Efficient, friendly and functional. Reception staff were particularly helpful and attentive.
The location is rather inconvenient for a traveller without a car.
rooms are extremly big. free internet
bad smelling floors. non-friendly staff. poor breakfast. small loby and breakfast venue
One member of staff, the hotel's service engineer was great, he was as helpful as he could be and tried very had to resolve the problems I had
The Manager. He was rude, arrogant and extremely un-helpful. It took 3 days for him to agree changing the lock mechanism on my door, during which time I could not get into my room without the use of the Master key. I asked to change my room and he said they were full and he could do nothing. I threatened to change my hotel and get a refund before he agreed to change the lock.
The TV system (movies and internet)
The staff were not very responsive. You would get what you needed without a smiling face
I liked the Terrasse in the backyard...They should put more attention on that space ..... Bed and pillows very confortable.
The key card were frequently not working due to magnet problem. Air Conditioning was not that perfect. Shower pipe was broken for the 8 days spent there. The room service dont care enough about the replacement of items used...like Sugar, Coffee, Cotton and others...
I liked the space in the room with a centre table, watercooker, small fridge and microwave so that we could warm the food and store if needed. Also enough space for extra bed and a separate parking with a reasonable price.
As read in other comments on the net for the hotel my comments are also similar. The AC was not working with enough cooling, though I am not so sensitive to hot weather but my family was very unconfortable in the evening. Though I informed the staff but they told that they would call back, which did not happen. As I had read the comments earlier I knew nothing will change in the night. I find Paris a mix of culture, fashion but also shady areas with poverty and gambling on the streets etc. so nothing to blame the area where the hotel is situated as the hotel is situated in the outskirts. We went in the summer time and there was enough crowd and light in the evening and did not feel unsafe.
Large rooms and onsite parking. Next to perepherique but not noisy.
Hotel has a rather dated feel and it's not in the nicest area. The staff were "ok" but not overly friendly - probably typical for any Parisian hotel! There were pubes in my bed (yuk!) and the design of the bathroom is a little weird - also the loo was in a separate small room at the other end of the "suite" from the bathroom - not very practical. Despite the spacious rooms and onsite parking, that's why I'm not recommending this hotel.
Nice hotel, good deal
Rooms very comfortable
Breakfeast free not so good. Maybe to offer a cheaper breakfest option.
The room was wonderful, extremely spacious for the price. Wonderful weekend market right in front of the hotel.
We could not get a second bag of tea for the room beyond the one that was provided when we arrive. We felt it was a bit arbitrary as a restriction.
