2nd floor of hotel has serious black mold issues, you can see it and you can smell it as soon as you get off elevator on 2nd floor
The location is convenient.
It was noisy all night long--with doors banging throughout the early morning hours (3:00 a.m.) The coffee is subpar and tasteless. The breakfast food is always taken before you can get any. There is no refrigerator.
Friendly staff Nice and clean
Good location ... good price
The hotel overall is clean. Have stayed in much more expensive hotels that weren't as nice as this one! The only complaint I had was the bed was really hard and the people next to us were having a party all night long.
Bed was hard
Older Noises at night. Stayed on a Monday night and heard slamming doors and noise out back most of the night
No pool, dining, or work out area. Everything else was great.
Great staff new management very hospitable even th
I like the staff the amenities the continental breakfast and the ability of the staff to accommodate my needs.
I had an upgrade sweet I like the new floors, but the couch and the love seat and the Ottoman all need to be upgraded to go with your style make it a bit more cozy. Add a little bit more light in the business area and accommodating with pen pencil and paper. Add to the sweets a set of plates and silverware and glassware... You're there make the final move for those staying in the suite , have the newspaper USA Today provide you a discounted rate based on your needs or a minimum. Have your front desk staff or think about adding Limited alcoholic beverages for sale along with snacks that way I'll never have to leave thank you.
It is a fine little hotel. It was exactly where I need to be. It was clean and spacious. The front desk people were personable and helpful. I didn't use any special features, just stayed one night and gone.
Should remember that I don't want ground floor rooms
The best thing about this hotel was the location.
The walls are paper thin and we heard EVERYTHING around our room. Had to stay up late at night with whoever was up late at night and woke up early in the morning with whoever woke up early. We had our 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door, but several times we had to ask the housekeeping staff to have their 'discussions' in another area so that we could get some sleep. Every 3rd time we used our room keys they did not work. We will NEVER stay here again. Extremely poor value for what we paid for these accommodations.. We travel to Palm Coast occasionally, but this was the first (and last) time we stayed here. There's a LOT of work to be done at this hotel.
Unless you like mold - skip it!
The thing I liked best was I only had to stay one night!
Mildew smell in room. 4/5 other people having the same issue at the time I was. They changed our room but it was no better. The lady at the desk was arguing with me telling me they were painting on that floor and that was the smell While this might have been true if the hallway it was absolutely not try of the Petrie dish room we slept in. Check in was excruciatingly long. Hallways were disgusting.
Probably won't stay there again.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The first floor smelled musty and damp. The entire place feels dated. I needed a cheap hotel room for a night, and that's exactly what I got.
Great deal and location for the money!
I always stay here when visiting friends. Staff is wonderful, and it is a great price and location.
I agree with the other reviews that the air conditioning system needs updating. It can feel more sticky and humid inside than it should be. .
