Located in the fashionable Recoleta shopping and residential district on Avenida Alvear, surrounded by the finest stores, shopping centres and typical "cafes" where "Portenos" life takes place. Featuring beautiful gardens, the hotel offers a stunning array of sights and experiences along with the renowned Park Hyatt graciousness and service. Palacio Duhau-Park Hyatt, the jewel of the Park Hyatt crown.
Pros: Staff was always very attentive. The quality of the food was surprisingly good. Every night staff will prepare my room with waters and towels - excellent touch
Cons: Room was a bit outdated, but quick fixes would make the difference. Pillows had a bad smell but were changed quickly
Pros: Overall the staff team was professional as expected from a stay at any Park Hyatt. Concierge were knowledgeable about the area and restaurant scene. They were helpful. What exceeded my expectation was housekeeping. They were very thorough in their cleaning of the room. They even hoovered the carpet and the floor every day.
Cons: Breakfast time could get very busy resulting in a slow service. Also the staff could get confused with the order - I got a black coffee instead of coffee with milk. And when asked for a flat white, I just got something out of an Nespresso machine with little milk. Their cooked breakfast was to die for though so those little mistakes can be forgiven.
Cons: The entire garden, restaurants were unavailable on a friday night due to a private event. The enoteca was unavailable Thursday and Friday I should have stayed at the four seasons were guests area the priority I do not recommend this property
With a stay at Carles Hotel Buenos Aires, you'll be centrally located in Buenos Aires, just a 5-minute walk from Plaza San Martin and 6 minutes by foot from Torre de los Ingleses. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
Pros: I like the location and the ease at which i could walk to various tourist sites.
Cons: To be forward about my stay here I would rate this hotel with a 2.5 out of 5 or Average overall. The Carles Hotel Buenos Aires did offer a clean and generally memorable stay, but not for the things they advertised. I found the staff especially those at the front desk to be a bit unrefined. The first night I checked-in I arrived late coming all the way from Dubai and of course, I was starving. I asked if there was room service and I was told there was no in-room dining, and that all food can be ordered at a place around the corner. I asked the lady checking me in if it was possible to have a food delivery, she said yes food delivery was possible, but it took 45 minutes and she did not recommend it. She said it was best to go to the restaurant around the corner. The problem with that is every time we asked anyone at the front desk where anything was, they would say it is a block away and nothing more. For someone who just landed in a country, I didn’t know at a late hour stumbling around an unknown block was out of the questions so I quietly went to bed hungry in hops that breakfast would be satisfying. I noticed throughout my stay the front-desk staff behaved this way as if they couldn’t be bothered to put in the extra effort. The first day while at the hotel there was a marathon, I needed to return to the airport, so I asked the front desk about getting a taxi and I was simply told “no” its impossible due to the marathon. strangely enough, while sitting in the lobby other people came and left in a taxi booked by the front desk. I was lucky that I was waiting in the lobby because a taxi arrived carrying a guest so that’s how I was able to get to the airport. The marathon did not seem to hamper the taxi driver’s ability to maneuver through the city and get me to the airport on time. I had an issue with the laundry service which was an issue of my making.
Pros: Great location in Retiro extremely comfortable hotel great beds great bathroom highly recommend this place and the staff are the best
Cons: No bar
Pros: Very comfortable room in a hotel with very polite and helpful staff. Hotel excellent value for money in location convenient for business meetings
Pros: Very good breakfast. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Close to the ferry to Uruguay.
Pros: A very recent hotel, in a reasonably central location, near a beautiful park(San Martín), a walking distance from the pedestrian zone.
Cons: The street can be a bit noisy at times.
Pros: How nice the staff arr and the quality of the riims and generous breakfast
Pros: Brilliant everything
Located in Buenos Aires (Palermo), Mine Hotel Boutique is within a 5-minute walk of Serrano Square and within a 5-minute drive of Alto Palermo Shopping Center. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a cruise ship terminal shuttle.
Pros: Confortable, location , breakfast, very friendly helpful staff.
Cons: Being a bit picky, but would have liked to have bathroom robes. Concrete floors echoed noise, so when people in common areas lare at night outside room was perhaps a little noisy.
Pros: perfekt service. Outstanding, helpful staff at reception and restaurant. Will come back any time
Pros: Nice little hotel in Buenos Aires‘ Palermo district with lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Our room was nice with a comfy bed and modern, clean bathroom. From the 2nd floor, facing the street, we could hear a bit of noise at night as well as from neighboring rooms, but to an acceptable extent. Breakfast (buffet-style with made-to-order egg dishes) was amazing with an above-standard variety of choices. Except for the orange juice (which was not fresh, but canned), everything was of high quality. Staff was very friendly and had a „what to do on a rainy day“ recommendation ready at the reception desk, as weather was really bad. That‘s a nice little touch! The lobby area was cute with a sitting area and a little bar. We really liked this hotel for its modern, but cozy style and friendly service.
Pros: The staff, room size and furnishings, breakfast and location were all incredible
Pros: From the moment I walked in I was created with a enthusiastic hola. They showed me all the places to go and where very helpful in getting me there. Service was above and beyond expectations.
Cons: Would have liked an iron and ironing board in the room. It is available upon request.
Pros: Helpful staff, quaint and cozy rooms. It's located in a great area for exploring all the barrios of Buenos Aires, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!
Pros: Great location
Cons: Outside street a little noisy
Pros: Price Location
Located in Buenos Aires (Palermo), Fierro Hotel Buenos Aires is within a 15-minute walk of Cultural Center of Science and Distrito Arcos. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a ferry terminal shuttle.
Pros: Excellent breakfast, nice rooms, really good location, excellent and very useful staff. Not cheap place but worthed each penny. Restaurant of the hotel does not have many choices, but top quality food.
Pros: A small boutique hotel in the palmero district. The room we had was very comfortable and well appointed. The staff was awesome and very helpful with arranging tours, making reservations and recommendations. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants.
Cons: Buenos Aires is a very large city so for general sightseeing there is probably no optimal location. Fortunately there is a reasonably complete subway system with a station about 5 blocks from the hotel
Pros: Thought the staff supper friendly and helpful. Thought some of the guests needed training about how to behave. Was pretty amazed what they were asking and how unreasonable and ungrateful they were. The room was lovely and the bed amazingly comfortable.
Cons: I am a fan of Palermo Soho. So I could have been closer but having said that the location was good.
Pros: The staff was very cooperative and congenial. Always ready to help you and guide you for city.
Pros: Great room, great staff.
Pros: Nice room with comfy bed. Breakfast was really really good. Staff was nice and super helpful in directing us.
Cons: Palermo is kind of far from the rest of BA. One morning the bathroom had no hot water; however the problem was solved in one hour.
With a stay at CasaCalma Hotel, you'll be centrally located in Buenos Aires, within a 10-minute walk of Plaza San Martin and Teatro Colon. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a cruise ship terminal shuttle.
Pros: The confort, the staff and the location
Cons: The breakfast could be better
Pros: Great localization with a excellent service offer for guest ... we'll back!!!
Cons: nothing ... all is good!!!!
Pros: Amazing service, great rooms, Breakfast was superb including the hoṯ chocolate and the omelette The location is perfect, quite at night and busy during the day. Just have to be a little careful walking around at night after 10pm. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes close by
Pros: CasaCalma is a gem, really. We travel a lot and have been to many different hotels, but this one is clearly one of the best. It is a small hotel with nine floors with each two rooms. We had a room in the 9th floor with jaccuzzi, a huge (and super comfy) bed, a large shower, a nespresso coffee machine and plenty of space. Shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion are provided for free (in large, refillable bottles) and of high quality. The jaccuzzi comes with bath salt. Service was outstanding - we arrived early in the morning, way before check-in time at 3 pm, and the hotel staff went out of their way to get our room ready by noon, keeping our luggage until then, of course. We were given a map and lots of recommendations, a list of tango shows (out of which we booked one for the 2nd night), another list with restaurant recommendations (and an additional one for vegetarians, upon my request) and one with recommended day trips. Besides, there is a “DVD menu” with a huge list of DVDs that are available for free. Hotel staff booked the tango show for us (which includes pick up/drop of from the hotel) and offered help with restaurant reservations or any other support. In our room, we found a little note that a yoga mat will be provided upon request, which I made use of - what a great idea! Every night, we received a hand written weather forecast for the next day - and any confirmation, i.e. for the tango show, was provided in form of a personal, printed message. Little touches, but that’s what makes the difference. The location is very convenient, there are lots of attractions, restaurants, bars and cafes in walking distance. Breakfast would have been available, also as room service, but we rather started our day early and thus did not make use of this offer.
Cons: Nothing - it could not have been any better!
Pros: Breakfast was perfect-- small, nice buffet and w/ eggs made to order, very attentive service... they even served mate!
A stay at Grand Brizo Buenos Aires places you in the heart of Buenos Aires, within a 10-minute walk of Obelisco and Teatro Colon. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Superb location, very accessible to the city, tours and seeing things by walking everywhere.
Cons: The gym didn't open until 7.30am so if you are a business traveller, this is not so suitable.
Pros: Absolutly outstanding cleaning, and I am a very much retailer person. Excellent location, very central to popular cultural and touristic attractions. Helpful and polite staff.
Cons: Smelly corridors (they smell like food all day long) WiFi could improve its speed. It would be amazing to have bathrobes in the room. They should add some health choices to breakfast, even though, it was amazing!
Pros: Good continental breakfast. Location close to sites and public transport
Cons: A very grand entrance which the rooms don't quite live up to
Pros: The staff was super helpful. The location was perfect and the room was very comfortable.
Pros: Beds really confortable. Clean. Position is really good for turism around the city
Cons: Few little problems in the room as the TV did not work (but quickly fixed by the staff) and the temperature climatizer was also not working (I did not complain about it).
Pros: Position is in the very downtown of Buenos Aires. Room is very clean, wide and quiet. Very kind staff. Breakfast better that in similar Argentina hotels.
Cons: For the future, go in the same ways!
Pros: Proper 4-star hotel, lots of attention to detail, service with a genuine smile, big rooms, great restaurant with very affordable meals, small but well-equipped gym, cool rooftop bar (open Wednesday - Saturday)!
Cons: No big deal, but I spent 8 nights here and there was something wrong with the music system so they only had one playlist featuring 8 sort of easy listening deep house tunes which started to drive me crazy at some point, felt like Groundhog Day. Serves me right for spending so much time inside anyway :-) And I'm sure they've fixed it by now.
Alvear Art Hotel is centrally located in Buenos Aires, a 5-minute walk from Florida Street and 9 minutes by foot from Teatro Colon. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and express check-in. Planning an event in Buenos Aires? This hotel features 2906 square feet (270 square meters) of event facilities. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
Pros: This was my second stay at Alvear Art. I returned because I enjoyed my first time. I like the location: the area ranging from the Plaza de Mayo all the way up to Recoleta contains a lot that interests me. I enjoy sitting on a bench in Plaza San Martin and listening to the birds and the city while reading something thoughtful and contemplating life. It's nice too to have within walking range a number of nice restaurants. The hotel staff was glad to advise me and make suggestions. The servers in the hotel restaurant treated me like a friend. I believe I have found my place to stay in Buenos Aires.
Pros: Always love staying at this hotel - very friendly staff and great location. The visit is always too short - but great for business travel.
Cons: Nothing that I could fault here - stayed a couple of times before and always a great stay
Cons: restaurant, just OK I paid for my colleague, but the hotel asked him to make a deposit with his card as well (I left a day earlier)…… summary, the hotel charged him twice. Still the money has not been received back
Pros: Beautiful bathroom.
Cons: Ability to quickly get a taxi
Pros: The staff. The room. The shower especially.
Cons: Breakfast and espresso could improve, but excellent overall.
Pros: Great staff always willing to help. Quiet room at rear of hotel with very good work space and high speed wifi. Enjoyed pool with great view over Buenos Aires.
Pros: It's well located to my local office and a quaintly unique boutique setting. It's small enough that the staff remembers you when you come and go and you are not lost in the crowd, which can tend to be the case at larger hotels.
Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like. I would have liked to swim with the roof open since it was warm out and the roof was not retracted. It was summer time so I figured they would have opened it up. Not a big issue and it more than made up for it in every other way.
Pros: property is is a great location with easy access to all sorts bedrooms a re spacious bathrooms are lovely and fully equipped one of the best and most comfortable bed of any hotels
Cons: The choice of food at the hotel is narrow Breakfast is ok but not memorable Water is chlorinated unless you make the point in advance of getting your tea

Cons: 10-year-old hotel showing it’s age I’ve stayed there several times before but is definitely looking dirty things not working staff not interested in helping
Pros: When I arrived they took my luggage, only thing good.
Cons: Everything. When I arrived they overcharged me complete stay without warning. Inaceptable in a Hotel that is supposed to be 5 stars. I’ve been in other hotels in Argentina and around the world they never charge me complete stay in advance. Customer service wasn’t professional. I find a cheaper hotel and better not far away. Also is outdated
Pros: Safe location, lots of nearby restaurants
Pros: Location is good on Puerto Madero. Beautiful building but room needs renovation (carpet, curtains, specialy BED)
Cons: Terrible bed!!!!!!!! Inclined to the sides and small. Breakfast used to be better. Some rude staff members.
Pros: Clean, comfortable, big rooms. Very pleasant staff
Cons: Really would have expected electric sockets beside bed. A bit annoying not to be able to plug in phone and have it beside bed.
Pros: The hotel is located in a very safe area, it has good facilities and the service is excellent.
Cons: The hotel did not provide complimentary bottled water in the room
Pros: the location in the town in a nice area - nearby a natural reserve - good breakfast
Cons: basic service insufficient: very slow check in - out, no slippers in the room (in a 5 stars?) - only one shampoo in te bath ( when requested to the desk.... a plastic bag for garbage with 20 shampoo was sent at the room : is it a service of a 5 stars?9
Pros: This is a great property and all the people were so helpful. Its located at the best place where all the great eating joints are at walkable distance. I highly recommend this place. It would have been great of could get the Barbie room for our girls but it was already under heavy booking :)
With a stay at Scala Hotel Buenos Aires, you'll be centrally located in Buenos Aires, within a 5-minute drive of Plaza de Mayo and Obelisco. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and express check-out. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: It cannot be beat for the price, especially the price I got through Kayak. Love the staff, Luis at desk could not be more helpful. Location is amazing if you like an arty part of town, but also near main historical attractions. I love it there and will go back.
Cons: Wooden floor in room was slightly grungy, but not really horrible. Everything else was very clean. They ask for suggestions. The lobby is spacious and beautiful
Pros: Everything was modern, super clean and quiet. And we never saw any screaming kids or damn dogs in the hotel.
Pros: It has been a while, I´ve stayed here numerous times before and this was a very last minute booking. Enjoyed my short stay as always, everything tip-top in order. Rooms big as always, breakfast to die for (especially if you like sweets), all in all a perfect stay.
Cons: Too bad I can´t stay longer!
Pros: Ok Property
Cons: Staff was rude, breakfast was terrible, I wouldn’t rate this hotel as a four stars
Pros: We liked so much the reception, Breakfeast, Confortable bed, bathtub.
Pros: Rooms are ok. A bit old fashion.
Cons: Checkout took for ever. Ok
Pros: Absolutely like this hotel, employees are great. Food is good, the room is great.

Pros: Excellent staff who were very professional and helpful. Great room with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was also very good.
Cons: A minor point but the water feature in the lounge area is out of proportion to the size of the hotel. But as I say this is really a trivial point.
Pros: The staff were super friendly. The rooms and restaurant are very clean. We loved that we could use the hotel's bikes free-of-charge. Great location.
Cons: We liked it all.
Pros: Pretty, modern, design room Free glass of malbec on arrival , and biscuits on check out
Cons: There could be more savoury options for breakfast. Omelettes taste like they are made with a packaged egg mix
Pros: Location, size of room and additional thoughts - like evening tea or a card stating weather for the next day.
Cons: Had a massage - not particularly good.
Pros: Staff very kind, good breakfast and coffee, welcome Malbec yummy! I enjoy the green features making a pleasant scene in the middle of the city.
Cons: Doors thin, water falls only during the evening, neighbor complained of noise during the day.

Pros: Diego and geronimo were awesome. We loved them.

Pros: The service the place the view. We liked very much the hotel
Cons: During 2 nights we were disturbed by the noise Of a rave party3
Pros: Extremely helpful personnel and very nice breakfast
Cons: Coffee/Tea- maker in the room would be nice
Pros: Great location. The hotel was exactly what I expected.
Cons: Not much. It's a solid hotel.

Pros: Great breakfast and Club Level services.
Pros: A very large comfortable room - quiet and fantastic bed. Lounge access on Level 17 was very good. Staff were courteous and efficient. Breakfast was satisfactory but nothing special. Good location in the centre of town.
Cons: Breakfast selection should be better for a five star hotel
Pros: Location www very good - close to most sights but quiet.
Cons: Cruise ship overnighters meant things like breakfast were very crowded.
Pros: Beautiful rooms; great facilities
Cons: Breakfast was ok but not great
Pros: Good enough.
Cons: Not especially.
Pros: Very clean and comfortable room. All the staff are very friendly and courteous. Great location to everywhere I needed to get to.
Cons: Breakfast was good, but could be improved. No availability to order poached or fried eggs or even an omelette.
Pros: Staff were just wonderful, no questions were left unanswered and help always given freely. Special commendations for the concierge team who were absolutely brilliant at providing guidance and advice on our future travel and arranging transport for when we return in November.
Cons: Pillows were a bit thick and hard.
Cons: Not a very exciting neighborhood

Pros: The room was tasteful, the bed was very comfortable and there was lots of room. We arrived very early in the morning after a flight delay and appreciated the late check out provided by the hotel. It was in a good location too.
Pros: Their breakfast is best ! and room also.
Pros: Sweet attentive staff.
Pros: Breakfast is great, breakfast crew is amazingly friendly, reception desk very helpful (Gabriel).
Cons: Gymnasium totally abandoned, dirty, with dry bottles of water the whole week. It seems they ignore that guests can be fan of training and exercising.... a real disappointment for me....very different from NH Collection Amsterdam.
Pros: good location comfortable bed friendly staff
Cons: payment calculation in peso which was much higher if converted to USD
Pros: Location and staff
Pros: Good wifi, good location
Cons: Room was a bit shabby, shower hard to adjust
Pros: Room size

Pros: really helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast and one of the best locations in Buenos Aires, with Alpataco wines just in front, best place to get your Argentinean wines
Pros: Our room was as impeccable than the public spaces such as the lobby and breakfast area. Stylish, modern, very well kept. Our room had a fancy free-standing bath tub made of wood - a real wow effect. Breakfast (buffet style, scrambled/fried/boiled eggs are available upon request) was amazing and of high quality. The location is convenient for visiting nearby Recoleta cementary, it’s just a block away.
Cons: While we liked the style and cleanliness of the hotel, the atmosphere was more on the distanced-professional side. The hotel came across as a business hotel and did not seem to be geared towards tourists - which made it more anonymous than other hotels we stayed in during our trip to Argentina.
Cons: Sauna closes 20:00 (so if I had to work until 20, I just couldn’t do a Sauna before dinner). The worst of all is that me and my girlfriend arrived at the sauna place at 19:40, but because the sauna is kept off it took 20 min to reach temperature, once it had reached the extremely rude (cursing “puta madre” because we had arrived minutes before its closure) woman from the hotel staff that guards de SPA area just walked away leaving us at dark, incredible... and imagining that I had stayed there in the week that it opens and already have choose this hotel more than 5 times.... this will be the last unfortunately.
Pros: The room was spacious The location was excellent Water was provided daily
Cons: The large bathtub which is meant as an artistic feature took up way too much space Would have preferred the room without the bathtub No slippers provided No place to hang wet clothes ( since they have both a pool and a gym this is an issue)
Pros: Big room. Good restaurant
Cons: Very noisy from cleaners inside and outside street. Maintenance as well in the morning. Zero soundproofing. No hooks in the room. Poor placement of AC sockets. Twin is just a double with a cot - not really optimal for the one with the cot. In general this disappointed. It has some neat aesthetics but lacks the functionality of a good hotel. Those who thought it was great haven’t been to many other places.
Pros: Small, comfortable, quiet, clean hotel in a great neighborhood. Friendly staff and great breakfast.
Cons: If you are staying with a few people in a room the bathroom isn’t really private. There’s a frosted glass door for the toilet and one for the shower but the sink and bathtub are in the main room. However, it’s a very cool wooden bathtub and there’s a spa feel to the room.
Cons: Toilet flush was difficult to stop from continuously running Elevator was not working. Second elevator was circulating up and down non-stop like in an infinite loop. Taxi fare (double the official fare to EZE) was not communicated by reception staff. Confirmation of reservation was not provided. Breakfast location was indicated to be on the 8th. floor then on -1 floor when it was actually served on the ground floor.

Cons: Breakfast was awesome. The property was beautiful and my room was spacious and very comfortable
Pros: Quiet place , with friendly staff ,not far from train statio, friendly staff
Pros: Confortable house, beautiful place.Felt good.
Pros: Service and welcome.
Pros: Maria gave us a very warm welcome and was extremely helpful organising taxis for us and providing information. We found the beds really comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Breakfast was good with the option of eggs as well as pastries. The garden is lovely, very quiet and private. Central location in a nice area of town.
Cons: The swimming pool needs some attention, the water appeared to be green. One of the reasons I had booked the hotel was because it had a pool as we were visiting in February. Luckily the weather wasn’t too hot while we were there as we would not have been keen to swim in it. The bathroom had a badly cracked sink and would benefit from some modernisation.

Pros: Very good location. Clean and nice room
Cons: The clenliness of the cutlery during breakfast . The transfer from the airport was much overpriced
Cons: There should be one TV station in English (CNN)
Pros: We only stayed one night. But the hotel was very nice!

Located in Buenos Aires (Palermo), CasaSur Bellini Hotel is within a 5-minute walk of Evita Museum and Carlos Thays Botanic Garden. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is available for a surcharge.
Pros: the bedroom was very nice and comfortable. we had an inside bedroom which did not have any street noise! that was great. we recommend the area.
Cons: the bathroom had a jacuzzi but it doesn't work, they don't provide tea, coffe, or something to warm some water if you want to enjoy something in the bedroom.
Pros: Breakfast was good. Nice clean rooms and very friendly helpful staff. To be recommended. As a plus its not to far from the downtown airport.
Cons: no negative points to mention
Pros: Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping mall, great parks, very nice walk on avenida del libertador! Close to a lot of freddo ice cream stores! Palermo overall a great neighborhood! Staff very nice and helpful! Maria the cleaning lady was extra nice always with a smile .
Cons: We arrive early and they couldn't let us check in early!
Pros: I DID LIKE BETTER ROOM 901 THAN ROOM 801 ( THE SPACE WAS BETTER WITH THE SECOND LAVATORY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM ) IN GENERAL WAS BETTER ... THE BOYS & GIRLS IN THE FRONT DESK, VERY PROFESSIONAL; THE BOYS OPENING AND CLOSING THE DOOR WHEN YOU GO IN AND OUT OF THE HOTEL, WERE EXCELLENT; THE SAME FOR THE SERVANTS CLEANING THE ROOMS; THE GIRLS WORKING IN THE RESTAURANT FOR BREAKFASTS ALL PAYING CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE CLIENTS, WATCHFUL, OBSERVANT, KIND !!! IN GENERAL ALL WITH EXCELLENT PERSONAL RESPONSABILITY ! CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF THEM ...
Cons: WE ARE USED TO DIFFERENT BATHROOMS FOR INSTANCE I DID NOT LIKE THE SHOWER, BUT THAT IS THE WAY THE SHOWERS ARE IN ARGENTINA ( SINK LAVATORY OR WASHBASIN ) ... I AM NOT GOING TO CHANGE ALL THE ALL THE BATHROOM SINKS IN BUENOS AIRES ! .. WE DID HAVE TO MOVE TO 801 BECAUSE THE HAIR DRYER DID BURN OUT ... THE PEOPLE OF THE FRONT FRONT DESK OFFERED TO MOVE US, BECAUSE THERE WERE "ELECTRICITY SPARKS" IN SEVERAL OF THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS IN THE ROOM, INCLUDING IN THE" MAIN ELECTRICITY CONTROL" (electricity discharged, GENERATING SPARKS ) ... I WONDER, IF I WERE YOU, I WOULD HAVE OFFERED TO BUY ANOTHER HAIR DRYER ... I WOULD NOT HAVE ACCEPTED IT, BUT I DID PAY THE EQUIVALENT OF $ 4,236 DOLLARS FOR MY STAY !
Cons: Breakfast could've been better
Pros: Very chic hotel. Nice location close to Aeropwrque airport.
Cons: Room had a nice balcony, but street view was not that great.
Cons: The place for breakfast
Pros: Very nice place in Palermo
Welcome to Howard Johnson Plaza Buenos Aires, located in the historic district of Argentinas capital near Autopista 25 de Mayo, Avenida de Mayo, and Avenida 9 de Julio, the worlds widest avenue. We are just minutes away from landmarks like Casa Rosada, the Palace of the Argentine National Congress, and the Obelisco de Buenos Aires. Plus, we are close to the lively San Telmo neighborhood and Puerto Maderos waterfront restaurants. For those flying in or out of the area, you can easily reach Ezeiza International Airport EZE from our hotel.
Pros: We loved the modern hotel, the facilities were great! Big comfortable room, perfect for us: 2 adults and 2 small kids.
Cons: Breakfast could be more diverse- a lot of sweet things, not a lot of savories and only scrambled eggs included. Also, we missed a water heater in the room for tea or coffee..
Pros: Very clean, comfortable and great staff. I requested few thigs at it was a present for my parents and the staff ws suer nice and helpful at all times. I recommend 100% this hotel.
Pros: Good central location, friendly staff, good breakfast, good size rooms.
Cons: Lack of English channels on TV for non-Spanish speakers.
Pros: We stayed for two weeks and had an enjoyable experience. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful; they were always trying to make sure our stay was the best. Even the general manager and the owner were constantly checking in with us. The rooms and beds are comfortable, and the hotel is close to many tourist attractions, we could either walk or take the subway. I strongly recommend this hotel.
Cons: The only thing that could be improved is the speed of the elevators, when the hotel is full it takes a while for one to arrive.
Pros: Good breakfast, nice big room, nice shower. Great location.
Cons: Internet connection wasn’t always working. Small parking space.
The history of Buenos Aires can be told from the Panamericano Hotel viewpoint. Magnificent details of Buenos Aires architecture, domes, century-old buildings, modern skyscrapers, the privileged view of the obelisk, Colon Theatre, the Palace of Justice and 9 de Julio Avenue. Those who discover such a view are impressed, the best location in Buenos Aires.Featuring free WiFi, a spa center and a sun terrace with an inside pool. Some rooms have a sitting area to relax in after a busy day. You will find a 24-hour front desk at the property.**Important Information** Children under 17 years old are not allowed at the Spa.
Pros: The pool & buffet breakfast were amazing! It was a chilly day in Buenos Aires so the indoor heated pool was very nice and I definitely put that to use. It is modern and clean and I enjoyed the cabanas and complimentary fresh juice. The view from the pool deck is outstanding! I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast. They offered a wide assortment. Best breakfast I have had during my stay in Argentina. The rooms are large and the beds are large and comfortable. I slept very well. I enjoyed the spa tubs and the bathrooms are very chic! Only issue was the faucet...a little quirky at times but nothing major to complain about. I enjoyed the hardwood flooring and felt very safe in my hotel room.
Cons: For a nice hotel like this one, they did not have hair dryers or converters. I would have been happy to pay for a converter if they offered one so it was a little annoying and a bit of a hassle to go out searching for one. I wasted about 45min of my time but eventually found one at a local market shop for very cheap.
Pros: only location
Cons: cleaning was not good and the facilities was old so we need to wait for fix the toilet at midnight. we were 4 family members but they always prepared 2 towels so we have to ask them everyday. So the service was not like 5 star hotel.
Pros: This is an old hotel in the heart of Buenos Aires located near the obelisk. It has marvelous view and very cool pool, gym and spa on 23d floor. Staff is very kind and helpful. Hotel's restaurant is serving pretty good food and breakfasts are very tasty.
Cons: As I said before - this is an old hotel and requires renovation. We were asking for quiet room, but our first room's windows was right near AC cluster which noise we were able to hear so they moved us to 21st floor. View from there was incredible but we still was able to hear noise of the city because of thin windows and also at night there was a continuous noise of something like ventilation. Restaurant is not working all the time, so once we had to go to a different hotel for a lunch when we've missed it here. City center is not a safe district, so be prepared for this. In general this not a bad hotel, but not worth asked price, it should be 2-3 times less.
Pros: The mattress in our room could be replaced. It was like sleeping on a rolling slope of hills, basically it was lumpy. The breakfast was great the first day, however by the 5th day I was craving something else! Good selection of food, the scrambled eggs were runny. It's free so these are minor complaints. The hotel is right near the "obelisk." It's centrally located which makes it ideal. Quick cab rides to all the barrios.
Cons: You can hear people walking in the room above us. Have to improve that !
Pros: There should have been more options for vegetarians like me
Cons: Spread was not good
Pros: Everything! This place is just gorgeous! We upgraded to a studio with a view of the city and it was worth every penny. Huge room, incredible spa and pool facilities, phenomenal dinning options... And they made it extra special for us with champagne to celebrate our honeymoon and late check-out.
Pros: Best points: Fantastic Location, excellent fitness center and pool, very excellent service and friendly staff, great value overall Negatives: The bed was ready to be replaced, runny eggs at the buffet, room safe not working well
Pros: Location is amazing
Cons: A 5 star hotel could be a bit better. It's in the details.
