It was a very well organised hotel with all the facilities provided for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Hotel already renowated. Nice rooms, flat tv, comfortable bad and delicious breakfast. Internet very fast. Bardzo dobry hotel w przystępnej cenie. Pyszne śniadanie! Bathroom was not cleaned.
in the beter room was niew bathroom and very clean. internet free
We where very pleased with the accomodation, had problems with our key,but that was cooected and we where put into another room.
The Guest House is family-owned and operated. They are conscientious about the welfare of their guests, and make their guests feel welcome. They tried hard to speak English, my language, since my German is limited. The food is surprisingly good, since the place is rated at two stars. Staying at Gasthof Wimmer Weissbräu is definitely good value for the money. It's a bit out of the way, but within walking distance (400 meters), accross the river Inn, from Braunau, Austria—a tourist destination. On the other hand, the Guest House is peaceful and quiet; a good place to rest and relax.
There was completely no toileteries in the bathroom - not even a soap!
Beautifully refurbished room. Simple but excellent breakfast. Parking may on occasions present a problem
the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breadfast was outstanding. none
Very friendly staff, personal touch.New and very spacious rooms - excellent value for money.
Quiet and green area; enough big thermal pool; heated outdoor swimming pool; safe parking lot. When booking the room, was not mentioned that the Hotel is under very noisy reconstruction works.
The hotel is within a thermal spa complex and is ideal for a relaxing healthy holiday, and has a wonderful indoors thermal water pool and an outdoors pool in a beautifully landscaped garden. The restaurant and the snack bar serve excellent food, and the service in both the hotel and the restaurant is wonderful. An excellent breakfast buffet.
Hotel pools both indoor and outdoor food in the restaurant was first class
The time for breakfast was very flexible and the quantity of it was as well. The staff was always ready but reserved as well so they didn't disturbed us. The staff didn't speak English so much (only few words). So guests have to speak German if they want to communicate with them.
Gasthof zum Kirchenwirt is a wonderful and peaceful place, very clean and comfortable. The hosts were most kind and obliging. During your stay in that place you forget the stress and speed of contemporary life. It has a lovely restaurant with exquisite cuisine.
Wifi not working and not willing to check or restart. Dog in the restaurant. Not really kind. a lot of smokers on the restaurant outide.
Quiet area. Nice furnishings. Huge bathroom. Good breakfast. Easy to find. Owner not too friendly. Owner's dog was in the restaurant.
Good food. Pleasant atmosphere. Good location, off the beaten track, but close to Passau and the Austrian border. Reasonable rates. Room was small (single) and facilities not the very best but adequate. Some roofing works being undertaken when I arrived but this did not continue into the evening.
Hotrl is first class all the way and especially rhe staff . It was an awesome experience and this is not the first 5 star hotel i have stayed at. Maybe this one should have a sixth star! Thank you Hotel Maximillan and Booking.com :-). Maybe my own fault but air not circulate well in the room. Unfortunately I dont sleep well when this is the case but I am sure: had I asked for a fan or assistance the staff would have gone the extra mile to accomadate and make room cooler. Seems most hotels in Europe do not have adjustable air in room but regardless the accomodations are excellent and had i asked the front desk, they woul have helped.
The hotel was nice, the location was just next to the thermal spas and the surroundings picturesque. It gave good value for money. The internet was very expensive and the cleaning service was not so good. We never got our sheets changed in a whole week and we only had one tiny bottle of soap for 4 people in the first days
