Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, often mentioning its proximity to metro stations, restaurants, and attractions. The service is frequently described as friendly and helpful, contributing to a pleasant stay. Cleanliness is highlighted in several reviews, with rooms and common areas generally well maintained. Some guests also note comfortable beds. However, there are repeated complaints about the lack of air conditioning, small elevator, noise issues, and limited amenities such as no fridge or tea/coffee facilities.
