast and dinner.
Pros: Nice place; great restaurant
Cons: My room was under a AC generator (Started every 5 minutes) Very noisy....

Locations for rock climbing are available 600 metres away and the property is surrounded by a number of cycling and hiking trails. The city of Myszków is within 12 km from Hotel Zamek Bobolice and Zawiercie is 15 km away.
Pros: This lovely hotel was right next to the beautiful castle, set away from the small village. The rooms were very comfortable and very quiet with great mattresses!
Cons: The hotel was a bit pricey and could have used a bit more character.
Pros: Very interesting and quiet location near the medieval castle of Bobolice. Rooms are large and well equipped. Restaurant is good.
Pros: New facilities with large rooms and modern bathrooms. Great view over the forest canopy and to the surrounding hills. Stone throw away from the castle. Good breakfast.
Cons: Staff is not very welcoming. Nobody smiles. You still have to buy a ticket to visit the castle. Sauna open from 16:00 to 20:00 only.
Pros: Very stylish and clean apartment. Very good breakfast! Spacious rooms.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Pros: Location next to castle is just amazing, rooms are nicely equipped and clean. There is lot of nice places to visit aroung if you like hiking or cycling. Hotel is conveniently accessible by car yet not so close to village.
Cons: I was disappointed by provided wireless connection - it was basically useless. English was kinda of a challange during checking in.
Cons: It was boring, restaurant has so bad reviews we did not try it and there are no services available, to make your stay more enjoyable. Staff did not speak english, or at least did not try to speak with us more than one word.
Offering a restaurant, Pokoje Gościnne w Ratuszu is located in Ogrodzieniec, 2 km from Ogrodzieniec Castle. Free WiFi access is available. Classically furnished rooms here come with a private bathroom with a shower. Extras include bed linen. Pokoje Gościnne w Ratuszu features a garden with barbecue facilities. Breakfast is served as per menu. Dinner can also be ordered. It is 2.7 km to the reconstructed wooden keep on Birów Mountain.
Pros: Arrived at 08:30 at the premises of the hotel and the owner gave me access to the room despite the fact that check in was at 14:00. This is not something that happens a lot and it was really appreciated on my side.
Pros: Cheap room, good location to view the castle nearby. Owner was helpful in letting us have a later breakfast.
Cons: The bathroom had a very particular moisty smell. Matrasses were old/worn out and uncomfortable. Room looks fancy but furniture is cheap and old. The weirdest was for breakfast you could chose a 15pln very basic breakfast (some bread, scrambled eggs and tea) and all else extra you had to pay extra for. Coffee or extra tea, vegetables etc, all extra. I never ever experienced this in any hotel I slept in. I am happy we only stayed 1 night.
Pros: The owner was extremely sweet and kind and prepared a little dinner for us even though we hadn't arranged that in advance. The decor was sweet and traditional with a lovely Polish home feel.
Cons: You might want to.plan your dinner in advance as we didn't see any restaurants right near by.
Pros: Hospitality in abundance, delicious authentic Polish food and great value for money! The proprietor did not speak English, but with help from Google translate you will do well. Even got help getting around - the proprietors drove me in their own car! Dziękuję!
Pros: We went to see the castle on the way to Krakow. The location and price was great for us. We arrived late and left early so we could not evaluate the restaurant.
Cons: Everything for us was fine

This hotel has facilities measuring 2600 square feet (242 square meters), including conference space. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Nice, affordable and basic hotel for a few nights stay. Comfortable and perfectly located. Close to rock climbing spots and cycling routes.
Cons: To improve: sometimes there are loud parties organized around the hotel and there's a lot of noise around. Wish this could be a quiet, nature focused place rather than the wedding spot.
Cons: No airco in the rooms Super small rooms. You can hear your neighbors talking on the phone. No espresso machine in the breakfast room.
Pros: Spacious room Ok for one night stop by long driving.
Cons: - given room wasn't the one which booked. Windows were permanently closed w/o AC and 30 deg outside temps. After arguing with reception the correct room was given, the one which was listed and initially booked. - new room has ventilation, but AC was off, therefore vent is useless (hot August 2018) - interior is seems like from 1990s, but clean.

This hotel has facilities measuring 1076 square feet (100 square meters), including conference space. Pros: The location was great. However we picked it because the pictures suggest it is a fantastic spa - And it definitely was not. It was far below expectations. The staff did not speak English, and couldn’t even direct us around the hotel.
Cons: The location was great. However we picked it because the pictures suggest it is a fantastic spa - And it definitely was not. It was far below expectations. The staff did not speak English, and couldn’t even direct us around the hotel.
Pros: Delicious breakfast, spacious rooms, very good hotel restaurant, huge swimming pool, best location you can imagine.
Cons: In the middle of the first night we were woken up by crying child. It wouldn’t have surprised us if the hotel hadn’t pointed out in their offer “soundproof walls”. We were not able to fall asleep again because the child didn’t stop crying over an hour. We reported the problem at the reception desk which triggered off series of unfortunate events. Staff told us: - I’ve been working here since one month I can’t do anything to help you. We came back to the room and reported it again first thing in the morning. They told us they would consult it with management and they would get back to us shortly. Nobody called us. After two hours we came back to the reception desk but the answer we got stunned us: - The hotel is soundproof but not the rooms. What’s more during weekends it’s always very loud in our hotel. We can offer you another room but I warn you it will be loud too because our guests have dogs. But no ... I can’t offer you anything because somebody has just booked the last room. If the room are not soundproof it shouldn’t be listed in room’s specification. What’s more the reception desk should know hotel regulations that say: “it’s strictly prohibited to make noise on the premises”. Eventually it was catch-22. We could’n do anything and nobody could help us but I doubt if anybody wanted to help us. We didn’t even hear a simple word “I’m sorry”. Going out of the hotel we wanted to leave a key at the reception desk in accordance to the regulregulations. And again receptionist was very surprised and told us they couldn’t take any keys from guests. Lack of professionalism and ignorance of regulations. The final straw was the check-out process. We came to the hotel by taxi. No problem with additional fee for parking. After telling they made a mistake the receptionist was very dissatisfied with refunding 60 PLN. Me and my wife have been working since years with customers and we can’t comprehend how people working in a hotel can be so insolent to their customers.
Pros: Breakfast was horrible, very very minimal, not at all what one would expect from this hotel. And it is a shame, because the restaurant itself (lunch, dinner) was excellent. Bookshop had cards, which we could use for free, so we could kill the time we were thinking of spending on spa and relaxation playing cards in our room
Cons: Most of the staff seem untrained and are very uninterested, more than half of the times staff did not even great us when we came in. Interesting : some of the cleaning ladies were even visibly better at this that some receptionists. It seems the employees cannot have any hotel education, they are mostly very young, probably to save costs ?? In a hotel like this, we had to ASK to switch the sauna on one hour before using ??? Is this costs saving ? Like everything has to be done "as cheap as possible" in this hotel ??? Music in the restaurant and lobby plays from the Internet "OPEN FM" and COMPLETELY does not fit to the Spa the hotel is supposed to be or the restaurant with excellent food. Because it is probably FREE Internet Radio, it is completely not formatted and the music which plays is often unsuitable to say the least One of the 2 security guards in the swimming pool had a working brain and put towels for the guests, the other one always waited until guests asked and when we had something else to do, even did not have the initiative to put a few towels ready for guests and when he finally came, did not offer them ..... and that whilst there are everywhere messages that is is NOT ALLOWED to take a towel from the room or the sauna to the pool .... GREAT, would he have enough initiative to jump into pool and save a guest in case of need? I doubt it. Rooms have a lot of overdue small maintenance; lights not working, paint, tables in the restaurants with 4-5 dents etc etc Oh yes, and ALL of the wines we wanted from the wine card were out of stock for all the 4 days we spend there !! More cost savings ? No bicycles for women "oh, they are probably being repaired" During the 4 days, the wet sauna was broken at least 2 days (broken - working - broken), the jacuzzi for one, there were constantly running people around trying to repair things Looks like the management does not care or is not able ........ money money money ?
Pros: The location is absolutely stunning and there are plenty of activities within the hotel as well - the SPA is great and we got unlimited access to the wellness area as well. The restaurant is very good and the breakfast buffet was nice and varied. Our room was bigger than we expected and the view was beautiful - thank you to the Poziom 511 staff who accommodated our request there.
Cons: There were some technical difficulties with our access card on a couple of occasions, however these were resolved swiftly when flagged.
Pros: Spa facilities were good
Pros: nice location, big rooms, good standards, beautiful swimming pool
Cons: lacks maintenance. Rooms get tired, shower heads sprays in all kind of directions, small details defective.. Heating via aircon system. Expensive. Extra charge for parking.
Pros: The location, design and landscape of the property are outstanding. The quality of the furniture and fixtures are also noteworthy. The staffs are first class. There are adequate parking facilities as well.
Cons: The staffs are usually occupied. That is why there is a queue always. As the property is far from daily civic life, there could be some more options like sports activities to keep the time busy. There could be table tennis, pool or some small places to play outside.
Pros: Friendly staff, decent coffee for the breakfast, large rooms, high ceiling, location near the castle ruins
Cons: Internet was not working, small and narrow beds, swimming pool open until 8:00 PM only, paid parking

Pros: Good breakfast.
Cons: Cleaning in room can be better .
Pros: Hotel in a quiet environment, good parking in front of the hotel
Cons: rooms quite dated, not very clean, exceptionally small shower

Pros: Room was clean, comfortable and large. Restaurant is good and offers a nice selection at a reasonable price
Cons: Breakfast offers a limited choice - you will find something but it is not great
Pros: No weddings! This is too noisy!!!
Cons: Staff and kitchen
Pros: stuff was very friendly, breakfast was good
Pros: Friendly staff. The kitchen cooked up something off-menu for me as i wanted something vegan. I had a bike and the staff were great - they locked it in a secure shed overnight. The breakfast looked really good, if you eat meat, cheese, eggs, sausage.
Pros: The view from the window was nice, everything was clean, staff was helpful. Big, comfortable and clean bathrooms. Overall good location: Bledowska Desert, Ogrodzieniec and generally Jura.
Cons: It was a bit too close to the road, and during the night I had to close the window (if not the cars, I would have definitely left it opened). Also some fruits for breakfast were a bit dry.
Pros: The location is ideal for my work with a local business. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I am always welcomed with a smile.
Pros: The staff really take care in their roles. They have looked after me during each monthly visit even providing meals outside restaurant hours. A real home from home.
Cons: Lack of air conditioning and no elevator.

Pros: Restaurant meals very nice and good value. Garden area very pleasant. Staff pleasant.
Pros: Great location; very nice, helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Very good breakfast.
Pros: The rooms are clean. Rather friendly staff, but not not too much...
Cons: Small rooms. Additionally not isolated phonically, you could hear anything people were speaking in the other rooms.
Pros: Location was fine. Free car parking. The Spaghetti Carbonara was excellent. The staff were helpful.
Cons: As it has no carpets, the noise of the hotel “waking” from about 5am was loud. The dragging of chairs in the restaurant getting ready for breakfast, residents leaving with wheeled cases etc A little thing but I’d stay again but ask for a room further up the corridor.
Pros: Location close to downtown, 7 min walk, food was good, room was clean, in good condition. Staff friendly. Big parking lot, quiet at night.
Cons: Views on tha back of hotel around parking lot. Big trash containers. Otherwise, everything was good.
Cons: No breakfast available. Need To ask for it in advance.
With a stay at Hotel Fajkier Wellness And Spa in Kroczyce, you'll be in the historical district, and 8.4 mi (13.5 km) from Ogrodzieniec Castle and 14.7 mi (23.7 km) from Parish Church St Stanislaus. This hotel has facilities measuring 1076 square feet (100 square meters), including a conference center. Guests may use a train station pick-up service for a surcharge, and free valet parking is available onsite.
Pros: Pool was nice and restaurant food was very tasty.
Cons: Let me say this...a hotel that books a party till 4-5 am in the morning, is a hotel that does not care about the comfort and stay of their hotel guests nor do they care about employees that have to deal with the issues this situation creates. We pick a monthly hotel to visit in Poland. Thus far Hotel Fajker has been the worst experience. There was a party bought out till 4 am in the morning. The music bass vibrated throughout everything. The party goers were outside yelling. The hotel staff said they have “tried” to quiet the party down. At 3 am in the morning we had to move our toddler and things to another unit - but I could still feel and hear the music. Honestly if the weather was not bad and we weren’t so tired I would have driven home in the middle of the night.

Pros: A comfortable hotel with greece atmosphere. The rooms and furniture are not brand new, however it does not make a discomfort. It's pretty clean there. There is a greek restaurant on the ground floor and a breakfast take place there. The meals for the breakfast should be ordered in advance, on the evening. A great surprise was that we could buy there some original greek food: olive oil and kalamata olives that I always try to find and not always I manage to do it. The olives were perfect! Will definitely come back there to buy some. A delicious white sweet greek cheese with honey and walnuts was super.
Cons: Not so new furniture.
Cons: Staff was nowhere to be found till 11 AM. Breakfast was supposed to be server at 10 AM...so I did not get breakfast I paid for.. The room was not ready when it was supposed to be.
Pros: Quite small hotel with a restaurant in woods near highway. Friendly host. Good food.
Cons: Rooms are small. No fridge, kettle, Exe.
Pros: The manager was so helpful and friendly. Cute rooms. Nice food. Thank you for a great trip experience!
Pros: Play yard for children-very nice.
Cons: Everything was very nice except from the loud music, which was sounding the most of the night from somewhere (other room or other house?)

Pros: Very good food in restaurang. I like the typical polish interior
Pros: Dirty room with stained chairs and carpet. Very disappointed .
Cons: Extremely noisy, can't sleep during night. Swimming pool with cold water. No massage available. Bar closed for private party. No other option ... just stay in room...as Nowhere to go.
Pros: Location and food
Cons: Bad wifi
Pros: Reception staff and room attendants were very polite and helpful. Good size swimming pool
Cons: There was literally nothing in our room - no contact numbers, menu or any other useful information. Bathroom didn’t even have normal soap- shampoo dispenser fell of the wall and was put on a side. Breakfast was served downstairs in a massive hall but there were no food tags therefore we could not check what was served. We were not greeted by anyone during meals and there was a lot of confusion around seating plan. Altogether we were expecting much more for this price.
