Malfunctioning AC. Room was extremely hot and loud. Could barely sleep. Stayed 5 nights and staff didn't resolve the problem until my final night. Staff just kept telling me to "come speak to them tomorrow if it isn't fixed". Would not go back.

Pros (+) Great location, friendly and helpful staff.
Cons (-) AC wasn’t working properly and some of the Libby was a bit malodorous.
Pros (+) The room is clean and looks recently renovated. Bathroom is surprisingly high-end and nice. Staff are excellent (and they speak English/French). Didn't try the breakfast but it seemed to be decent value. Room just contains beds, a desk, and a closet--it's quite small, but sufficient.
Cons (-) Pillows were quite uncomfortable--hard and lumpy, and they seemed to be filled with recycled foam or something.
Pros (+) Location was excellent!! I would actually book this hotel again, only complaint really is the bed, but then again you get what you pay for! Hotel room was very clean, and really nice bathroom.
Cons (-) One staff member who checked us in was very friendly, and then another one had a little attitude when asked something, but overall most of the staff greeted you as you entered the hotel.
