It’s indoors but that’s about it....armed security guard with tactical vest was reassuring, but rough area. Cleaners seem to have been on break since 1995. No towels. Cigarette burn holes in bedding. I’ve stayed at Rodeway Inns across the country. This was a rough one giving them a bad name. Figure out what kind of motel you want to be. A long term stay for low income folks with no amenities or cleaning services, or a travel motel. Hard to be both. Misrepresented on travel sites.
Pros:I have nothing good to say about this place!!! Do not waste your money on it!!! This place should be shut down!!!!
Cons:There was cockroaches in the room, mostly the bathroom, tried to tell me I had to pay a pet fee for a service animal, bending machines were all down and out of order, pool was closed (although website said it was open), pool area right outside our door smelt like sewage, no mini fridge or microwave, pillows were paper thin and only 2 per bed, shower barely worked, prostitutes were literally walking around at the hotel, had 2 people cone up asking us if we had drugs we could sell them, only had 1 towel for 4 people and they wouldn't give any more out, ground and parking lot was littered with used condoms and needles, had a "non-smoking" room that reeked off pot and cigarette
Pros:Honestly, nothing positive to note. It seemed like the price would have been a steal, but it turned out they should have paid us to stay there.
Cons:My family and I arrived at 11pm. The staff - through the nightwindow - asked us to stand outside for 10 minutes until we could check in because they were transferring to the night shift. That turned into 10 minutes more, so we were standing there outside for over 20 minutes waiting to register. This was not a good area to be waiting outside for 20 minutes at that hour. This gave me time to observe my surroundings and I started to feel guilty for bringing my family to really what was more of an hourly kind of place, but we were kind of stuck with our reservation. After checking in I proceeded to the room. Outside the room there was an unkempt person who was having drug and/or psychological challenges squatting outside our room - literally and figuratively - bent over, teetering among a bunch of bags. I walked back to the office to ask them to address that situation and a man emerged from the office who cleared the vagrant person from the hallway. I then went into the room. It was like a hotel room from 80s/90s - that hadn't been seriously maintained since then. Bad smell. The bathroom areas were moldy and falling apart. I took a look at the sheets. They were worn threadbare and stained. TV was from a different era. Ended up leaving without staying and have been working to get money refunded ever since.

Cons:The sink was loose and seems like it would rip off if I opened the pipe,the bottom part of the tub was missing so I couldn't take a shower, there was a $60 security fee and a $3.50 mandatory change which was not on their website when I booked the room.

Cons:Holes in wall try to be covered up by a 5 year old I guess, because that is what it looked like. Towels were barley bigger than bath mat. AC was coming off of wall. My daughters stayed in a different room, smelled like something died in there. Only 1 ice machine. It was in the front office, so if someone, like me, was in the back building, they would have to walk all the way to front. Shower rod barely hanging on the wall. Shower curtain wall to small. Pillows were as lumpy as oatmeal. I would say it was good for the money, but I would be lying. NEVER staying at a Knights Inn again!!!!!!!!
