Tiny room and bathroom. Tiny gym. Very small spa.
Front desk staff were kind and attentive. Quiet facing courtyard room for restful sleep.
We pre-reserved breakfast but has some trouble dealing with a waiter at the restaurant. We asked him to view our account because he did not believe we prepaid. Afterwards when he agreed, he told us there were things we could not get from the buffet bar, though we paid and later confirmed with the front desk. The hotel itself is cute but underwhelming. I don’t think this is 5 star quality, maybe a 3 at best. Not worth the price we paid, you are better off with an Airbnb. Skip the breakfast - much better finds at other restaurants.
Nice and clean boutique hotel. Good pool and spa area.
Small room and small bed for two people.
A nice compact hotel with a high-quality comfort. We were very pleased, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms stayed were great too. One of the rooms overlooked the street and for some reason was becoming too noisy at night, though this is not a bustling quarter of Paris. The other connecting room was extremely quiet. The beds are superb, not uber firm and not too soft, just the right balance.
One thing I found odd though was the reception staff knowledge. When we first arrived at around 1030 am on Saturday morning, we naturally asked for a place to have brunch. Two receptionists put their heads together and discussed it between them for a few seconds and came back to us with a negative response: there isn't anything in the area they know of. My wife and I, however, found dozens of places in the vicinity the next day as we walked about. The same evening we asked another reception about Le Marais (which is 7 minutes walk from the hotel), and whether it will be open on Sunday. He told us strictly that the place was shut ”unfortunately”. We wanted to do some shopping in the area’s well-known shops. The guy insisted that the shops were closed on Sunday. But I later checked online and find dozens of articles recommending Le Marais for Sunday shopping. So we went and found 95 per cent of clothes shops as well as resultants and bars open. The the place was buzzing and in some corners even overcrowded.
The property is very clean, friendly staff very good location
