Pros: Great and friendly staff, included breakfast. Room is pleasant and fairly spacious. Flat screen TV, fridge, microwave. It's probably the best place in the area to stay from my research, although options are extremely limited in Owosso.
Cons: The bathroom was a bit grimy. Toilet stains, some soap scum still around. They provided two small bath soap bars, a lotion, and a shampoo/conditioner combo liquid.
The bed was some sort of foam and extremely firm to the point of being uncomfortable to me personally. Also, there isn't central heating/cooling, and I visited in the dead of winter in January, making temperature control difficult. There is a wall unit that is excessively powerful even on a low setting, but no thermostat, making it necessary to keep turning it on and off to stay comfortable.
Accommodations are certainly acceptable but a bit barebones. The room doesn't have the polish and quality one might expect from a resort hotel or major chain, but for short stays it's acceptable and probably your best (and perhaps only) option.
Pros: Clean but there were a few odd things. First thing I noticed was two holes in the bathtub enclosure. Apparently someone broke out the grab rail and they just left the enclosure with the holes from were it had been.
It was centrally located and we had a very nice dinner nearby at a place called the Wrought Iron Grill.
Cons: My garage is more soundproof than the room we had. I had to hear the neighbors television the entire night and anyone in the hallway sounded like they were standing next to my bed.
The pool water was very murky and it the air was cold in the pool area even if you were dry, to the point where my wife and I chose not to go in the water.
Frankly, I was disappointed for the amount of money the room cost.
Cons: Breakfast was a disappointment. The area was clean and comfortable. The waffle iron needed a spray of oil or cleaning. The eggs where rubber and supplied a couple at a time. Four guests in the room, why the wait.
Pros: HOTEL MANAGER AND FRONT DESK STAFF VERY NICE, GOOD ATTITUDE, CLEAN ROOM, BATHROOM CLEAN, BED VERY COMFORT EXCELLENT, FRIDGE, T.V., LIGHTS WERE NICE, EXCELLENT FREE HOT BREAKFAST. SWIMMING POOL AND SPA VERY NEAT AND WATER TEMPERATURE WARM AND NICE. PLENTY
Pros: Very pleasant checkin.pool was very nice. Hotel quiet
Cons: Small pillows. Towel rack in bathroom was coming off wall but definitely not a deal breaker.
Pros: The only thing this hotel offered that met out expectation was the breakfast offered. The staff consistently offered a very good breakfast.
Cons: Anything? There was barely anything that we liked! We were given a room originally that was totally unprepared. The hot tub wasn't working and had been on the fritz for 30 days. No towels by the swimming pool and not given any when we asked. Internet out!
Pros: The room was clean, well stocked, had a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was open, the hot tub was a great temp.
Cons: There was debree in the hot tub. Older hotel, which meant that there were only stairs at either end of the hotel for second floor access and our room was in the middle of the hotel.
Cons: Didn't like the fact that the hotel was almost vacant and everyone was next to each other. Walls are paper tine so we can listen to next door tv or participate in conversation with the girls on the other side or get people to walk on our head all night...
Pros: Very queit, good options for breakfast. Had no trouble booking or have the style of room we wanted was able to have ground level room.
Cons: Button on hot tub was broken so jets did not work. Cold in the pool room.
Cons: Did not stay since there was no power. Kept checking back, but to no avail.
Pros: Convenience of highway, good breakfast, comfortable beds.
Cons: They could do a little above the eye level dusting but bathrooms and surfaces were spotless.
Pros: Family across the hall was screaming loudly several times. I had to call front desk twice to complain and she said she had already had to speak to this family 3 other times. I have never had such a horrible stay in a motel...EVER.
Pros: Bed was fairly comfortable.
Cons: Ice bucket lid on inside was covered in mold. Pool is always freezing, jacuuzi does not work. Pop machine and Ice machine is always broken.

Pros: For as out dated that it was the bathroom was at least clean
Cons: This was the only hotel in the area. Very out dated. It was a little creepy when there was only 2 other people at the hotel. Desk operator was also drinking. Carpet was extremely dirty. To expensive for what you got
as far as hotels are concerned it met my expectations .I was well satisfied
Pros: the hotel was in a great location .close to our destination
Cons: not really
Building is old; but room was clean. I did notice that the fire extinguisher in the hallway was missing!
Pros: Location was excellent for my purposes.
Cons: Hotel is tired; but clean. Room was quiet. For someone who just wants a room without ANY amenities, this hotel is fine.
