Very noisy jets flying over meaning it’s too close to the airport. No restaurant service, staff was friendly but limited. overwhelmed with guests arriving. Not very clean.

Pros (+) The room was clean, microwave and fridge in the room as well which was nice. Being right next to the airport, I never heard a plane. Located to so much and the free shuttle to and from the airport was great. The shuttle does only run to MCO and not Sanford. John was extremely helpful with answering questions and had wonderful customer service.

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and scheduling the free shuttle to the airport is very easy. Breakfadt was Relatively basic but it was hot and good.
Cons (-) Light sleepers might have a problem simply because it was so close to the airport, but it wasn’t a problem for me. The property is showing wear in tear and could use a real good deep cleaning but it wasn’t gross in my opinion.

Pros (+) Price and location near the airport. Airport shuttle.
Cons (-) Was locked out of room 4 hours before check out. Key was revalidated but no apology of any sort. Cleaning person tried to enter while I was in the shower around 9AM. Check out was at 1200.

Pros (+) It was convenient and not to far from UCF (20 min drive). It was comfortable, clean, had a nice view, and we slept OK. The staff was very friendly, especially the breakfast staff. A lot of restaurants around the area.
Cons (-) The first night the trash trucks came 4:30 in the morning. Good thing I am an earlier riser.

Pros (+) We checked in with 3 young kids (all under 5) around midnight. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast, despite not having high chairs (the only downside) was delicious and there was quite a spread.
