Since we only stayed overnight, following a concert, our stay was rather short. However, we would've loved to stay there even longer!
Website is incorrect—no parking associated with hotel. Staff rudely wouldn’t direct me to parking when I refused $45 per night valet parking. No hot water early in AM, tube wouldn’t drain, faucet falling off. Other than that, friendly staff and good experience.

Cons (-) My particular room was very noisy. My window overlooked the roof with HVAC units. Walls dinged up. I actually got the room for free so I shouldn’t complain too much, but if I had paid for this room I’d be unhappy.
Pros (+) We loved the overhead walkway connection to the Crown Plaza and their facilities. Incredible grounds, restaurant, bar, gym, pool. Nice staff and room, plus Jogging trails, flowers, free parking and breakfast. Terrific value!
