This IS the place! Do not waste your time with hotels on Intl Blvd, they are old and run down. Don’t overpay for Disney hotels or Disney proximity hotels… stay HERE! You will feel like a luxury traveler as the staff treats you like a 5-star hotel guest. They TRULY recognize your Marriott status as well! They have a wonderful valet (Luigi), excellent front desk staff (Valentina) and incredible food and beverage leadership (Jeff). The rooms are huge for what you pay and the dining stays open late (exactly what you need after a long day at the parks). Book this hotel and you will find yourself writing this same review after you stay!!

Cons. Facility was nice, however, during my stay the AC in my room broke. I informed room services and they promptly sent up a maintenance team. The technicians fixed the problem, so I thought. Around 1130pm, the AC broke again. I reported the problem and the staff offered me another room. When I went to the next room, it was dirty and the AC was broken in that room too! I went back downstairs and the staff finally gave a room where the AC worked properly. The staff gave me a complimentary breakfast for my sorrows but I couldn’t take advantage the offer because I had a 0500 flight.

Cons. Restaurant poor service. Took 5mins to get seated in very quiet restaurant even long to get order taken even drinks. Food ok.

Cons. Chose the location based on kid friendly facilities. The "Heated" pool wasn't heated. The hot tub was maybe 85 degrees and was full of sand. The key card didn't work to access parking and the front desk clerk was unapologetic. As a regular Marriott customer I was particularly disappointed.
Pros. What I liked about the hotel was its location to University of Central Florida football stadium.
Cons. The hotel did not have my reservation. It was embarrassing for me to stand at the Registration Desk for almost 1 hour when my friends had no problem getting their room. It was also embarrassing for my son, a Tulane football player, because several of his teammates and coaches saw me standing at the Registration Desk. My son eventually walked over to me and asked what was going on.
