Pros: The grounds were impeccable. The staff was professional, amiable and well groomed. They treated every one like they owned the Casa Conde Del Mar.
Pros: The infrastructure was great, the location perfect (close to a beautiful and calm beach), the staff helped us in everything we needed and were always willing to help us.
Cons: Maybe provide a little bit more information on tours, but overall I wouldn’t give a lower score for this.
Pros: Food and service
Cons: Superior rooms are very noisy due to aircondition machinery on the roof.
Pros: The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.
Cons: The extremely noisy wedding that overtook the place on Saturday that we were not warned about and was right outside our accommodation.
Pros: The food and drinks were superior! The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The pool had lots of leaves and twigs, but the wind was constant with high gusts. We understood the problem.
Cons: The best restaurant was closed 2 nights out of the four we were there, but we were not told that ahead of time. The walls of our room seemed thin since a crying baby and a screaming 3 year old were next door.
Pros: Beautiful Resort/Food was excellent
Cons: No gym
Pros: We liked everything about our stay. Our only disappointment was that we did not stay longer. The property was perfectly maintained, the food was excellent and the service was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Nice calm quiet beach and a beautiful large pool area. Perfect getaway!
Cons: No complaints. Everything was perfect!
Pros: Quiet, peaceful and serene
Cons: The queen size beds.
Pros: Lovely location, very helpful staff, clean comfortable room
Cons: Room was quite dark and in need of an update
Pros: Beautiful, quiet, calm hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t want to leave!
Pros: Loved our stay! The staff is incredible, and the food and drinks are really good. There are 2 pools (one is a salt water pool), numerous bars (including swim up bars), and beach access (and the beach is actually really nice too-- I recommend taking a sunset swim). The bartenders are great -- shout out to Douglas and Lewis for making our trip extra fun! There are two reservation-required restaurants, plus the main dining restaurant. However, the Tapas and Seafood (reservation) restaurants are not open every night-- but it honestly didn't matter because the main restaurant had menu options that rotated every night and the food was good and made to order, which I appreciated because I don't like buffets. They also had one night were all the restaurants were closed for dinner and they did a big, special beach BBQ instead, which was really fun! Our room was also amazing and had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and beach/ ocean. Fast, free WiFi. When we were there, the spa onsite had 1hr Couples Massages for $100. Highly recommend this hotel. I'd stay here again!
Pros: Beach has no town access so is very private
Cons: Roosters in an outbuilding in the property right behind our room that crowed super early in the morning and throughout the day. Unacceptable for a vacation setting. Also cats kept coming up under the dining tables during every meal. Made everything unappetizing. I have never experienced this at a resort setting. Also unacceptable in my opinion
When you stay at Hotel Rincon del Llano in Liberia, you'll be 8 minutes by foot from Hidden Garden Art Gallery. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: It's only 20 min from Playa Del Coco Beach.
Cons: It's only 20 minutes away from Playa Del Coco Beach! There is hardly anyone answeres the calls and staff hardly speaks any English. If they don't understand you, they just hang up. They told us not to put drink on the check in counter, and we didn't know why. Hotel room has no hangers, no shampoo, offers very bare minimum. When checking out, the staff went to our room to count how many towels were left in the room and said he was "doing his job"! The towels were very poor in quality. Definitely suggest to avoid booking at this hotel!
