Staff was friendly and very helpful made adjustments to gas prices when he realized gas wasn’t on full. The location was perfect and easy being in hotel. The price through kayak for hertz was great for service and reliable car!Short hours at this location got to the place at 5pm exactly when they closed and just missed the employee that works for hertz said the hotel receptionist. Thank god, Valet at this hotel was able to take the rental back, I had plane to catch. Just make sure to drop the car 15mins before closing.

Paid for SUV, got car. Gas tank was empty, car was filthy inside and out. Picked up at Ritz-Carlton and was amazed that they let the Hertz Rental space be so ordinary. The manager of the rental office was a bit rude, and not at all accommodating. I will Never use Hertz again

Nothing. The Hertz location was not at the airport. It was located 25 minutes away. That was useless because I was at the airport, and did not have a car to get to the other location. The Hertz employee at the airport could not have been any less helpful or any less concerned about my problem.Kayak could have made it clear that the Hertz location wasn't at the airport, since I specifically entered the airport as the desired location.

Customer service on the phone and the man I checked the car back to were helpful.Having the rental car I requested available. Instead I was pushed in to renting a Jeep and having to pay more money. I feel if my car is unavailable I shouldn’t have to pay for the upgrade. If the rep would of showed me how to use the vehicle I had to pay extra for such as taking the top off the j

The only annoyance was the remote did not work to open/close car. Daniel was great at the Hertz rental place. Very friendly and helpful.

I got my money refunded!!We arrived at the Marriott Hotel in Orlando Florida to pick up our pre paid for rental car. Our flight was a couple of hours late arriving due to mechanical problems. We did arrive at her office within the Marriott Hotel at 5:50 to find that the lady already had left for the day!!!! We also called her phone when we arrived at the Orlando airport to give her a heads up that we are on our way but she never answered her phone. We called many numbers that we could find to figure this out. We did understand that there wasn't anything they could do until they talked with the lady in question. We took yet another cab to the motel we were staying at for the night. We finally got a hold of the gal in the morning. First she was a little apologetic saying she would call me back in a while. She did finally call me back and said that she was at her desk until 6:00 p.m. I told her that that wasn't the case because we were there at 5:50 and were told from another disgruntled customer, that she had left at 5:45! She rudely said that there wasn't a refund or car and too bad for us. She then said that since we were two hours late picking up our prepaid car we were just out of luck because we were more than two hours late, we had no recourse. She stated that this was the policy!!!! We asked to speak to a manager, her reply was to call the 800 number that we had called in the first place. We did call that number and filed a complaint against her. They stated that they could see if they could find me a car or if I wanted, I could file a complaint against her. We chose the later!! Another cab fee to our condo for a total of $148.00 in cab fees. Our vacation resort did help us find a car, we were so grateful. I'm just surprised that a respected company, Hertz has such a rude person with their name behind them. On a side note, her office was a complete mess!! I don't think it had been vacuumed in quite awhile!!

The staff was not good... and to change my itenary was terrible. Never again. I could not reach anyone to change it. I picked up the car 1 day after and returned it one day before and lost money. No refund I was told for those 2 day.Educate people on how to contact u guys, because Hertz kept saying I had to contact u guys to make changes or get a refund for 2 day.

Nothing. At time of pick up, there were no cars available. I had no choice but to cancel my plans.I would have appreciated a call ahead of time if there were no cars available.
