Pros (+) The Peninsula Creamery is across the street and The Old Pro is a 1 minute walk away. You couldn't be more central to downtown PA.
Cons (-) 1 elevator, but its large because this used to be an old age condo building so they needed to cart the sick and the dead out in stretchers.
