The property is clean, looks really nice and it is a really cozy apartment. The property has a restaurant as well and the food and the staff was really really nice. The location is close to the train station and the historic centre. The apartment had a washing machine that we put to good use and a drying rack. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Walking distance to all sights in central Padova, very close to Scrovegni Chapel. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and everything there for your stay.

The one bedroom apartment is comfortable with well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is very clean, modern and nicely furnished, in an old but freshly renovated building with a beautiful staircase. The apartment is really nice, all facilities provided and 10 minutes walk to the center of Padova. The apartment is really comfortable, modern and clean. Everything one may need is there, also to cook a meal, although the restaurant just below is really good and convenient, too.

The property has a restaurant as well and the food and the staff was really really nice. The restaurant next door was great for our evening meal. The restaurant/pizzeria was very close and the food/staff were excellent. The accommodation is really good value for money! The food in the restaurant downstairs was delicious and excellent value for money.

The location was close to the train station and the historic centre. It's located at the centre of the city and easy access to the tourist spots. The location placed us right in the middle of the old city, but with easy in and out convenient with a big carpark near by. The location was fantastic. kitchen equipped. personal very friendly.

I asked for a quite room but being the windows on the main street (even if a pedestrian one) I heard all the noises. There is no elevator, so we had to carry our heavy suitcases up and down about seven or eight flights of stairs to get to the room, and then up another flight of internal stairs in the room itself. Unfortunately no parking here, had to park at a different location which is pay park. The building is too old to put in a lift, and there were a lot of stairs to climb to get to our room. Not a deal-breaker though, we would stay there again. The couch in the living room is not very comfortable, but for 1-2 nights should be ok, if you need to sleep in it.

Several guests recommended choosing a room with a balcony facing the fountain for spectacular views.
