Pros (+) -excellent spot, 10-15 mins away from the Eiffel Tower and 28 minute walk to arc de triomphe. -rooms were small but quaint and cute -rooms were clean -location was great -Food places are all around the corner and not far -Staff was pleasant and helpful -value of the hotel is excellent -bed was comfortable -airport shuttle service -able to rent a car at this hotel -breakfast is optional for a surch...
Cons (-) -complimentary soap/hair wash comes in from the same dispenser. -Front desk personnel originally quoted €65 for airport shuttle when another staff member called the shuttle for us for €36. -Thin walls, we can hear our neighbor's conversations and coughs/sneezes. -Breakfast was way overpriced for the type of food that was given such as a bagel, cereal, fruits, and yogurt. but it's optional.

Pros (+) Easy check-in process. Perfect for solo traveler as the room is kind of small. Historic look to the architecture. Minutes away from Eiffel Tower, Trocadéro, Statue of Liberty, Beaugelle shopping center, and lots of bars and super markers.
Cons (-) Every time you leave the hotel you must leave your key with the front desk (they don't check ID when you pick up). It's an older building so you hear every conversation, cough, and toilet flush from adjoining neighbors. No elevator. Additional hidden prices (taxes) even though it was booked online.
