What can I expect from the hotel's cleanliness?
The hotel is very clean and the room also has a good bed to rest on.
Are the staff friendly and accommodating?
The best thing about this hotel is their reception staff - it matters SO much when you are visiting another country for holiday. They were always so eager to help, friendly and accommodating.

This hotel has an amazing location - it’s just 15-20 mins walk from both Arch de Triumph and from a huge park with lakes and Louis Vuitton Foundation art gallery.
What are the common concerns about the hotel?
A number of issues : 1- Apart from two of the receptionists, the staff were not that friendly and helpful. It was a lady at the reception that when you talk to her she didn’t even bother to look at you ! 2- breakfast was quite dull and boring. Very limited in terms of variety and the problem was one lady there that she could see the plates on the buffet are empty , but she was not bothering herself to fill them up.
