Pros (+) The staff were incredibly helpful. I left a electronic item in my room. They called me before I realized it was missing. We arranged a forwarding address and the mailed it to me. I will always be grateful and will stay with them every chane I get.

I found a live cockroach and the pipes in the bathroom were excessively loud. I had a problem locking the door and had to deadbolt it twice.
