Clean and quiet I reserved two nights but my plans changed so I only stayed one night and have yet to be refunded for the extra night I did not safety. I have called twice about this and no results. I would like a manager or someone from corporate office to contact me.
Friendly and helpful staff. Wifi service was very hit or miss.

Good, clean, comfortable place. Plentiful parking. Good breakfast
Room had hair all over it Room had someone's glasses left in the desk chair with food in it which I'm certain had not been cleaned.. Most 'Holiday inns' have a washer and dryer on site of course this one did not!
Very nice facilities and wonderful attentiveness throughout the stay, thank you!! I plan on staying here again in the future. One of the railings to the hot tub is loose. It was sturdy enough for me, but I could see an elderly person relying on it and being surprised when it shifts. Please fix! Otherwise, wonderful all around.
The room was excellent. Bed was great. TV controls were a little confusing. Called the desk for instructions. none in the room.
We know that Perry, Oklahoma is a friendly place, and the staff at Holiday Inn reflect that friendliness the minute you walk in the door. The woman cleaning the room asked if there was anything else she could get us, the woman handling breakfast did also. Anyone would be proud to stay here.

Front desk staff was very helpful with switching us to a different room but overall the hotel did not meet expectations The hotel had a very musty moldy smell. The wallpaper in the lobby was peeling so I am assuming they were having some humidity issues. The first room we were in smelled very musty and the bed skirt had stains all over it.
Great staff, location was convenient - just off the interstate, clean room (and BIG!) The hotel was clean, but there was a funky odor in the entry area - kind of smelled like cleaning solution. It was there when we arrived at about 9pm and the next morning at 5am when we were leaving.
I liked the easy access to the highway. I didn't like that we didn't get into our room until 5 pm and it was a handicap room. I am not handicap.
Clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. It was a little pricey for a Super 8.
close to my family home Main concern was rear access door remained open to public traffic all night long. Never secured. Single woman traveling alone needs more security. Also, management allowed construction crew to begin removing cement entrance way with jack hammer at 7:30
Staff was very pleasant I reserved a non-smoking room, was put in a smoking room, on the smoking floor. It stunk extremely bad. The elevator was filthy. The lobby was HOT, like there wasn't air.
clean and updated rooms, comfortable and quiet
Even though we got there late and basically just slept, showered, ate breakfast and left the next morning we had no complaints. Everyone was really friendly, the room was very clean & comfortable, and there was plenty of food the next morning even though the place was full. I also loved the fact that they made people sign a no smoking policy or pay a 250.00 fine for a no smoking room. There is nothing I hate more than to walk into a non smoking room that I have requested and smell smoke. I hope they enforce that always!
Breakfast Toilet was not very clean, pill left on floor dog could have gotten, clock didn't work. No one offered to do anything about these problems. I didn't realize there was an extra fee for a dog. You did not indicate that on your room selection page.
Location of the hotel made it away to find and travel to other locations in town. Room was extremely noisy. I could here the room next doors tv at all time. Also I could hear every time other guests got off and on the elevator, talked in the lobby, and closed doors.
location, clean room, breakfast nothing

It was very comfortable and clean. The location was further than expected to Stillwater but it was ok. I would recommend this hotel. Be
We spent the Day on Campus at OSU and this hotel was just 30 minutes away and close to I35. The staff was friendly and it made for an easy check in and great nights sleep! Loved the hotel!
The hotel was clean, easy access to the highway, nice pool and pleasant bkfst. It is a bit pricey for a 2 star off the highway hotel.
I didn't like the 3 o'clock check in. Seems too late.
Clean and very friendly staff. No
I prefer this hotel over the holiday inn next door. Ive stayed at both more than 20 times in the past year. Softer bed and pillows, staff is more accomodating and rooms are generally cleaner.
The staff were friendly Dirty rooms, safety lock had been removed from door, air conditioner broken.
Staff was pleasant. Internet really slow on ipad. We had to use our phones. We couldn't believe there was No complementary breakfast at this price point.
A bit pricey but all in all very very clean, very friendly staff at check in and check out. Location was excellent. Good visit. Price is a little too high for a 1 night stay. Other than price, good visit.
The location was easily accessible, the employees were friendly. The room was comfortable. I had issues with changing the dates of my reservation. After being shuffled back and forth between employees, and back to hotel.com, I had to cancel entirely and start over. Though I had been told the rates were usually comparable, when I made the new reservation, it was quite a bit more expensive. Other hotels equally as nice and slightly better, pricewise, offer a complimentary continental breakfast, which works well for our family. This hotel required that we declare whether we wanted to buy a "breakfast coupon" when making our reservation. This gave the hotel a cheaper, stingy feel. I bought two vouchers, then found out it wasnt even a buffet. After waiting over five minutes without even getting my cup of coffee, I left. $20 down the drain. Even though the room was nice, I will be staying down the road at a place that offers equal amenities and doesnt nickel-and-dime me over breakfast.
Clean, friendly and served our purpose. Is not a luxury hotel, but that was not the purpose or expectation.
Location was great. Room was nice. Exterior of building is an eye sore. Cleaning staff is very sketchy. After seeing cleaning staff I left the do not disturb sign on my door even when I was gone. Sketchy cleaning staff would invite sketchy friends to the hotel. Seemed really inappropriate and I wondered how management was ok with this. I also felt that bottle water should have been free.
The indoor hot tub was perfect after a day on the road, the breakfast was better then most I have seen. The beds were so comfy I didn't wanna get up. It was so good I stayed on my way east, then again on my return trip a week later. The rooms could use some updating.
The mini fridge and coffee pot were nice. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, the staff was impatient and rude. My companions and I when going up front to ask a question were told to wait until she was done with her paperwork. There was paint and plaster chipping off the walls. The staff in the bar and grill was okay, the bartender has no clue what shes doing and had to look on her phone to use the internet to look up how to make every drink we ordered, all drinks were insanely strong. Won't be returning.
Close to campus We have stayed here before but this time it didn't seem as clean especially at the breakfast bar.
Location, clean Staff was indifferent.
Good location Attitude of front desk staff and cleanliness.
Staff, layout Pillows
We had a bunch of loud drunk people get to their room which adjoined ours at 2:15am. Very obnoxious people. There is a bar in this hotel. This hotel was definitely way overpriced. They put a $50 charge on your room until you check out. I had to call the hotel to have this removed.
Nice indoor pool and hottub nice and relaxing after a days drive. Big breakfast included. Could be updated
I'm not someone who enjoys traveling; I don't like being away from home and its amenities. But when I arrived at the hotel, I was able to check in seamlessly and my dog (who had been on the road with me for 10 hours) was able to help himself to the bowl of treats the hotel keeps at the front desk. It's normally difficult to travel with a dog, but the hotel has a lot of grassy area surrounding it and multiple keycard entrances and exits to make this as easy as possible. My favorite part of the stay though was the staff. They all really seem to work together like family and genuinely want their guests to feel at ease. I had the opportunity to have little conversations with the staff throughout my stay and I was highly impressed with the welcoming nature of everyone. Plus, there is a pool, the hotel is located close to the interstate, restaurants, campus, and sits next-door to Walmart in case you need anything. My room had a refrigerator and microwave, and breakfast is made (it's real food) every morning. I'm not a coffee drinker but I also saw that a variety of coffees and teas are available in the lobby throughout the day. My room was clean with comfortable linens and well-stocked with towels. I had a wonderful stay, for my needs, so it's hard to pick at downsides to the hotel. In my opinion, there isn't much else the hotel could have provided to make my stay more comfortable... outside of softer toilet paper. There was a notice in the lobby apologizing for a mess due to renovations, but I didn't notice any noise or mess during my stay (which included both weekdays and weekend days).
Tiny pillows, old sheets that felt rough
The breakfast that was included in our price was very good. There were lots of great choices of breakfast foods, fruits, pastries etc... The staff was very friendly and very accomodating. They all made us feel very welcomed. Loved the stay and when visiting Stillwater again, I will plan to stay there if there are rooms available. I also loved the location. Easy access to everything. There is nothing I did not like about the Fairfield Inn.
We truly enjoyed the hot tub/sauna! We were there in Stillwater, OK for a 9 hour/22 mile walk for the 22 Veterans who commit suicide every day. Afterwards, it was nice to unwind and soak our sore muscles in the sauna.
Outstanding staff and customer service.
it was the only thing available that weekend way overpriced for a simple hotel in Stillwater Oklahoma. they were the last available hotel so I guess they can name your price
Our stay at this hotel was very rewarding. The staff was very friendly. Room was nice. We choose this hotel for the outdoor pool for children 6 & 11. It is on the small size but just right for the kids. Pool and area was clean and had a professional size cooker. Would recommend this hotel for the value. Walking distant to restaurants. Didn't realize the hair dryer was at the desk until we checked out. If you need a iron and ironing board they are at the desk too..
everything ok nothing
They went out of their way to assist us at all time to ensure our stay was a good. Above and beyond the normal need of Staff, and Owner they make our stay very happy and comfortable one. Thank you so much The bathrooms to small for the use of a handicap person and their attendant to assist them in.
