Clean, beautifully decorated, boat shuttle from the hotel to the city walk and other places at Universal so there’s no reason or need to have a car
Bottles of water in the room were $7.50 each if you used them to make the provided tea or coffee. No complimentary shuttle service to/from airport - I paid $30 each way for an Uber.
We enjoyed the Club amenities and FastPass access to Universal Studios theme parks
Great stay with nice beach pool and good restaurants. Early access was unbeatable. Too expensive with extra charge for parking and mini fridge.
great 10 year anniversery
PBH was the best choice for our visit to Universal Studios Orlando. The restaurants were great. The one we went to had a musical that was an initiate source of classic italian songs. The room was over the top amazing (we stayed in the presidenta suite). The staff was friendly, accomodating and inviting.
Good but not excellent.
The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, and you felt safe.
I made some recommendations when I made my reservation. We had three rooms and were told we were in the West wing close to the transportation, we ended up on the east wing as far away from the transportation as possible. They didn't do anything to rectify the problem, just told me that it was on the reservation but the rooms were full.
Loved that we had the fast pass included. Was so luxurious and the beds so comfy. Boat ride to parks was so convenient.
