Plane was too new; computer system hadn't been set right. Left 45 minutes late, though made up some lost time in the air. Very rude passengers (obviously not the airline's fault, I know). Everyone thinks they should be the first to get off the plane!

Our flight was scheduled to depart at 2:45 but kept getting delayed. When the flight was delayed until 7:10, we switched to the 6:00 flight from Kansas City to Phoenix. We were assured our luggage would be loaded about the appropriate flight. Of course, it was not and we had to wait an additional 45 minutes at the Phoenix airport for our luggage. We finally got out of the Phoenix airport about 10:30 -- almost 7 hours later than scheduled. During this time no one explained the reason for the delay; no one apologized for the delay and no one seemed to care. This has been our experience all to often when flying American recently. We will work very hard to avoid American Airlines for future travel and we advise you to do the same.

I lived

When I tried to get on at the last minute from Denver to Phoenix the girl at the desk right before I got on was acting like a jerk, other than that everything else was ok, definitely would be better if there was USB ports and if I'm gonna spend $7.99 on a shot of whiskey it would at least fill the glass up and the plane sounded like it needed repairs

I arrived at the airport two hours before my flight out of Denver. The Frontier counter had a line that wrapped out of the ticketing/check in area and out into the main part of the terminal. I ended up missing my flight because it took me over an hour to get checked in and to security. There were several other flights leaving at the same time where a large numbers of passengers were also going to miss their flights. I've never seen anything like it in all my years flying.

We got there safely.

They made the flight more than an hour late so that 12 people could make a connection. I understand having some compassion, but more than an hour? What about the rest of us who, do to the sardine can nature of plane travel these days, had to all listen to each other call their appointment s and explain the delay? Also, they charge for nearly everything -- soda, checked luggage ($45 for one!), carry on. I won't choose Frontier again unless it's my only choice.

Flight was on time, smooth with efficient boarding and quick baggage retrieval.

Only one beverage service shortly after takeoff. No additional offers of drink or snack on 6 hour flight. Attendants were sitting around in rear galley. One was knitting! I told them that trash receptacle was full in restroom. The response was "I'll put on gloves and "push it down" but it was still unusable fifteen minutes later. Had to pay $7.99 to access flight map. No earbuds were offered. Attendants were invisible except for collecting trash.

Gate agent, grumpy. Some how she thought it was my fault they offered me a cheap ticket to purchase. Regardless of the price I, or anyone else pays, we should all be treated equally with dignity and professionalism.

The cabin crew was great at boarding and organizing the overhead bin space. Also, ground staff didn’t start check roll aboards before the overheads bins were full. There is nothing more frustrating than getting on after forced to gate check your bag to empty bin space (ahem, United at SFO).

For the first time I did not fly on a puddle jumper. Not only was it a real jet, it had good seat comfort and leg room even in economy class. The crew was friendly and attentive. They came by with offerings of water at least 4 times for a 2+ hour flight. Contrast that with my last two 5 hour flights on Virgin and American where they came by with water — ONCE. WiFi wasn’t working for either flight and of course the lack of decent food is discouraging. The coffee has improved which is a plus. Overall, good job, United! Nice not to be jammed in like sardines for once.

Every time I fly to Denver, we land in one terminal and your connection is in another terminal that requires a train ride to get there. ,ayovers are short — generally barely an hour. If the flight is late you stand a very good chance of missing your connection, as I’m betting happened to over half the passengers on this flight. I was the lucky exception — this aircraft was actually the connecting flight too. Why can’t all United connections be in the same terminal? It makes no sense.

I was the lucky exception — this aircraft was actually the connecting flight too. Why can’t all United connections be in the same terminal? It makes no sense.

Flight was on time, smooth with efficient boarding and quick baggage retrieval.

Only one beverage service shortly after takeoff. No additional offers of drink or snack on 6 hour flight. Attendants were sitting around in rear galley. One was knitting! I told them that trash receptacle was full in restroom. The response was "I'll put on gloves and "push it down" but it was still unusable fifteen minutes later. Had to pay $7.99 to access flight map. No earbuds were offered. Attendants were invisible except for collecting trash.

There was no free in-flight entertainment available on the tv screens. Half of the screens didn't work. The seat belts were not long enough to accommodate the passenger sitting beside me. The space for my personal item was smaller than the other flight.
