Cons (-) Nice scam. Needed a 48-hour cancellation notice. Unfortunately I didn't know I wasn't going to make it until 24 hours prior. Nice way to make money. 100℅ margin!!

Cons (-) One of the beds was very hard. Despite being on the 7th floor lots of noise from the street.
Pros (+) The location, and at first the room which had comfortable beds, 4 pillows each, clean towels, nice view, and friendly staff. What you would expect from a Sheraton Hotel.
Cons (-) Cleaning was not done on our second day, and it was poorly done on the third day. There was no fan in the bathroom and mold began to grow behind the sink on the third day. No microwave or frig. Dirty carpet and closet door.
