Pros (+) Everything. Had their own parking and always brought car immediately responsive to every need and super friendly and nice. Loved spacious room too. We'll laid out and great bathroom.

Pros (+) Excellent location very near the Duomo. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. My room was comfortable, everything worked, and the staff very pleasant. Even the breakfast was good. I would stay there again.
Cons (-) At breakfast, what they called orange juice was red and tasted a fruit bunch from a powder mix. Get the grapefruit juice instead.
