We were in Jenna Rouge (same company), & for the money, can't be beat! Great staff. Those 2 were fantastic, & genuinely friendly, kind, & considerate. Great location, 8 min walk to the main square. Very quiet & calm area. Saggy mattress, not great for 2 people.
Gorgeous riad. They could not do enough for us - from free transfers from the Airport to water , tea, soda whenever we wished. Luxurious bedding and a great cooking class made our stay perfect.
The common areas, the staff, breakfast, decor The room was a bit small
Very nice staff, very clean , good location , would definitely stay there again
Clean, nice people, very good breakfast, calm, pretty decoration, Never showed up at the airport to pick us up as asked, bad french and english spoken by staff, hard to find, toilets in the room without wall between, expensive, no help with a map for touristic spots, no possibility of credit card payment, payment asked the day before,
Beautiful riad and rooms (Racine). The quality of the linen and towels are a real luxury. It takes a little while to orientate yourself in the city, but that would apply to most riads. It would help if a city map was provided on check-in.
Excellent location ,room and very friendly and helpful staff .Free and very efficient transport to and from the airport The only problem like most places in Marrakesh is finding it- as there are very few street or building names. The advice is that first time out remember the route!
The Riad is located in a very quite part of Marrakech. To come back after a busy day in town was always a pleasure. The Riad is nicely designed and very relaxing to stay in. The only negative point was the noise. The doors and windows are not sound proof and so in the morning you hear quite a lot of noises !
The location, the traditional meal, the breakfast, the room, the design of hotel.
The riad is clean and tidy. the cook, cleaner amd two boys who serve on are very polite The riad is set amongst 'real marrakech' If you do not want to step out of the riad and see beggars, rubbish, street life then this place is not for you. The room descriptions may leave a lot to be desired, our room said had a bathtub which is why we booked. It doesnt have one. The manager offered us one night in a room that did have a bathtub which we took up, the manager has found herself a very secure niche and takes advantage of the free wi fi in the riad most afternoons. The food is very expensive compared to the square..Wine is 25euro a bottle and beer 2.50 euro a can this compares with most restaurants in the new city..Remember alcohol is not usually available in the old town,,,
Beautiful historic building refurbished to high standards and quality, very peaceful, great food excellent staff and very clean. Set in a great location 15 min from the central areas of Marrakesh. A very peaceful standard Riad with helpful staff highly recommended. The manager was excellent and spoke several languages but more written information could be made available for consideration such as available trips meals etc.
Very nice athmosphere and lovely breakfast.
