Safe parking space for my motorcycle without charge
friendly helpful staff clean and efficient we had one evening meal there. It was very poor
hotel staff; parking facilities
secure car park. good breakfast the air conditioning was not working properly (way too hot). The room needs to be refurnished.
Location, near to city centre, free parking Breakfast limited, reception area dark and a bit drabby
Close to the old town. The breakfast was poor and a large garbage basket was very close to the place where the food came from. It was not a pleasant view for eating breakfast.
Good quality hotel at a low price.
The room was spacious and well equipped. We appreciated the free breakfast and free parking. Easy walking distance to tourist sites. Everything in the room was very clean except for the floor.
Nice environment, nice colazione da matina, clean and very good attention at the restaurante Tuto benne, I stayed 3 nigths and wanted to stay 2 more, unfortunately the price was different and they told me to book again through internet. I had a little problem (my foult), i forgot to turn in the room key, because i was in a hurry to take the bus), however on my way to Palermo i will return the key through a friend of mine (Dra. ines) who will deliver the room key at the hotel. Thank you very much for your comprehension.
Secure parking The bathroom shower screen was dirty. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The air conditioning in our room was not working and when we asked about this they said that it was cold the day before so they had switched the whole system off. The restaurant in the hotel was the worst food we had ever eaten and was expensive.
Quiet hotel a bit out of the way and would have been difficult to find if you didn't speak the language
Very clean and spacious room, good location There is a very noisy and busy road by the hotel, we didn't sleep well as it was too noisy. We were in bedroom 5 to start with, because of the lack of sleep, the 2nd night, we moved to room 8 which was quiet and more spacious. Also, note that staff is rarely present at reception.
clean, quiet, cheap location: it's an 10 min walk from the train station (Palermo Centrale), but you don't want to do it with a luggage. A trip on a taxi takes just a couple minutes, but you may get easily charged 15 euros for it (haggle about the price beforehand).
The large room, cleaning, easy to find free parking Stinking area surrounding the hotel, stuff don't speak English
Nothing.. The hotel is near to railway station but the area is dirty and not inviting for a walk or dinner. The hotel is crumbling and the breakfast room so small that people had to queue to get a cup of coofee. Unrecommendable.
Nice, quiet, small Knocking
The hotel is in very good condition. Big rooms!! Very nice done and very homey! The location. Not in a good area and not easy to find.
Modern, clean, family-type (small) Location. Narrow backstreets, dark in the evening, long way to restaurants and sights. Parking an adventure. Why not a parking on the hotel´s premises?
It was very quiet except that our room was next to the breakfast room so we heard preparations. It was down a rather quiet narrow street.
the hotel staff was very kind no
Their genuine courtesy Lots of stairs, lift a bit hidden
centraql location for sightseeing not easy to find by car and very loud during the night
The staff were very very helpful and the atmosphere around the nearby market friendly and lively
Very helpful staff. There is no normal Internet connectivity. Poor breakfast.
A central location for those travelling on a budget. Staff were very friendly. Extra plus was the secure lock up garage 50m down the road.
Price. The sfaff was helpful. Location: though it was not far from one of the central streets (Via Vittorio Emanuele) and main places of interest, the district near hotel was rather awful. But I think its typical for Palermo.
Situated at the end of the best street market in Palermo. Nightlife on the doorstep amazing (though not for the timid). Balcony views of the street and a secluded little roof garden were a bonus. Excellent place for those looking for a genuine taste of Sicily. The hotel entrance off the street was confusing and daunting at first. The choice of dark stairs or a lift that seemed initially closed (though when you rattled the door someone activated it from above) being the only entrance to the hotel. Some large explanetary notices would have been helpful here.
