The staff were welcoming, it was a Birthday surprise fo my Dad. They sent up a bottle of Champagne and a basket of fruit to his room. Nice touch!
My Dad paid extra for a "suite". That was a joke! It was a small single room that had been knocked into a double room. There was a 3 piece suite and a random single bed alongside the settee!!! This was not a suite! Disapointing, yet we did have a good laugh about bit!
Hotel Las Arenas has very good position-few steps from beach. Room was clean, staff friendly. Towels were changed every day. But the best was food. We had halfboard.
The staff were very frendly and helpfull especialy tony dinning room and bar hotel in good location and very clean food could be a little hotter but a good choice
Not enough evining entertanement
No broadband in the rooms.
Everything. A tip top hotel.
friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, quality of meals, excellent location, good value for money
The hotel was so close to the beach! The balcony view was worth the whole trip. The staff were so helpful and eager to change my room from a 2 bed to a 3 bed with out a hassel.
The beds were very uncomfortable and we had to ask the maids to clean our room rather then it jsut getting done daily.
The hotel is really near to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. Staffs were friendly and over all it was great
We could hear the noise from other rooms at night, TV didn't have any entertaining channels and the elevator was too slow!
The hotel was very close to the beach, we had a good view from our window and the meals were good, the staff were very helpful also. They arranged car hire for us which was cheaper than any other companies.
The lift was not practical as we had to take the stairs many times; I would say it is a 3 star, not 4 star hotel.
