Pros: Enzo is the best host I've seen, the apartment is spacious and clean, great location.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Everything was perfect and Enzo made sure we were well taken care of. He met us outside the walled city and guided us directly to the apartment. All details were in place and the decor was beautiful. He spent time to show us how to use the features and appliances included and the streets around the city. The apartment is a wonderful place with plenty of space, fast internet and lovely amenities.
Cons: Nothing!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The quintessential Tuscan villa situated on the estate’s winery. Expansive views of Tuscany, surrounded by grapevines and olive trees. Glorious sunsets to enjoy on the well appointed back patio, and a feast for the photographer! The five bedrooms are separated for privacy if with a group, and the property’s additional cottage is adorable! Edda is the owner and is a real sweetheart—ensured all our needs and questions were met, and a lovely person to meet and know. We scheduled a pizza night on the veranda with pizzas cooked on premises in the wood burning pizza oven, as well as another evening’s full course dinner prepared right in our own kitchen—absolutely would repeat both if lucky enough to return. Conveniently located approximately 20 minutes outside of the gorgeous hill town of Cortona, you’re minutes away from groceries, gasoline, and the A1 for convenient visits to other Tuscan hill towns. Our visit included a very interesting tour of the winery.
Cons: No negatives to report.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: This property was ideally located just 10 minutes from Orvieto. Angela was very welcoming and provided a wonderful breakfast. She also helped with letting us know the ideal places to visit and eat. We hired a car in Florence to tour Tuscany and Umbria. Orvieto was the ideal spot to drop off the car at the train station then catch a train into Rome. Thank you Angela and family for looking after us!
Cons: Would have preferred if we had a small fridge in the room...otherwise perfect

B&b La Soffitta E La Torre - Orvieto - Building
4
9.5 Excellent (180 reviews)
Overview Reviews
A stay at B&B La Soffitta e La Torre places you in the heart of Orvieto, within a 10-minute walk of Duomo di Orvieto and Palazzo del Popolo. Featured amenities include multilingual staff and luggage storage.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location with rustic charm and wonderful breakfasts
Cons: No soap in the shower 3 flights of stairs which we knew about beforehand. No full length mirror provided
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Property located in a palazzo, right in Piazza del Popolo, with a lot of bars nearby. To reach the property from the train station you must take the funicular from Piazza Matteotti (right across the street from train station) up to Piazza Cahen and then the CC bus (Circolare C) that will leave you near Piazza del Popolo. In case you will not find the property very easy you might call the owner when you are in Piazza del Popolo. The property is very close to all attractions from Orvieto centro storico (from the property to Orvieto Duomo there are aprox. 500 m).
Cons: Be careful if you travel with heavy bags because the property (like most b&b located in an old palazzo from Italy) does not have an elevator and you have to carry them upstairs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The building was from 1200’s, but had wonderful facilities. Our room was spacious and breakfast was great. Be sure to let them know about your arrival time. You do have to climb stairs.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: attractive and clean
Cons: there is no air circulation in the room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Maria welcomed us to her delightful accommodation. We woke early ( jet lag the previous day) to markets very quietly being erected in the square below. Magic! Great location, lovely room with old beams exposed. Maria could not have been more helpful. We will definitely return!
Cons: What could we not like, perfect!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful bed and breakfast right in the heart of Orvieto, the staff were so friendly, the rooms cosy, super clean and functional with lots of space. Highly recommended and I will be back to visit again!
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beatrice and family are wonderful people. Very kind and hard working. She met us even though we were delayed after arrival time. Great location on Piazza del Popolo, just a block from the main Courso and close to the Duomo. Orvieto is beautiful, don't miss it.
Cons: Shower was a bit small and wifi intermittent. Other than that, everything was great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beatrice, the hostess was extraordinary. From the moment we arrived she made us feel like family. Her accomodations are spotless. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Location was central so an easy walk to anywhere in Orvieto. Her recommendations about food and attractions were wonderful. We ate at several excellent restaurants. Orvieto is magical and Beatrice only made it more special. We will return to Orvieto and stay at the B&B La Soffitta!
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved everything about Orvieto and B&B La Soffitta e la Torre. The room was interesting, immaculate and very comfortable, the location was ideal on one of the main piazzas of the town and Mariasylvanne (not sure if that's correct) is a delightful and gracious host. I would go back again any time and have recommended it to friends. Orvieto is a stunningly beautiful town and was a perfect place to recoup after several days in Rome and before the heat and overcrowded streets of Florence. I had read all the reviews about this property so I was aware that there are stairs and no lift - the building is over 1000 years old! - so I packed accordingly and the stairs were not a problem. They compensated for the overindulgence in gelato during my stay in Orvieto.
Cons: Loved every minute of my stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were really helpful, they asked for our time of arrival and offered to let us check in earlier than I would have been expected. The lady who we met was very friendly.
Cons: Nothing

8.8 Excellent
Pros: We called ahead to advise of arrival time where Valentina was waiting. Check in was fine and we were shown to our room located behind the breakfast area. It had an entry door to a small hallway with a bathroom off one side and the bedroom at the end. The bathroom was large, the shower worked well. The bedroom was fine for us for an overnight stay. Comfortable bed. The only negative is that tea and coffee is not readily available until breakfast time. We would like to have been able to make a tea as we wake early. Breakfast was basic continental and they took your order for coffee ie: cappacino, americano etc. eggs were served. It is a lovely location surrounded by nice gardens and a pool which would be great during warmer days. There is parking on site and it is a gated property.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Julia was efficient in the welcoming routine. Thanks a lit Julia. The apartment comfortable, well equipped and the patio was a great asset. Beautiful kitchen, good beds. Two full bathrooms were great for 2 couples.
Cons: Only 1 small (2-seater) sofa for 4 people is not enough. Need at least another of the same size or 2 sofa chairs. While there was supposed to be air conditioning in rooms, it did not provide any relief for sleeping. The fan seemed to be the only thing working on it.
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean and very spacious.
Cons: Location hard to get to because of lack of taxi service
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent, the room great and the view and location spectacular This is a really charming property from the 1400’s which the owners, a lovely family have refurbished
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful house and gorgeous swimming pool.
Cons: Not easy to communicate with the host (language barrier).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Owner is attentive and very helpful. Breakfast was bountiful and wonderful
Cons: The exit out of the driveway onto the street was a bit challenging, but doable
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean and large. The view is amazing. The host was helpful and saved us a ton of money on parking in Orvieto. Breakfast was very nice.
Cons: When we arrived we where taken to a room for a couple and not for 2 + a baby. When we asked where is the 3rd bed the host realised the mistake and took us to a family room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Our room was comfortable. The common area was very beautiful and relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, with pastries, meats, fresh fruits and juices and delicious cheese omelet. The location is perfect for visiting old town Orvieto and we were given tips about where to park for one euro all day. Our GPS was confused about the address of the B&B it turned out to be quite a bit down the hill from the GPS directions.
7.9 Good
Pros: The generosity in terms of fruit, biscuits, coffee etc on arrival. The friendliness of the staff and owners
Cons: The approach by car is difficult. It is a road with fast traffic and a steep hill to turn down to the house, equally leaving was difficult as I had to enter a road, not really seeing traffic coming from a steep hill. The Jacuzzi and swimming pool was cold, even though we still had two days left in September when it is supposedly heated.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was where I wanted to be, when i wanted to be there. Couldn't have asked for more. Couldn't get a taxi from the station so the host collected us in personal car.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is perfect and beyond expectation!
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location at old town center and bus stop right outside the door. In a beautiful renaissance house, very characteristic! Beautifully renovated interior, fully air conditioned. Specious lounge/kitchen plus a TV room. Hosted by a very friendly local family who lives just downstairs, and they put lots of drinks in the fridge and foods on table so you can have a snack at any time. This is really among the BEST apartment I've ever stayed. You really feel like at home!
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, very clean, very friendly and accommodating owner.
Cons: It wasn't clear to us from the booking that we needed to reserve the parking space separately. Thankfully, the space was free and the landlady was very nice and gave it to us anyway when we arrived. Parking in Orvieto would otherwise have been tricky.
Locanda Palazzone - Orvieto - Building
9
9.6 Excellent (89 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Locanda Palazzone in Orvieto, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Duomo di Orvieto and Crocifisso del Tufo. Featured amenities include luggage storage, laundry facilities, and an elevator. Free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property, the food, the wine, the people, even the little dogs running around all beautiful!!! We had an amazing meal on the terrace under the full moon, the food was brilliant, as was the wine. Breakfast was served out on the terrace each morning, there were lovely walks around the vineyard and Orvieto was a quick drive down the road and one of the most beautiful towns we have been to in Italy. I can't recommend Locanda Palazzone enough and the area, we will definitely be trying to get back there soon, ideally for some Truffle hunting!
Cons: Not one single thing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful views, very traditional Umbria
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent
Cons: Our shower rose was blocked with calcium so the water sprayed into my eyes rendering it useless so I have to use the hand held hose. I did mention this and that the holes should be unblocked with a needle but nothing happened. I also felt the toilet could have been cleaner.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and laidback atmosphere. Staff were very friendly as well. Really lovely place
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had been to this property approximately 10 years ago and always remembered it as an idyllic stay. Second time around, it did not disappoint. The locanda has a relaxed atmosphere, without tripping over staff everywhere as in many 5* hotels which we find obtrusive - although they are there in the background should you need anything. The setting is just picture postcard and the décor is very stylish. Eating on the terrace overlooking Orvieto and watching the sunset over the vineyards and the Umbrian hills on the horizon is as close you can get to perfection.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A wonderful place in a beautiful small town, with the most wonderful view ever! The room was very spacious, clean and cosy! The owner and the staff were fabulous, and couldnt be more kind and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious (sweets and savoury). Dinner was delicious too with a menu that changes daily. Orvieto exceeded our expectations. Strongly recommend!

Pros: Came to Locanda after several days in Rome. We were looking for someplace in the country where we could have a down day and relax by a pool. Locanda was the perfect place! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and spoke very good English. They gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant in Orvieto on our first night and helped us with all taxi rides. Loved the in-house dinner with wine tasting on our second night. Ended up buying a case of their wine and had them ship it home for us.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Parking within the property. Good breakfast in a beautiful garden. Hospitable hosts. Just outside the walls of historic Orvieto.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is the perfect place in Orvieto! I home-based here and went on day trips to Cortona and Civita de Bagnoregio. I will have to come back because Orvieto has so much to see! This B & B is really a sweet little apartment. You have everything you need; a little kitchen, a sitting balcony, comfortable bed, cozy room, and very kind hosts. Sabrina was amazing. I will definitely come back to Orvieto and I will stay only at Vera's! By the way, I got to meet Vera at the wine-tasting shop around the corner! That place is worth the stop!
Cons: Nothing. I needed a bit more instructions on turning things on (such as the hot water!), but once I figured it out, I was good to go! Really, this place is perfect!

Cons: AC only in the living room so you need to keep all doors open for it to finally reach the Bedroom - so if u plan to sleep - u need to keep the AC on for atleast 90 minutes - No fan in the bedroom

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to restaurants and shops.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfectly located in Orvieto. Very comfortable, quiet. Open the window and listen to Italy alive in conversation, laughter, and love. Note: You cannot drive to this address. Locate the B&B, park your car, then walk through the narrow streets. You will be rewarded with every thing you need for a busy but relaxing stay. We recommend La Magnolia!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location in the heart of Orvieto, attentive and helpful staff, spacious room, good breakfast. It's steps away from the Duomo.
Cons: It's hard to find! The sigh is small, and the outside doesn't give much of a hint about what's inside. Your best bet is to look for the bakery that serves as the breakfast area.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, comfortable and clean. The location is fantastic! Friendly and helpful owner.
Cons: Not really something we didn’t like, but with two people it would have been nice to have another mirror. Preferably something more full length
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location in the middle of the town, few blocks from the duomo.Conformable room
Cons: Well I knew it before -that you have to climb stairs ( one floor) so if you have heavy luggages it is a little laborious. The person working in the bar downstairs helped me with the luggage which I greatly appreciated.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice place in the center of the Orvieto. Staff was very nice and room was cozy everything was clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about La Magnolia B&B was perfect for us, we loved it. Fantastic location on Via del Duomo merely metres away from cafes, restaurants, museums, shops, supermarket and the highlight of Orvieto, the stunning Cathedral. The generous size rooms are spotlessly clean with great quality fixtures, furniture, towels and linens, modern bathroom with a wonderful shower. The very comfortable bed combined with the quiet atmosphere at night ensures good quality sleep. Breakfast served next door in the family cafe is fresh and delicious with excellent coffee. A lot of attention to the beautiful decor of the rooms and general areas adds to La Magnolia’s Italian charm and character and the host, Serena is very friendly, and helpful with suggestions - thank you. How ever many days you are staying in Orvieto always add on one extra as there are so many things to see and do, and a visit to Civita Di Bagnoregio shouldn’t be missed (30-40 minute bus ride away). We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at La Magnolia and it was a favourite highlight of Italy which will hold many happy memories for years to come. Leaving our luggage on site until it was time to catch our train wasn’t a problem and extended our last day in Orvieto which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely return on our next visit and will highly recommend La Magnolia to family and friends.
Cons: Nothing - loved it all.

Pros: The spa was great....,would have been nice for the whirlpool to be hotter.
Cons: Manager. He was abrupt and had a bit of a difgicult attitude. We had arrived on our 25th Wedding Anniversary day. Had booked massage appts for that evening before dinner. Had reconfirmed everything by phone two days before our arrival. Got there to the hotel and was told that they didn’t have our appointments. The manager remembered that we spoke but had kind of an apologetic it’s too bad attitude. Offered appts for the next day. We said no they were for the day of our anniversary. After 10 minutes of arguing with him he arranged for two massages that would start an hour later than planned. That was fine. My massage was good, started at 8pm and she stopped at 7:45. It was supposed to have been a 55 minute massage. I would say that you have a gorgeous property, our room was great but the service level was lacking. I think if you brought in a strong a friendly manager you would be able to raise the level of your great hotel. When we arrived at the spa both days there was no one at the front desk of the spa. But all and all I think you e got a very cool boutique hotel. It also would have been nice to have been offered towels and refresments outside at the pool. I had to walk up to the bar get a large bottle of water, glasses with ice and then carry it all down the steep hill with with chips and peanuts.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very special romantic place. Comfortable rooms (cottages), free secure parking, rich breakfast, luxury restaurant, basin etc. Friendly effective staff. Wine boutique. Mountain view.
Cons: Quite expensive. The apartments are ~ 10 minutes walk from the restaurant, offices and spa.

Pros: The resort is in a beautiful location - in the peaceful countryside, but very near the hilltop town of Orvieto. We enjoyed both of our half board dinners, and really loved our long, informative wine tasting.

Pros: Love the property and we will return Great location staff Food Service
Cons: Very elegant The views were fantastic of vineyards Room was wonderful and well appointed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We found out our rental car was discharged when we were heading to the airport after checkout. We ask them to help, and they gave us angles... Two angles helped us and they did a jump start. It was a really memorable experience. Thank you for their help. And there was a state of the art spa facility. I highly recommend.
Cons: There was a mosquito in our room, so i couldn't sleep well. What was worse, I have skeeter syndrom which is a localized allergic reaction to mosquito bites. So I got scars and pain..:(
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great facilities, room was huge and comfortable. Extremely quiet and the view is amazing. Great romantic getaway.
Cons: Restaurant is a little expensive, but great menu with a large selection of dishes., also taking vegetarians into consideration

Pros: Giampiero Rosati was such a fantastic host. Anna and Francesca were outstanding, the gentleman who cooked are excellent, as well as every member of the staff who serve in kitchen and clean. We went to 7 cities/ towns in Italy. Our stay here was our favorite..... warm and inviting feeling, beautiful property, and we spent time with many other guests whom we enjoyed so much. Breakfast and especially dinners..... beyond expectations.
Cons: Perfect stay.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The dinners at the communal table were excellent, notably the risotto funghi primi piatti. Cost is 40 Euros per person which includes copious wine and Lemoncello. The staff are excellent! Best with a car.
Cons: Some noise from the road so a room facing the rear is preferable.

Pros: The bnb is in a fabulous location to access the medieval town of Orvieto.. a 5 min walk through the Olive trees.. everything was appealing from the attentive help of the staff , the comfort of the rooms and the breakfast spread in the mornings .. would easily stay here again if I’m the area ..
7.9 Good
Pros: It has a fantastic view of backyard.
Cons: The location is very difficult to find.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent and personally prepared. Everything was high quality and the service was friendly, helpful, and multilingual. we felt we were on our own, but if we needed anything, the owners were readily available. The family feeling was great. We also like the parking on the premises and walking accessibility to the historic part of the city.
Cons: The bed was very firm, but other than that, nothing. As a side note, this location would not suit anyone who requires wheelchair accessibility, or has difficulty walking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this b&b was perfect. Easy to get to, beautiful setting just outside the city wall, graciously accommodated our early arrival. Grape arbor over the driveway was full of ripe, juicy
Cons: We should have stayed longer!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Located under the walls of the old city this B&B is surrounded by nature, very peaceful and quiet. The hosts, Roberto and Ludovika, were very nice and helpful. The access to old city Orvieto is very easy - short walk through the garden uphill and than - elevator or escalator to the center.
Cons: Everything was perfect. Our car's GPS failed to find the property. Use Google maps.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, property and grounds, food, and hosts.
Cons: Beautiful intimate place in middle of olive orchard. The hosts and breakfast were top notch!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great - local choices and lots to choose from - with eggs on order. Loved the larger cups too for a big cup of tea or coffee ! Charming B&B adjacent to the original farmhouse. Great access to the main town, realistically, about 10 minutes from the backdoor to city centre, through a pathway which then connects to the road and into the lifts or escalators. We only took the lift on the last day (used escalators on other days to increase our steps !) and it was great as we got to take a walk along the scenic route of the wall, just amazing. Our hosts were great, very accommodating, helpful and not intrusive at all. Beautiful outlook from our room into the Tuscan hills and also from the main kitchen/dining room. We loved Orvieto and two nights seems just about right although with such great train connections, it would be a good base for longer periods too - so easy to get to Florence, Rome, Pisa etc. Many thanks to Ludovica and Roberto for their hospitality - very generous, warm, caring and welcoming.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The villa was nicely ands aped with olive trees and views of the valley. It was a short walk to the city center the lift is faster then the escalator. The bed was comfortable. The couple taking care of the casa were exceptionally warm and helpful.
Cons: You were in close quarters with others and had to be quieter.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The buildings with the tile roofs and stone facade exemplified the look and feel of Umbria. Fragrant rose blossoms filled the air and the green lawn stretched on for “miles”. On the property a well- defined path up the hill through the olive grove led to the main road and a short walk to the elevators let out close to the plaza. The caretakers Roberto and Ludi were most helpful with giving suggestions of where to eat and must-see places to visit.
Cons: The bed was hard, but typical of European mattresses.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent as it is very rural, and it has a small garden, in which it is very easy to relax. Having said that I did get several insect bites so take precautions. There is a path at the rear of the property, which acts as a shortcut to the town. It is extremely useful, and gives access to the town in approx. 15 mins, via a lift directly to street level. However, some people may find it steep, and it is a winding path, so it is wise to walk slowly, Although it is lit at night, we had to use the torch facility on our phones to provide extra light in a few places. Selita said she is going to provide extra lighting. The breakfast food is simple but delicious and really compliments the property. Ludovica and Robert are wonderful breakfast hosts, with a warm welcome and excellent service. Ludovica makes beautiful scrambled eggs, and bakes some delicious cakes and pastries. I don't normally have these at breakfast, but they were exceptional. Thankyou both for making breakfast time so enjoyable - and delicious!
Cons: The sunbeds in the garden have seen better days, and could have been made more comfortable by adding padded covers.

Pros: Great value for money place, very near to the station with friendly hosts. Clean and comfortable with a wide selection of lovely cakes for breakfast. No complaints!
Cons: Ideally it would have been nice to have some fruit/more savoury items for breakfast as it was very ‘cake heavy.’ Not a huge issue really!

Pros: Great homemade goods! Eggs too! Nice balcony/patio for evenings!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a quaint and wonderful place. There was an elderly lady that was very friendly and accommodating. Our room had a beautiful balcony. The next morning we went down to get breakfast, which was lovely, and we wanted to bring a tray up to our room to enjoy our breakfast on our balcony. She immediately sent a girl to help me with the tray to my room. Location to Orvieto couldn't be more perfect. We walked up the steep (!) hill to get there and took the little tram down at the end of the day. A wonderful experience and highly recommend!
Cons: Nothing. Everything fantastic!

5.0 Okay
Pros: A clean room, central location
Cons: The host was not gracious, bad energy and gave us ta map and directions very quickly. The place is just a clean room. Terrible breakfast and service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sant'Angelo 42 is located inside the ancient fortified village, and staying there feels like going back in time. We slept in a genuine castle room, decorated as such in very good taste, resulting in an original blend of middle age atmosphere and present day warmth and modern comfort. The large bathroom with its wooden floor and jacuzzi was great! Everything was sparkling clean. Giulia was very attentive and went out of her way to make us feel at home. In the morning she prepared a huge breakfast for us with all sort of delicious marmalades, juices, yoghurt, fruit, hot eggs, nutella, cereal, etc. After that we had plenty of energy to walk through the narrow medieval streets and enjoy great views of the landscape below. We highly recommend Sant'Angelo 42!
Cons: Everything was nice. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: When we arrived the B & B was closed and after several tries we reached the manager, but she told us they were closed for the season. Booking.com never informed us of this but only sent us several confirmation emails, and we were left without a room for the night at the B & B which had been confirmed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully presented historic property with modern amenities and warm reception.

Pros: Great location, comfortable and very good value for money
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing, everyone went out of their way, secured us reservations in a hard to get in restaurant, was friendly, helpful and smiling always! Breakfast was good and pretty room to relax and enjoy the meal. A lovely balcony on the second floor, next to our room, for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine. Cute little slippers, lemon towelettes and fluffy towels awaited on the bed, nice! Location was perfect for us.
Cons: The bed was a bit firm, but that’s about all we can say! Great two night stay.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Serviceable hotel located close to the centre of the old town and within walking distance of all the sights (cathedral, St. Patrizio well, museums, etc.) and the furnicular down to the train station. It is good for a short stay in Orvieto. I stayed in a queen room. It had a big, comfortable bed that could easily accommodate a couple, and there was a desk and a wardrobe. There was not much room to move about, though. The room was fine for one person, but may feel a bit cramped for a couple,. The bathroom was well-equipped, and the shower had plenty of hot water and reasonable water pressure. The breakfast was quite good, with the usual Italian fare of bread and sweet and savoury spreads, yoghurt and cereals, cakes and croissants. The coffee was decent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cute little hotel conveniently located in the center of the little town and pet-friendly. Helpful staff, nice rooms (ours had a lovely view and I’m sure the others did too!) and private parking. Breakfast was good too, with a selection of gluten free and keto-friendly food as well.
6.7 Good
Pros: Room needs repair of several items: : WC cover, safe not fixed to the wall, air condition on/off control by the staff only. Telephone out of service - even for call to the reception.
Cons: Location is excellent, besides the above mentioned faults, the room for a two nights stay was ok. Although the price included taxes, we were required to pay 9.20€ for city taxes. I paid the tax under protest.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff is very helpful and kind.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sparkling clean Good location - 6 minutes walk after you get off the tram at Piazza Cahen Stylish building Nice breakfast Reasonable price
Cons: Nothing. Just great.
8.8 Excellent
