No elevator. The surrounding was noisy at midnight.
I did not like anything about this place!
omg! everything! i would have been better in a ditch, dirty bathroom and room absolutely disgusting, no tv signal, everythins seemed to be in ruins! i would never never go back again!
Friendly staff. Fast check in. 3 min walking from the station. Bathroom was clean.
health and safety hazards such as ladder left by staircase, dirty, poor condition, smell of smoke in room and in hotel.
Location - Metro N°4 to the centre and main attractions (about 20min ride) Walk in about 15min to Montmartre Bed and room were clean Staff (bar one - see below) were nice and welcoming
The noise (mainly) In their defence, the hotel do mention in their description that the street they are located in is noisy. Thus, you can expect a certain level of noise. For starters, so you know where the noise comes from: 1: you have 4 individuals, spending time talking (loudly) and listening to music (very loud) from about 19:00 to passed 01:30am, located on the otherside of the street - right oppostie the hotel entrance (and rooms) - according to the Receptionist, who's been working there for 4 years (as we were told), there is nothing the hotel can do about it (I believe him, though he could have been "a little" less dry and agressive in his answering our curiosity - and became more so when asked why) 2: the other main source of the noise comes from a (new?) bar, located about 20 metres from the hotel - towards the main road, opposite side of the street. Loud conversations/arguments and loud music. Though the bedroom window, when closed, does muffle some of the noise, when Paris temperatures reach 30°C, you need the said window open (no airco in the room). This can be a bit demanding on the tired body. (bring earplugs)
Staff were very friendly, easy to check in and out and very close to a subway station plus shops and places to get food etc.
The hotel is very basic but comfortable and has everything you need. The street outside was very noisy until early in the morning and this disturbed my sleep. You had to pay for WiFi.
