Pros:The room was comfy. The staff were friendly. I enjoyed my stay. Checkout was a breeze.
Cons:There isn't much that could have been better. I was pretty much very satisfied with my stay.

Cons:It was noisy all night long--with doors banging throughout the early morning hours (3:00 a.m.) The coffee is subpar and tasteless. The breakfast food is always taken before you can get any. There is no refrigerator.

Pros:The hotel overall is clean. Have stayed in much more expensive hotels that weren't as nice as this one! The only complaint I had was the bed was really hard and the people next to us were having a party all night long.

Pros:I like the staff the amenities the continental breakfast and the ability of the staff to accommodate my needs.
Cons:I had an upgrade sweet I like the new floors, but the couch and the love seat and the Ottoman all need to be upgraded to go with your style make it a bit more cozy. Add a little bit more light in the business area and accommodating with pen pencil and paper. Add to the sweets a set of plates and silverware and glassware... You're there make the final move for those staying in the suite , have the newspaper USA Today provide you a discounted rate based on your needs or a minimum. Have your front desk staff or think about adding Limited alcoholic beverages for sale along with snacks that way I'll never have to leave thank you.

Pros:It is a fine little hotel. It was exactly where I need to be. It was clean and spacious. The front desk people were personable and helpful. I didn't use any special features, just stayed one night and gone.

Pros:The best thing about this hotel was the location.
Cons:The walls are paper thin and we heard EVERYTHING around our room. Had to stay up late at night with whoever was up late at night and woke up early in the morning with whoever woke up early. We had our 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door, but several times we had to ask the housekeeping staff to have their 'discussions' in another area so that we could get some sleep. Every 3rd time we used our room keys they did not work. We will NEVER stay here again. Extremely poor value for what we paid for these accommodations.. We travel to Palm Coast occasionally, but this was the first (and last) time we stayed here. There's a LOT of work to be done at this hotel.
