staff at pick up was okay; polite; did not appear knowledgeable about the car nor have time to provide more than perfunctory direction to the best route to the hwy. staff at drop off was rudeCons:

When I arrived at hertz, they made me wait over an hour as they didn't have any cars available and someone had to drive it from jacksonville. Then, there was inflexibility when I wanted to change my drop off location. They wouldn't let me even during difficult times like COVID. Then, I received erroneous additional charges on my credit card. Horrible experience. And customer service was incredibly rude.4.0 Mediocre
