I liked the way the staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble and it was very clean and in a good location , a Short bus ride from the centre , I would definitely visit again
The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. It has a good restaurant and bar on-site, so it is a good place to rest after a long flight to England.
The hotel is a bit of a walk from the downtown area, but it is a pretty walk through the residential area and a nice park.
Everything was extremely clean and tidy, the rooms were excellent and the breakfast and evening meal was amazing.
The toilet was not in the best of places and it was too close to the shower.
The helpful staff at the desk and bar, nothing was too much trouble m
The bath tub was small
We'd asked for a quiet room so we could lie in having been out late. We were then woken up at 6 in the morning as our room was next to a locked cupboard, inside which an alarm went off. When we raised it with reception in the proper morning they just shrugged and said "Must be an alarm clock." I was surprised at the attitude - a gesture such as a complimentary breakfast would have been nice at the price we had paid for 5 hours sleep!
