Cons (-) The room smelled very moldy and was uncomfortable to be in because of the smell. In fact, not only did the room smell moldy but the hallways did too - it was just worse in the rooms

Pros (+) Great price and good location, 5 min from the metro and various buses. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Not far from even more restaurants in the Latin quarter. Friendly staff.
Cons (-) Although it was very clean and nicely furnished and in good condition, some of the paint was peeling in the bathroom, which might disturb some people.
