Pros: Very friendly and sooo clean. Breakfast nice overlooking the beautiful pool. The one lunch I had was very tasty and well presented. These guys also do cooking classes so make sure to book one! Large room had its own terrace which was a bonus. Next time I'm in Merida, this is where I'll stay :0)
Cons: Only tiny flaw could be no lock on the inside of the room door. Not essential of course and didn't bother me. I know Merida is super safe for Mexico but you never know!
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Rita Jan take care of you like a five-star hotel. Great hosts ! How lovely this hotel is in the Central District of Merida. Comfortable spacious and delicious food with personal chefs. Perfectly manicured and clean. I love this little hotel. A delicious breakfast included. Wonderful fish for dinner. Chef Jacob and David do a great job. Rita helped arrange a personal driver so we could stop at the ruins of Chichen Itza and tour then a cenote to swim , a stop for lunch and continue on to Cozumel ferry by 5 pm in the same day $240 total what a timesaver! Very helpful people. Seconded visit here it’s great.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our stay in this hotel was definitely too short, the location is perfect, the staff very nice, and the food excellent. Very close to the main touristic spots in the city and best breakfast so far. I really recommend this location
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Host was extremely welcoming, warm genuine & very helpful & informative about local sights, restaurants & tourist attractions. The accommodation was absolutely spotless, great ambience, fantastic food. I cannot rate this place highly enough. I have travelled alot & it is unusual for me not to find some niggles with higher end hotels. If you stop here you will love this place!!
Cons: Nothing regarding the hotel. It was fantastic. My only preference if i was to be extremely fussy would be a slightly closer location to the main square (10 mins walk).
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Out of all the hotels we stayed during our 18 day trip in Mexico, we felt the most relaxed and comfortable at this hotel. Not only it provides all the hotel functions to our full satisfaction with strong wifi even in the room, spacious room, comfortable bed, strong shower, and a much welcomed swimming pool after a day out in the Yucatan heat and power outlets at all the places needed (an often overlooked feature) it was the only hotel we stayed that had power outlets by each bed side without us having to fight over for phone charging. What's more is that while with all the comfort and privacy from staying at a hotel, we felt the care and warmth of the hotel owners as if we were staying with a good friend. They thought about our needs before we were even aware of such needs, such as reminding and giving us water on our way out marching in the midday sun, packed towels for our swimming in the cenote before we even thought about bringing towels! Last but not the least, we enjoyed the chats with other guests at the hotel over a free beer at the happy hour in the evening. We were very pleased that we chose this hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly people Excellent kitchen Great room

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Genuinely lovely hosts; They took their time at the reception to make us familiar with all the important things that the province (!) can offer; they helped us book a diving session in the cenotes, which was simply incredible; they recommended really nice restaurants; breakfast was simply incredible and also the food was delicious (especially the desserts); they helped us out with an electricity socket adapter; the rooms were spacious and clean; the pool was lovely; we especially enjoyed the social hour
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good location, the staff were fantastic! Bed was large and very comfortable and they couldn’t do enough to help us. We left early on the last day and they made us breakfast to take with us. Fantastic service all round, thank you
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The friendly, very welcoming and helpful staff, and the utter comfort of the hotel.
Cons: We liked everything. Our best stay in Yucatan.

Pros: Sara and Neil pay attention to ALL THE DETAILS. Simply put, they want to make your visit/stay the ultimate experience at The Diplomat Boutique Hotel. The lighting, the colours, the palm tree (story), in a ‘style épuré’ / hip decor; besides all it’s beauty, Sara and Neil look after there guests. They give you the ultimate insider information. Along with being the loveliest couple, Sara and Neil truly are the essence who brings glory to this special place. Serious « Les Clefs d’Or » material! (For those who know what I mean.)
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Beautiful boutique hotel, great design and amazing welcome from the owners Sara and Neil. The check-in was extremely smooth with welcome drinks and snacks as well as quick but very efficient information on things to see, restaurant suggestions... Breakfast is delicious and home made, in addition to be beautifully presented and changes every day. The swimming pool is a great plus after walking all day in the heat. We absolutely loved our stay at the Diplomat!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hosts were wonderful The work staff also very helpful Great breakfasts daily Wonderful pool right outside my room
Cons: A better selection of cable TV stations would have been better for my stay
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Much of Merida is still basic looking so when we drove in we were a bit concerned. Once we were at the property we were so relieved and the place is Beautiful. Neil and Sarah have done a wonderful job with the property, The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. The pool is very nice and the margaritas are great as is the local gin. They are lovely hosts and the service cannot be faulted. They include a lot to the rate and it feels very welcoming. They provide lots of information and uber to all the main parts of Merida were very fast and was between US$ 50 cents to $1.50 There are only 4 rooms so you feel as if you are in your own little paradise in the middle of Merida. Highly recommended for discerning travellers.
Cons: all was good
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My stay was amazing! Neil and Sara have given amazing attention to every detail from the moment you check in and are greeted with a cold beverage, tasty treats, and personalized recommendations for your stay. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the decor is beautiful. When you’re done exploring Merida, the pool and courtyard provide a relaxing break. Highly recommend!

Excellent 9.2
Pros: 10 minutes after we arrived, we decided to book a second night there. Neil and Sara are extremely kind and welcoming, they made us feel like home. The breakfast is perfect as well, everything is homemade. PS : Neil makes the best margaritas

Pros: Small (12 units) hotel managed by its owner and lovely wife. Their attention to detail and commitment to provide top service is obvious. Close to the Centro but far enough to avoid the tourist traffic and noise. The sit down breakfast is delicious and a varied choice is provided. The only warning is that the bath is upstairs (loft) which may be inconvenient to someone with a disability.
Cons: Perfect. We are coming back.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The room is absolutely charing
Cons: There were not a lot of people in the building, the personal there was not always very attentive (we had to look for them for breakfast etc.)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The house is in excellent conditions , the location is ideal and the staff welcoming!
Cons: Nothing is amazing
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Lovely visit x
Cons: Maybe the noisy traffic but hey we were on a Main Street so was expected
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Largo spacious room, very friendly staff, excelent location!
Cons: A bit noisy street
Excellent 10.0
Pros: - Central location - Authentic design - Very helpful staff - Well equipped - Fresh breakfast
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The rooms were very nice and the staff was wonderful. Very attentive to our needs.
Cons: The main area where breakfast was served was not air conditions nor were there fans. It was very hot. They would not match price offered on expedia.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Behind a very unassuming front door is a wonderful hotel with everything you could want for a stay in Mérida. We had a family room, the kids loved having a bed on the mezzanine level. The breakfasts and pool were great added bonuses. The staff were lovely and were able to give us tips on the best paces to eat and where to avoid. This was a perfect for all our needs.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The staff were very friendly & helpful. The location was great, away from the noise & bustle of the town.
Cons: Our bathroom facilities were upstairs, which was a nuisance during the night. There was nowhere in the hotel, apart from our room that cool to sit in. The breakfast / lounge area-was very hot to sit in !
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful courtyard hotel - traditional communal courtyard luscious and charming, elegant high rooms off the square- four poster bed and mezzanine shower and toilet. Private parking less than 50 m - cheap charge. Located just out of really busy area which suited us perfectly - only 10 minute walk to Sta Lucía. Staff fantastic - cannot praise them highly enough! Across two days different staff: made excellent restaurant recommendations, organised v reasonable laundry, organised a delicious picnic breakfast when we left early, assisted with an urgent call to England. Flexible and charming. Outdoor definitely stay here again.
Cons: The pool is very very small - useful for cooling down. No other criticisms.

Pros: Thank you so much for this wonderful stay. The breakfast was different every morning and delicious. Jean and Gina are the perfect hosts and great together also her dog is lovely. We felt like home from the very first second on. We also got a lot of recommendations for places, beaches and restaurants which were more than great! So for us it was more than a perfect stay and we definitely can recommend La Pantera Negra to everyone who is planning to visit Merida!
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Very nice an helpful hosts, we good a lot of good tips and felt vey comfotable in the accomodation. The breakfast on the rooftop was really good.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: A lovely French / Mexican couple run this lovely hotel , an old house which has been superbly renovated . Jean Pierre and Gina are amazing and know a lot about the history of the local area and have French , English and Spanish coveted fluently . Breakfast is very good and you can walk to the town centre very easily and safety . I visited with my parents who had just flown from Australia. We all loved it and would return .
Cons: You need to have a little bit of patience for the hot water .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hosts, Jean-Pierre and Gina (and their little dog Mustard!!!) make this place what it is. They are so welcoming, full of great stories and suggestions. It is also an art gallery, so it is very quirky and interesting inside. The pool in the back is cool - the water comes in from a cenote! The breakfast was great - we stayed two nights and tried two different breakfasts, made with Mexican/Merida delicacies (such as grasshopper and some unusual fruits!). Would recommend.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The owners are fantastic people. Amazing breakfast every morning. Thank you!
Cons: It was raining few days, so there were no hot water - it is heated by solar energy.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Jean Pierre and his wife Gina will be there for you! We stayed in the Yellow Room, a romantic place for us. The hammock in front of our bed was a surprise. Another one was the trunk of a palm tree as a greenhouse inside our room. The breakfast is handmade and delicious. We enjoyed the salty one with the chorizo sausage :) You will feel the Yucatan atmosphere and the couple will be there to help in everything you need. Be careful ! When you will enter the room you will feel the humidity because it is very high in Merida and Yucatan region, in general. The room has a fan. Don't be afraid of the hot. I told you this because we were! Your sleep will be very pleasant and cool! The location also is ideal, just 10 minutes from the center and market places and 3 from the bus station.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is a B & B. We had three lovely nights here. Spacious room with ensuite bath in a very large house. Plenty of spots to sit and read or watch tv. Lovely dipping pool, which was great in 38 C temps. Large breakfast served on the rooftop dining area. Hosts Jean-Pierre and Gina are extremely helpful with info about all things Merida - restaurants, sights, customs, history, etc.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Amazing hosts what make a huge difference! With Gina and Jean Pierre we felt ourselves at their place as at home! Beautiful room, breakfast at terrace, amazing common space! Thank you guys!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location, the garden, the terrace, the breakfast

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Felt like we had the place to ourselves! Communication with Mario was easy via what’s app, they don’t have staff on site so will need to know your expected arrival time. Leticia was lovely and helpful explaining the area to us. Kitchen is well stocked. Air conditioning is a MUST in Mérida it is unbelievably hot and humid so coming back to a cold room was perfect. If you’re in Mérida on a weekend be sure to check out the pok ta pok game in the main square nearby, a fantastic cultural night out!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: I got the room next to the kitchen which I knew was going to be a problem because of noise. They let me switch rooms and the other room was great. Big, good bed and airconditioned. And eventually it wasnt really that noisy at all. Nice that you can use the kitchen. Its close to the ADO busstation and city center. There is No staff onsite but they are very responsive via Whatsapp.

Pros: Close to the ADO station. The staffs are nice. They let me stay at the lounge till the night bus. Breakfast is bread, coffee and some fruits. The Room and the bathroom has lots of space. Air condition were on only during the night but the room itself was not too hot. Locker. Good security.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Great location close to Ado and grand plaza etc. Jorge was very welcoming and helpful. Well equipped kitchen was great for cooking after getting groceries from local markets
Cons: Air con wasn’t the greatest, we learned it was turned off at certain hours to save electricity cost. It also leaked slightly after heavy rain.
Good 7.1
Pros: Friendly atmosphere. Alejandro was amazing at creating a great environment and helpful with any issues. He made my stay much more memorable and easy. Thank you for great hospitality... I would only stay here again because of you!
Cons: Restricted air con use ( Mérida is August is uncomfortably hot!), rules about not locking the door at night in a shared dorm but I was the only female so it made no sense and I wanted to be safe ( maybe it was so the owner can check the air con is not being used outside of 10pm - 6am?!) Rooms and bathroom could have been cleaner... did not seem to be seen to in a while. Three huge dead insects under my bed, which I discovered when I was leaving.
Good 7.0
Pros: Nice stay for one night. We had a private room and it was really spacious.
Cons: The AC was leaking into the bed. Only one shower and one toilet for men and it’s downstairs.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: They should improve the bathrooms
Cons: Staff!
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Everything was super comfy. Nice private room, clean, kitchen with all utensils, bathroom with hot water and clean. Location was perfect. We were there during rain season so it can get a little cold in the common room. Staff really friendly
Cons: Nothing, everything was great. Our room was a bit noisy though but we weren’t bothered by that.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of suggestions of things to do and places to eat. 10 mins walk to main square. Bed was comfy and a/c was amazing in the heat! Free breakfast and drinking water. Board games in common areas.
Cons: Only one toilet and shower for each sex. It wasn’t busy during our stay so didn’t cause an issue but can imagine it could be a pain! No windows in our room so no natural light.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Personnel was amazing! very friendly and cool people. Very helpful! Nice place in good locality. I definitelly recommend this place!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Staff were really nice and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable, charger ports at the bedside, WiFi good. Free water, hot showers, breakfast was OK. Overall very good.
Cons: The shower/toilet was outside at the back which isnt a big deal but slightly inconvenience
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Good steady wifi. I got the private room - it was big and so spacious that the wifi strength was very weak at the edge of the room but it was manageable. Hostel has everything you need. They only have one bathroom for females and I could see it being a problem but there weren't many guests during my stay so I never had to wait to use it. Kitchen has basic equipment, and more importantly, free water! Staff was very friendly.
Cons: Every time I used the toilet, I would come back with a few ants on my face or hair but I have no idea how they got there

Excellent 8.8
Pros: It was like a boutique hostel, with open air spaces and tall ceilings. The pool was really a plus as the city is so hot. mattress were comfortables and breakfast was ok.
Cons: They didn’t have plugs near the beds, and the space between the down bed and the upper bed was reduced.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: The staff there don't speak English, but they all try their best to help. The breakfast is very basic, just toast and fruit.
Good 7.1
Pros: Its a great hostel with big clean rooms and breakfast included.
Cons: The place is full with mosquitos in the common area and its really ruining the whole experience. You literally cant spend a minute without being bitten. Its such a shame for the hostel because its a great place and this kind of ruining it
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Room was large & cozy, air conditioner all day, great value
Cons: Location is a little far
Excellent 9.2
Pros: very friendly helpful staff, clean, really comfy beds and pillows! place is at an awesome location and its a great price and value for the money! woudl def stay again!
Cons: no wifi working upstairs in rooms or right outside front door, need to get another router upstairs as wifi extender so it works in all rooms nothing more annoying than being so hot and wanting to work in my bedroom with air conditioning and be comfortable and cool after a long hot day only to be forced to sit and work downstairs in hot stuffy common area :( also air conditioner was barely working in my room it was at lowest temp setting and on high speed all night and was barely keeping up to keep the temp at cool enough level to sleep comfortably, besides that everything is great!
Good 6.3
Pros: Close to the city centre, parking spot in front of the hostel and silent room.
Cons: We weren't able to look the bathroom door, the toilet does not have a door, bed bugs and not enough tables for breakfast (2 tables)
Good 7.9
Pros: You get a spacious room with AC :) which is the most important. The remote for the AC is in the room so you can always turn it on ;)
Cons: You get what you pay for... and it is cheap at Hostel Le Juj. The door to the bathroom didn't work but people were careful when they opened it. The breakfast is two types of fruit and toast bread - very basic. The hostel is a bit old. The pool is small and well... it's not clean but also not dirty - somewhere in the middle :) The reception don't speak English. Wifi only works in the reception but it works fine.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great place, nice pool, nice room, and shower.

The room had everything you need, was clean, the bed was nice and the ac did a good job cooling the room down! I can really recommend this hotel, not only because of the location in the center but for the staff who is really nice and helps you with every question you might have!
Cons: Nothing

Pros: The family enjoyed the swimming pool and the room was comfortable. It seemed like a very secure place to stay. The location was in the older part of town but also in a very historic location.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was really helpful, and room service was great. Many thanks to the lady working in the restaurant for her excellent service! All in all, it was a nice experience.
Cons: Well, the room had no fridge. In a hot country like this I can not understand how it's possible for a hotel not to have a fridge. Plus, the bathroom had no curtain and as the window was in the bathtub area, I could see another window outside where if someone was standing there, they could see me having a bath.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Super friendly staff especially Rogetwho spoke wonderfulEnglish and was very helpful Pool area is really lovely with food and bar service as needed.
Cons: I wish the hotel promoted things to do in Mérida more with brochures and magazines to read Also a little bar fridge in the room would be wonderful and large jugs of water in the corridor.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Friendliness of the staff.
Okay 5.4
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. They were quick to deal with our refund when we wanted to cut our stay short. The hotel was in walking distance of the centre of Merida.
Cons: Our balcony door was broken and could not lock. Our room was very basic, with a terrible view of a busy road. However, the main reason we cut our stay here from 5 nights to 2 nights was the extreme noise from the road. Impossible to sleep through, even with earplugs.
Good 7.5
Pros: The pool was good. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
Cons: It was fine, although I would say standard. The hotel feels cramped but the rooms are fine. The staff a little indifferent, but not bad. Just average. There is better close by for about the same price.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: All staff was great ! Housekeeper was fantastic, kept Room spotless.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The morning buffet is excellent - wide variety, fresh made to order omelets. great staff. great value for your money.
Cons: open up a little earlier, especially before leaving for an early flight.
Good 6.3
Cons: Swimming was closed for cleanning
Good 7.1
Cons: No hot water for shower
Good 7.5
Pros: Good location, pool was nice.
Cons: Room was a bit dated
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The cost per night at the front desk was 50% less than what Kayak advertised. We felt ripped off. The hotel was conveniently located, and the breakfast was excellent. The parking for the hotel is 75m away on the same street. The mattresses and pillows were firm, and clean. Having not been for paying double of what the hotel cost, this would have been an excellent experience.
Cons: That the cost was 50% for the walk in rate.

Good 7.5
Cons: The outside bar, the one who makes the drinks and cocktails is really dirty, he uses a spoon to mix and put it in his mouth and then mixes again with the same spoon over ander over, 1 cocktail, he putted the spoon 3 times in his mouth, hygenes 0/10, really gross
Good 6.3
Pros: Location is ok, rooms are spacious, good beds and airco worked well.
Cons: Our room was not cleaned properly when we checked in, bed sheets and towels were not clean. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. The hotel is rather noisy, pool and pool area could be cleaner.
Good 7.9
Pros: Location was good but also played against you from the noise of the busy street
Cons: The bathroom had a smell to it on arrival and the AC unit was a little noisy
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The rooms are spacious and clean and well-maintained for the most part. The bathrooms were also fairly large and pretty modern. The pool was large and nice and the atmosphere around the pool and the grounds generally was a nice combination of relaxed and fun. The staff, as other commentators have noted, is superior in terms of its hopefulness in general friendliness.
Cons: The bathrooms could have used a towel for when you get out of the shower. Water can sometimes Splash out from under the door to the bathroom floor. Unlike at least one other comment on this page, I did not see many TV channels at all in English. The place is a little removed from downtown. It is convenient to the airport, but the actual neighborhood it's in and if you take transportation to downtown is pretty ugly.
Excellent 8.8
Cons: Buffet area not well organized, food delayed, are was poor air conditioned, personnel rushing Bach and forth no instructions or smiles
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything. Mostly pool and restaurant. Very spacious room . super close to airport.
Cons: Go out and get a taxi outside. Whenever you ask them to get a cab/taxi for you they will charge more... We asked for one and it costs us 90 pesos and in our return we picked a random taxi and it was for 50 pesos and mentioned they normally charge 50 no matter distance. Which may not be much money but that difference increases when you have to move constantly in taxi.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: All of it .
Cons: -
Okay 5.8
Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: Breakfast Dirty Pool Lazy Staff
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Nice room, airco and nice pool
Cons: - quite far from the centre, but ok if you have a car - water in the shower really smelled weird
Good 7.9
Pros: Swimming pool, low price
Cons: Small rooms - old hotel type

Okay 4.6
Cons: the room was really outdated. The bathroom was dirty and stinky despite the plastic cap that was on the evacuation of the shower. The mirror was stainless and a reflecting sticker was pasted on it. Plus there was a constant noise of water flushing. No internet at all in the room
Good 6.7

Excellent 9.2
Pros: The room was clean, very friendly staff, the house itself was beautiful, event hough it was far, the neighborhood was actually lovely.
Cons: I loved the place, the room and everything but it was a bit far from the city center or other places of interest and in such a hot city it really is something to consider if you love walking
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The staff in this hostel is really nice and helpful! The rooms are clean, facilities too. The breakfast was fantastic.
Cons: Mosquitos like this place, too.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Cheap single rooms
Cons: The hotel is in an area that does not seem very safe or nice.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect place to stay in Merida. Highly recommended!
Good 7.1
Pros: I spent 2 nights in the hostel Ermita in nice mixed dorm for the ladies which has 2 inside bathrooms, it is spacious with 7 beds, no crowed. Place owns a nice yard with a small pool. The stuff was polite and helpful, a guy gave me good tips where to eat cheap. Is possible to leave the luggage at the reception after check out and pend some more hours around Merida. Location is near ADO Came bus station, 5-10 min walk but outside the center, some 20 min walk which is not a problem
Cons: Mattress was very uncomfortable. Kitchen is missing some dishes, plates and glasses are of plastics and bit damaged and dirty, not usable. Walking from the center during the night after 10 pm is bit creepy, no people outside in that area, some streets are dark but had no inconvenience.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The place was very nice and very close to centre. Staff was always happy to help.
Cons: In the room for seven people were just 4 lockers.
Good 7.9
Pros: Breakfast was great, help yourself. Pool was fantastic on hot days. Good location near the ADO terminal and decent sized rooms
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: It is calm and pretty
Cons: Well, I usually don't complain about hostels, as I am an experienced budget traveler and I need just a bed to sleep. Here I booked 2 nights, but I ran away after the first one. The hostel is absolutely fine, nice and calm. But there is not written anywhere that you book a room without AC. Dorm room, with 7 beds, in Merida, in August, without AC. When I came in in the evening, I thought it was a joke, there literally was no air to breath, as all windows are covered with hard curtains. And only 2 ceiling fans were on, with quite a noise. I thought they forgot to turn on the AC. And I went to ask, as two other girls from my room did. Well. The man told us that sure he can turn the AC on of everyone in the room pay extra 60$. We tried to open some windows, but that didn't help much. To sleep there was almost impossible. Next morning I left, asked for one night refund, which was refused.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, luggage storage, lack of stairs
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The hostel was simple and big, with a nice pool. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
Cons: AC didn’t work, one fan in the dorm was not enough.

Pros: Big, comfortable ensuite room with fridge. Aircon and a fan. TV with local channels. Hot water outside room to make tea/coffee every morning. 35 minute walk to main plaza (or a cheap Uber ride). Friendly owners.
Cons: Hot shower but not much pressure
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The staff were extra attentive. They kept the place very clean. The refrigerato was a huge plus. Lots of places to eat very close by.
Cons: There was lots of noise from traffic and a school across the street.

Good 6.3
Pros: I left at 6:00 AM. So I had breakfast at the airport.
Cons: The facility had seen much better days.
Mediocre 2.9
Pros: We had a bed for a night and the place isn't that bad.
Cons: They don't speak English and she was really unfriendly. The room wasn't clean at all, the lamps didn't work, the stair from the pool wasn't safe at all. The towel was broken and dirty. The bathroom wasn't clean.
Okay 5.8
Pros: The bed was confortable and the WiFi was good.
Cons: The shower, it was cold and no power and almost no water came out the shower. The hotel is in a bit out of the city, so I really local area. And a bit old.
Okay 5.0
Pros: It’s close to the airport and staff was friendly.
Cons: The room was so muggy, for some reason the bed, sheets and the walls were humid. The bathroom toilet didn’t have a seat or cover, the shower didn’t have curtain, the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. Room was filled with mosquitoes, I was eaten alive even while wearing repellent. These mosquitos were vicious! The place just didn’t look like the photos and the location was not the best. You get for what you pay. The lady who helped us was very friendly and helpful, she made us feel welcomed. But I would not stay here again.
Good 7.5
Pros: Good location close to the airport, but a little hard to find it.
Cons: just difficult to find
Good 6.7
Pros: Good Price
Cons: Restroom wasn't clean. Bed are hard as rocks
Okay 5.4
Pros: Low price, good A/C
Cons: Toilet had no seat. Towels were awful old, had stains on them. There was a close-by place with loud music until 2 am, it was hard to sleep.
Mediocre 2.5
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Made a reservation through booking. Com and when I went to the place there was no vacancy, they said that booking. Com usually does that often, the website let people book when the hotels have no vacancy, very inconvenient
