Love the hotel, the staff were attentive and the restaurant options are plentiful.
The air conditioner in my room went on every 15 minutes and it was loud enough to way me up several times.
Staff and facilities were very nice.
Breakfast buffet. The eggs were tasteless.
My family and I were out late at the parks catch, so it was nice to be able to come back and use the 24hr marketplace for small food and drink before bedtime for our son.
Upon arrival Friday night, I noticed a Comet spray bottle left on the bathroom counter from housekeeping staff. I went and placed it in the closet out of reach of my five-year-old child. Early the next morning before departing for the theme parks, I presented this issue in person to the front desk staff. They were empathetic to the situation and said that they would put in a maintenance request to have it removed. The front desk staff member however, asked me to go back up to the room take it out of the closet and put it on the sink. I advised that my wife and son were already waiting at the valet for me. When we arrived back at the room around 9:00pm it was still not removed. As an alumni of the UCF Rosen School of Hospitality, I was surprised that the front desk member would ask a guest to do the work for them or be inconvenienced of their plans, and that there was no execution of the task in a timely manner.
Spacious hotel and rooms
The whole stay was very pleasant and relaxing for business travel
Facilities, staff, and experience was great
The pizza you serve out of the 24 hour cafe downstairs is probably one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. Cheap, frozen par-baked crust with flavourless toppings and easily 100% more expensive than you can find elsewhere. Absolutely something your executive chef and director of food and beverage should be ashamed of putting in front of guests.
the bed was awesome. staff was steller.
Very nice hotel.
Nice hotel. Building looks great. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff.
Internet service was poor.
Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable. Delicious food.
$18/day to self-park and $26 valet
Un lugar muy bonito amplio, parqueo gratuito
An Orlando Favorite
Clean, nice rooms and top-notch staff.
Great Hotel
Modern, updated, clean. Stayed in a room with 2 queen beds, room was very spacious. Valet staff was great. Short stay, so didn't get a chance to explore, but would definitely return.
No complaints.
Very nice hotel. Great room, comfortable bed, perfect location. Complementary valet parking to compensate waiting time at check-in.
If I have to mention 1 thing: the welcoming e-mail (via TV) dated 2003. (the hotel opened in 2006).
I enjoyed being able to sit out by the pool late into the evening and relax. Oh, and the bar at A Land Remembered was great - the bartender recommended the crab cakes which were delish!
We loved hotel itself, service was great, price was excellent! We will definitely stay there again when come to Disney.
Wonderful hotel with all the 5 star amenities.
A luxurious home away from all the theme parks
The pool area and breakfast buffet
large, cold, to bare and unwelcoming, Over priced shop and food court. Poor or no choice of daily news papers available and none a tall available on the sunday. Tried all areas and was told nearest place was at supermarket outside the complex. Staff were polite yet unhelpful in all areas. Unable to have any early dinner or any dinnerr in the hotel in any restaurant from 5.30pm new years eve.
Had a great discount for hotel of this kind. Convenience to International blvd. and golf course.
Like most I spoke to the price of self parking [$12] a bit much.
The restaurant was superior (A Land Remembered). Service was outstanding. Food was delicious, extensive wine list and this dining experience is truly memorable.Overall hotel staff was vey friendly and helpful but the restaurant was phenomenal!
nothing really
The hotel was awesome. It was not too far from international drive, the staff there was excellent. Although they did not have the room type that was reserved they gave us a free upgrade to a suite. i would definately stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others.
The courtesy and efficiency of the staff, very well appointed bedroom(very comfortable bed), the luxurious nature of the hotel.
