Delightful, and a bit naughty
The suite I had (in what appears to be a former bordello) was enormous. The room is decorated with antique 19th c pornography and repurposed 1960s lad mags. The bed was big enough to host quite a large orgy if the decor left you feeling inspired. Alas, I didn't do this. However, it was a great launch pad for many sites and there is good food nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast at ten euro for breads and coffee is skippable, but they do make the croissants fresh to order. I would absolutely stay again.
Shower and elevator were kind of quirky.
very friendly staff & chiefs, nicely decorated rooms, and located in the middle of the 9th district. a small & sympathetic hotel.
very friendly staff, cleanliness, good bed.
poor lighting in the room, no interned connection, no refrigirator.
Excellent for money spent
guy when we checked in was a little brisk, but ther other staff were lovely and really helpful. Location is fantastic. We were 3 ladies on our own and felt really safe walking back to the hotel at night etc. Can walk to monmatre easily and tube and Carrefour really handy. Loads of nice places to eat locally too. Not a boutique hotel as per the photos on the internet but querky. Lobby is more inkeeping, but rooms were very different but clean, roomy, quiet and perfectly adequate.
Lack of kettle/kithen equipment. Was fine for breakfast but not really suitable for children
