Designed boutique hotel with modern and very graphic and colorful furnishing.
The very graphic tiles, geometric headboards, the use of industrial materials reminiscent of the famous generic one that inspired the decoration : American graphic designer Saul Bass.
The location is excelent, near by Abesses metro station, Moulin Rouge and few blocks from Galeries Lafayete. Good price for value.
Rooms are very small, but if you are a couple is ok. In my case I only use the hotel to sleep after a long day around Paris, so for me is ok. There is no lift, so if you have lots of luggage it can be a problem.
room is good and clean, good location
no elevator, lunchbox several days not available or half available, breakfast was terrible (thea from automaat (machine with coins..brrrr) no marmalede, butter nothing (about breakfast is location my hotel in france levallois much better!!)
It is a very good hotel if you want a cheap room near to the metro station. The lunch box is a great idea, it was very useful for us.
The breakfast was very simple: mini croissans with a cup of coffee. They were free but the labels on the coffee machine were in French so I got a black coffee without milk and sugar. I could not drink it...
The hotel was reasonaby priced and was comfortable. I liked that the hotel provided a packed lunch. It is a nice touch. The location was great for me, because this is a lively area, which I love.
The shower in my room was not very practical. There was lots of lovely hot water and the pressure of thenshower was good, but you could not tilt the shower downwards so you had to stand paractically on the rim of the shower to be under the water.
Great position. The hotel provides breakfast and a lunch box.
Dirty room, no elevator ( a stayed at the 5ft floor!!).
location of hotel friendliness of hotel staff
did not like blankets (instead of duvets) on beds, hardness of mattress
it's near to the center of the city
It's situated perfectly in one of the most charming streets of Montmartre.
