Pros: Breakfast was very good in contrast to most of the breakfasts we’ve had in Yucatan. The pool is very nice and perfect to cool down after visiting the nearby ruins of Uxmal. The host is also very friendly. Recommended!
Pros: We loved the localisation! After long and busy day it’s nice to stay in place calm like this. It’s very green inside. Breakfast delicious.
Pros: The property is just gorgeous, the hammock over the pool, dreamy. Great food, lovely staff, perfect base to visit Uxmal and Ruta Puuc. Also, thanks to Valerie, we got hooked up with an evening tour of Santa Elena and preparations for Hanal Pixan. We will never forget that magical night.
Cons: Everything was wonderful.
Pros: Cosy bungalow with hammock, nice swimming pool, correct staff, very tasty breakfast, ... we asked to stay one extra night but unfortunately this was not possible :)
Cons: I loved the margerita's and the dinner was also tasty, but it did not exactly correspond to its description on the menu... however it was good :)
Pros: Really nice place well kept and well equipped. Nice owner, nice staff, large room, nice pool and overall design of the place. Good location close to Uxmal. And nice food for dinner and breakfast,
Cons: Nothing really.
Pros: We loved the vibe at this chic little hotel. The gardens were beautiful and the pool very inviting after a hot day at the near by ruins. The rooms were cool and equipped with a fan and AC, each with a balcony with a small table and chairs. Valerie the owner is very ‘hands on’ and wants to know that you have all you need and are comfortable. The Magaritas were the best, the dinner very very good. We will return.
Pros: We love the location, really close to Ruta Puuc to visit the archaeological Maya ruins, we love the style of the rooms "Maya House", the food and the name of the hotel. We had a wonderful time. The rooms were comfortable with AC and fans, the swimming pools was great

Cons: The pool was not clean, the hotel was almost empty during our stay.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast offered many delicious options. Room was well appointed, quiet and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and well taken care of.
Cons: It would have been nice to have more than one bottle of water per day left in the room.
Pros: Everything - location in the quiet corner, surrounding, the personel, rooms - it was fantastic experience :)
Cons: Everything was just perfect :)
Pros: When the three of us arrived, we were given a glass of lemonade and shown a comfortable chair in the lobby. When we were ready, the host escorted us to our rooms and showed us the swimming pool. The conversation with the owner and the breakfast were both refreshing. I would definitely return to the Flycatcher!
Cons: Flycatcher was faultless.
Pros: Great breakfast. Lovely setting.
Cons: Loved the colored LED lights in the pool. The food was terrific. Make sure you have a meal here as well.
Pros: Friendly staff, lovely grounds and pool, tasty breakfast and 15 minutes to Uxmal.
Pros: Friendly staff and owner. Nice quiet place, but only a short drive away from touristic highlights like Uxmal.
Pros: All ok. Nice house, cozy and clean.

Pros: The Italian meals with super fresh produces from their land. The massage facilities, the massages by competent people, the cleanliness in all venues, the kindness of the staff, the fact that what we ate comes from unspoiled soil and well treated cows etc...
Cons: The decor of the dining room walls and the light green chairs. A designer (like me!!) should have a free stay in exchange of a new proposal!
Pros: Amazing relaxing place. Best Italian homemade meals with their own products espresso, the very best. Very good massages. Very nice people.

Pros: The grounds are marvelous. Big concrete huts painted in forest colors scattered among trees and gardens connected by little curvy paths. The beds are super comfy, the rooms are clean and spacious, the towels are almost luxurious, and the hammock on your front porch is a dream come true. The people are welcoming and helpful. Peaceful night sounds as you sleep with the windows open (yes there are screens). You feel safe and isolated from the noisy world out there.
Cons: No hot water! This is a major dealbreaker for me. After a day of climbing countless Maya pyramids, I was covered with an awful mix of sweat, sunscreen and bug spray, and I needed a hot shower, or at least a warm one. But the boiler in my room wasn’t working, supposedly, so I was switched to another room... and that boiler wasn’t working either. Wasted effort. Not even solar heated water, at an ecolodge?? For what I paid, this was almost offensive. Oh, and the wifi is pretty slow. I wanted to love this place, but I just can’t do it.
Pros: This is a real oasis surrounded by nature. To get here, you have to take a country road for 800 meters - so it's quite isolated, but if you're looking for a calm place this is it. The room was big and very clean. We stayed there for dinner: they have a fixed menu (three courses: soup, main dish, dessert) for a fair price. Breakfast is good, fruit and eggs. The staff is kind and very helpful and they provide you with towels for the swimming pool. Super nice!
Pros: Great place to relax in the middle of the jungle ! We had a great time there. The hotel is very close to the ruins of Palenque ; the swimming pool is very welcomed after a hot day at the ruins
Pros: This is one of my favorite places to stay. It’s a dream come true for jungle lovers who like comfort. I was there while pregnant and now with our little one and the cosy rooms and mosquito nets make it a fantastic place to sleep. Very kid friendly and the perfect location on the magical Ruta Puuc. Highly recommended!
Pros: I liked everything about this property. They are authentically eco w/o compromising comfort. The grounds are beautiful and I like that it is off the road into the jungle about 1km . The land is sacred and you can feel the energy. The owners and staff are splendid.
Cons: Can’t think of a thing
Pros: The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We loved the location, and this hotel was probably the best option in the area that was authentic and eco friendly. There are other more luxury options, but those felt like tourist traps. These ladies are running a clean and confortable place to stay in the Mayan jungle with an emphasis on eco that we really appreciate. At light you can hear all the jungle sounds and if you go by the pool to see the stars you’ll also see bats flying around. It’s a great place to disconnect and relax. The breakfast was so good too!
Cons: Couldn’t figure out if there was hot water, but it wasn’t a big deal. The Temezcal was really expensive (and we’ve done many others through Mexico), otherwise we would’ve done it.
Pros: Wonderful location for visiting the local ruins and cenotes Comfortable, clean rooms at a nice price Friendly, helpful staff and pretty grounds Tasty breakfast and good WiFi
Cons: It was a bit noisy in the mornings...however, to be fair there was a minor maintenance emergency that seemed to require immediate work with power tools

Pros: The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. For me, it was like stepping back into 1978 and traveling across the US with my family. The pool was nice. A very nice "picnic"/meeting area to eat by the pool.
Pros: Very simple motel kind of hotel with a milky pool, but the kids liked it. Price is unbeatable, good mexican food and breakfast, close to Ruta Puuc Ruins and Grotas del Loltun
Pros: Only Option when doing the Ruta Puuc..
Cons: We were in room 23 and it was extremely loud at night since it seems to be a transit point for trucks..
Pros: It's clean, it has a/c and a smartTV in the room so we could watch Netflix, good internet, nice pool.
Cons: The streets in are are aren't super pedestrian friendly and there is a bit of traffic, but none of that is the hotel's fault.
Cons: Well located for a night stay for the puuc route. Good value for the money
Pros: The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. The price was good. There was a swimming pool which was beautiful.
Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. It was tranquil this around it was nice. There are a couple of nearby restaurant so we’re good.
Pros: Beautiful grounds, comfortable bed.
Pros: Good for short stays. Simple and clean.
